Experimental Investigation of Thermal Performancefor Novel Integrated Collector Storage
To lower the expenses of manufacturing traditional solar collectors and perfect use of water tanks in developing countries, a new design of integrated water heaters has been presented in a rhombus shape. This new design consists of a cube whose upper surface was cut into two directions at a 45o angle. This system's initial expenses can be kept to a minimum by using inexpensive commercial materials and little manufacturing skills. In cases of thermal instability, the MUE curve is typically employed to calculate the maximum efficiency that the system can attain. The MUE curve, which saves time and computer approaches in calculations of this kind, is the basis for this study. This experiment was studied during November and March to compare the system behavior under different climate conditions. The study included three cases per month. The first case was without any load, which reached a maximum useful efficiency of 59% for both November and March. In the case of continual loading, the system shows a maximum useful efficiency of 59% in March. When dealing with intermittent load, the maximum useful efficiency of 58% in March
A Research Study of Blood Picture of Both Cows and Buffaloes
Abstract
The current study was designed to evaluate the effect of sexual maturity in both male cows and buffaloes on hematological parameters. Blood samples were collected from 20 immature malecows and 20 mature males. In the same way, samples were collected from male buffaloes. The results of the statistical analysis showed a significant increase in the values of the packed cells volume (PCV) and the number of red blood cells of thesexually mature male cows compared with the immature, and a rise in the PCV, the concentration of hemoglobin and the number of red blood cells for the mature male buffaloes compared with the immature, while no effect of sexual maturity was observed on the number of white blood cells for both male cows and buffaloes. In conclusion, the age of sexual maturity in male cows and buffaloes had an effect that would raise the values of red bloodcells count, PCV, and hemoglobin concentration
Index Modulation OFDM Systems with Direct Pattern of Subcarrier Activation
OFDM-IM is a spatial modulation technique applied to OFDM's block subcarriers, resulting in a modified version of OFDM. Compared to traditional OFDM, OFDM-IM boasts several benefits, such as enhanced bit-error rate (BER) performance and power efficiency. When working with OFDM-IM, the specification of subcarrier-activation-patterns (SAPs) is done by utilizing either look-up tables (LUTs) or a combinatorial approach to conform with data. However, the data-to-SAP mapping methods of both suffer from increased complexity as the number of subcarriers expands. The paper proposes a direct data-to-SAP mapping that eliminates the need for any type of look-up tables. Through the presented analysis and computer simulation results, it is demonstrated that the OFDM-IM system utilizing the proposed mapping scheme outperforms equivalent traditional OFDM-IM systems in both complexity and bit error rate (BER) performance

Automatic PV Array Reconfiguration under Partial Shading Conditions
Photovoltaic (PV) arrays have been recognized as one of the main clean renewable sources of electrical energy. In practice, PV arrays are subject to unavoidable non-uniform partial shading (PS) due to clouds, buildings, dust, etc. PS causes the hot spot problem, mismatch losses, and output power degradation. A widely used approach to mitigate the effect of PS is dynamic reconfiguration, where, the interconnection of PV panels is modified according to the shading condition to achieve maximum output. Dynamic reconfiguration techniques use sensors, a programmable controller, and a switch matrix for optimal operation. However, they have drawbacks such as system complexity and scalability issues. For instance, reducing the number of switches limits the flexibility of the reconfiguration algorithm. In this paper, an automatic dynamic reconfiguration scheme is proposed in which PV panel irradiation activity controls the interconnection of switches, without the need for a programmable controller. A modular building block is proposed from which easily scalable PV arrays can be constructed in a hierarchical manner. Experimental and analytic results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed reconfiguration scheme

Floating Photovoltaic Performance Evaluation Using Novel Cooling System Case Study
Photovoltaic panels nowadays are considered one of the most important methods for generating electricity directly from the sun as a green energy resource. The photovoltaic cells convert about 20% of solar energy to electric power, and the rest is converted to heat that increases the cells temperature. The photovoltaic performance decreases by about 0.4%–0.5% for each 1°C increase in cell temperature. This article studies the effect of using a novel cooling design to cool floating photovoltaic panels with natural cold water from natural sources. ANSYS has been used to conduct a series of simulations under different boundary conditions like solar radiation, ambient temperature, and cooling water temperature at Duhok Dam Reservoir, KRI. The results of the proposed cooling module showed a significant increase in efficiency (1.26%–2.49%) and power performance (17.76–36.81W) and a significant increase in power (6.43%–14.89%) compared to the non-cooled module. Thus, using an active cooling method for floating panels could be a typical option to boost the output of the solar panels. The results of this research have outperformed other research, with a power increase rate of about 14.1%

The study dealt with two variables of great importance to organizations represented by Information Technology and Communications expressed in their scope (hardware and equipment, software, communications and users) and human resource management practices represented by (human resource planning, employment, training and development, Compensation and incentives and performance evaluation), accordingly the study aimed to determine the repercussions or impact of Technology Information and Communication on human resource management practices in the Mosul Municipality Directorate in Nineveh governorate, The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection distributed to a sample of (100) person who representing the managers in the field of research organization under study, and several statistical methods were used in the analysis of this data, Statistician Program (SPSS, Ver.26).The study reached several conclusions that confirmed as well as the existence of interrelationships and influence between information and communication Technology and human resource management practices at The level of their whole and partial scope.
