    Evaluation the mechanisms action of plant growth promoting rizobacteria under laboratory condition

    This research was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of some mechanisms of rhizobacteria that promote plant growth and to recommend their use as biofertilizers. Therefore, atmospheric nitrogen-fixing bacteria were isolated from the root nodules of six legume species (Vicia faba, Trifolium repens, Lens culinaris, Trigonella foenum-graecum, Lens culinaris subsp orientalis and Medicago sativa). These isolates were positive for most biochemical tests (Urease production, Congo red capture, Bromothymol blue capture, Lactose fermentation and Growth on glucose peptone agar), as well as to test the results of the effect of direct (nitrogenase activity, phosphate solubilization and indol production) and indirect (siderophore production) mechanisms. This indicates their effectiveness in providing the plant with necessary elements. All isolates were able to produce indole acetic acid (IAA) at varying levels. The ability of the legume isolate (MA6) to grow on glucose-peptone agar may indicate that it is not a Rhizobium, unlike the other five isolates. After detection of the 16S rRNA gene sequence of this isolate, it was found with 95% similarity to the global isolate Serratia surfactantfacien strain YD25 registered in GenBank. These results can contribute to recommend the necessity of using these isolates as well as emphasizing the use of the S. surfactantfacien isolate, to promote plant growth as a green and environmentally friendly biofertilizer to sustainably improve agricultural production

    Hybrid DL-ML Framework for Handwriting-Based Person Recognition

    This work proposes an efficient handwriting-person-based identification scheme amalgamating deep learning and regular machine learning classifiers. 6,955 fine-quality Arabic handwriting samples were gathered from 107 users. Deep features were extracted using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and SVM, RF, and Logistic Regression (LR) were deployed for classification. The test accuracy of feature extraction with CNN was 99.92%, while CNN+SVM ??8 reported a maximum classification accuracy of 99.95%, CNN+LR reported 98.90%, and CNN+RF exhibited 98.11%. The method has also been implemented as GUI program to facilitate user-uploaded writings-based real-time identification. Evaluation parameters such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score confirm the effectiveness and robustness of the model. The findings confirm the potential of handwriting-based biometrics for secure identification and provide future directions for expanding to multilingual datasets and large-scale deployment

    Hybrid CNN-LSTM Network for Adaptive QoS Optimization in MQTT-Based IoT Systems

    Internet of Things (IoT) connections depend on the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol; however, it might be difficult to determine the best Quality of Service (QoS) level in dynamic network contexts.  Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks are combined in this study's adaptive deep learning framework to optimize MQTT QoS in real time.  To depict a variety of IoT circumstances, such as resource limitations, high load, network instability, and regular operations, we created a thorough labeled dataset of 50,000 synthetic samples.  In all investigated scenarios, the hybrid CNN-LSTM architecture maintained 71.44% resource efficiency while achieving 92.7% validation accuracy in QoS prediction.  Our system showed great confidence in adapting to essential applications (98.83%), low-resource environments (99.78%), and high-load conditions (99.99%). For industrial IoT deployments in smart manufacturing, healthcare monitoring systems, and critical infrastructure management—where dependable communication under fluctuating resource constraints is crucial for operational efficiency and safety—this adaptive QoS optimization framework shows great promise. The suggested architecture greatly improves network performance while preserving reliability by providing a workable solution for autonomous QoS control in resource-constrained IoT installations

    Optimization and Simulation of the Perturb and Observe Algorithm for Maximum Power Point Tracking in Photovoltaic Systems

    This paper simulates and investigates the "Perturbation and Observation" (P&O) algorithm, applied in the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique for photovoltaic (PV) systems: This work explores how dynamic adaptations to temperature and solar radiation can raise the efficiency of solar panels thereby optimizing power extraction from the photovoltaic system. Under study are a solar module, a DC-DC boost converter, a maximum power point tracking controller, and an electrical load. Using MATLAB/Simulink, the performance of the algorithm under three separate operating conditions—variations in temperature at a constant solar radiation, variations in solar radiation at a constant temperature, and simultaneous variations in both solar radiation and temperature—was evaluated. The results show that the method offers fast dynamic reaction and great tracking of the greatest power point, therefore improving the efficiency of photovoltaic systems. The results of the study show that fast changes in solar radiation might affect the effectiveness of the algorithm, thereby stressing the need of more complex management techniques to preserve accurate and stable tracking

The research sample designed for the study included (35) individuals whilst the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting field data. The statistical program (SPSS V.26) was adopted where a set of statistical tools were used and these ranged from frequency distributions, arithmetic means to standard deviations, response rate, correlation and linear regression relationships. It also adopted a set of hypotheses in order to assess the role and impact of IFRS18 in improving financial performance at the level of the respondent company. . After the statistical treatments that were subjected to the applied data, a number of conclusions were reached. The most important of which is that the application of IFRS18 will improve the interpretation of complex financial information. It will also help to understand it, thus contributing to the clarification and understanding of financial reports. Moreover, it will increase their comparability and understanding by users. The research provided a set of recommendations. These include the need for the respondent company to prepare the necessary infrastructure to apply the standard from human resources and accounting systems. The study also recommended the prospect of developing financial indicators in order to evaluate performances that are in agreement with the data of the IFRS18 standar

    A Comparison between Microscopic and Conventional PCR in the diagnosis ofGiardia lamblia among Children in Kirkuk

    Abstract   This  study  is  carried  out  in  Kirkuk  city  which  included  collection  of  stool  samples  from  children  patients  at  a  period  extended  from  November  /2021  -  June/2022.  A  totaly  450  stool  samples  were  taken  from  patients  with  ages  1-12  years  old  for  the  microscopic  examination  and  PCR  technique.  Results  showed  a  percentage  of  positive  samples  G.lamblia  by  microscopic  examination  was  (4.88%)  and  negative  samples  was(91.9%).While,Conventional  PCR  recorded  the  percentage  of  (22.8).The  highest  infected  patients  found  (5.45%)  in  males  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (4.34%)  in  females.  According  to  age  group  the  highest  infected  patients  was(5.8%)  in  age  group  (2-4  years)  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (2.8%)  in  age  group  (10-12)  years.  According  to  month/years  the  highest  infected  patients  in  the  june/may/February  reorded  (7.4%,5.3%,5%)  respectivlly  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (2.5%  -  2.8)  in  December  and  jaunaury.  The  highest  infected  patients  found  (5.6%)  in  Rural  area  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (4%)  in  Urban  area.  For  Molecular  G.  lamblia  was  detected  by  PCR  using  18S  rRNA  sequence  specific  primers.  The  highest  infected  patients  found  (25%)  in  males  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (20%)  in  females.  According  to  age  group  the  highest  infected  patients  was(42.9%)  in  age  group  (2-4  years)  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (0%)  in  age  group  (6-12)  years.The  highest  infected  patients  found  (28.6%)  in  Rural  area  and  lowest  infected  patients  found  (12.5%)  in  Urban  are

    This current study focused on the evaluation of epidemiological data risk factors such as seasons, sex, age, and area of 1060 of buffaloes were examined from January – December 2022. The results showed a total infestation rate with lice 54.06%. The results of the gross clinical examination of the buffalo skin showed the presence of lice and eggs with damaged hair and hair loss spots due to severe infestation. Microscopical examination under the dissecting microscope of local Iraqi buffaloes raised indoors are infested with sucking lice species Haematopinus tuberculatus, morphological identification of this species is the sucking lice H. tuberculatus, adults are 3.8mm long 1.9mm wide, black to brown and eyes are absent with prominent paratergal plates, five segmented antennae, Pointed head with a large claw on each leg. The overall infection rate (573/1060) was 54.06%. The highest infection rate was 79% in January, February and March at p? 0.05. The study results recorded an infection rate of 64.09% in animals over 3 years of age while it was 37.5% in animals under 3 years of age at p? 0.05. The highest infection rate was 61.09% in females and 43.09% in males. As for the site, the highest infection rate was 80% inside the Maslag pit (right side) while the lowest infection rate was 36% in Hamam Al-Alil

    Nutritional Preference and Attraction of Honey Bee Workers to Some Pollen Substitutes and Liquid and Dry Dietary Supplements to Nourish the Colonies and Increase Their Activity

    The study was conducted at an apiary in Nineveh Province during the summer of 2023-2024. The results indicated that all liquid and dry alternatives and supplements of honey and pollen had an attractive effect on worker bees, with varying degrees of attraction to all the liquid materials and supplements. The super protein treatment, the mixture, and whey showed the highest attraction rates, especially on the third day of feeding during the evening, with averages of 4355, 3127, and 2525 workers/two hours, respectively. In contrast, the whey treatment recorded an average attraction of 369 workers/two hours, compared to the sugar solution treatment, which recorded the lowest attraction rate with an average of 115 workers/two hours. The results also confirmed that all dry food materials and supplements attracted worker bees to varying degrees, with treatments of palm pollen, the mixture, soybeans, and reishi mushrooms recording the highest averages of 451.7, 376.7, 246.3, and 128 workers/two hours, respectively, compared to the commercial pollen treatment, which attracted fewer bees with an average of 95.3 workers/two hours. The results indicated that evening feeding times recorded higher attraction rates than morning times, with averages of 184.8 and 159.3 workers/two hours, respectively

The results showed that the continuation of the processes of Successful mowing without potassium fertilization led to the depletion of the soluble and available forms, thus relying on the supply of potassium from the unprepared form. The results also indicated a significant variation in the values of green fodder yield, dry matter, and total potassium absorption, with a superiority for the power function equation, which obtained the highest coefficient determinant and a standard error compared to the rest equation. The equations are the biological absorption rate coefficient from the latent soil storage (0.9405), the rate coefficient of dry matter production (0.9377), and the rate coefficient of green fodder production (0.9081). The path of the biosorption process according to kinetic principles revealed the existence of two paths, the first with a high release rate (the phase available) and the second with a low release rate (non-available). The results also showed the superiority of the role of non-available potassium over both soluble and available potassium, which indicates the role of stored potassium in supplying the plant with potassium during the renewed growth stages after each mowing.
