Post-COVID Aviation Industry: Global and Mongolian Trends
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to an unprecedented crisis in the global aviation industry, but signs of recovery have emerged since 2023, as passenger traffic, revenues, and profitability continue to increase. Mongolia's aviation sector has also demonstrated steady growth in terms of revenue, passenger volume, and the expansion of both international and domestic routes. However, the recovery phase coincides with new structural challenges such as high fuel costs, human resource shortages, and unequal market competition, raising concerns over the sector’s long-term sustainability. This paper examines and compares the current state of the global and Mongolian aviation industries in the post-pandemic period, analyzes trends in recovery and associated risks, and presents potential policy recommendations to support sustainable sectoral development

French philosopher M. Foucault, a major representative of structuralism, poststructuralism, and postmodernism, exemplified in some of his works how to analyze the manifestation of power which is justified by the knowledge claims and practices of social and human sciences, and which is not easy to identify. In this article, through the project dedicated to prepare the youth for labor and the first domestic case with COVID-19, we aim to show how institutions and events, seemingly developed for quite just purposes having no harmful effects on our daily life, from universal education system to the disciplinary power, converged to create the power network extending its threads everywhere, and to perform the controlling and disciplinary function

and explained Buddhist philosophy. The aim of the present article is to describe the "Explanation of the Prajnyaparamita" written by angi Tserendorj, who was a Gawj in Urga, also known as the Nuurt lam. The significance of his detailed Prajnaparamita explanation in three volumes is that he illustrated deep philosophical concepts with simple samples corresponding to the Mongolian way of thinking. He used the Prajnaparamita manual written by the eminent Tibetan polymath, Kun-mkhyen 'Jam-dbyangs bzhad-pa as a base, and specified and explained its terms and philosophical concepts from different points of view. Meanwhile, he emphasized and clarified one of the basic Mahayana teachings, the awakening of the mind, the Bodhicitta in order to attain enlightenment. The explanations of such significant philosophical works inherited from the eminent masters of the past help and encourage people to study Buddhism, to understand the proper meaning of the Buddhist teachings, to follow the proper way of life, and to understand the systems of causes and effects, the aims of collecting merits, and the real characteristic of wishes and aspiration

THE DIVISION OF THE SOUL IN PLATO’S PHAEDRUS
The Yin Yang doctrine is very simple but its influence has been extensive. No aspect of Chinese civilization-whether metaphysics, medicine , government, or art - has escaped its imprint. In simple terms, the doctrine teaches that all things and events are products of two elements, forces or principles: yin, which is negative, passive, weak, and destructive, and yang, which is positive, active, strong, and constructive. In Chinese philosophy , the concept of yin yang is normally referred to in the West as ''yin and yang'' and is used to describe how polar opposites or seemingly contrary forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world, and how they give rise to each other in turn. Opposites thus only exist in relation to each other. The concept lies at the origins of many branches of classical Chinese science and philosophy. Many natural dualities - e.g. dark and light, female and male, low and high, cold and hot - are thought of as manifestations of yin and yang(respectively). Yin yang are complementary opposites that interact within a greater whole, as part of a dynamic system. Everything has both yin and yang aspects, but either of these aspects may manifest more strongly in particular objects, and may ebb or flow over time.
The concept of phronesis can itself be seen as providing a certain elaboration of the dialogic conception of understanding G.Gadamer had already found in Aristotle, and taken together, these two concepts can seen as providing the essential starting point for the development of G.Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics.
