    DOI: 10.22353/ms20234712 https://doi.org/10.22353/ms20234712 In this paper, we consider non derived verb stem which connected with passive voice suffix according to the meaning in group and most of words that indicate the action doesn’t belong to human, taking passive voice suffixes is depending on the order. Therefore, we aimed to explain close matter in the examples that agent active (human) average (animal) passive (thing) when original action performed agent who formed in dative, the meaning expressed in the sentence ordered by transitive verb. а. Action performed agent is animal, direct object is animal. b. Action performed agent is human, direct object is animal. c. Action performed agent is human, direct object is thing.Ordering action is different with cause of action performed agent, object are human-human, human-animal, human-thing, animal-animal, animal-thing, thing-thing, some opportunities which to express, ordered by language structure, obviously depends on nonlinguistic factor

    This article examines the importance of media or channels in mass communication, including political relations (PR). Mongolian politicians use a variety of channels in their information communication and the effectiveness of the format of the content offered by the channel to create a feedback relationship with the target audience was discussed on the example of the short video format (reels) of the Instagram social network platform. In doing so, the importance of channels in information communication is explained based on communication theories and models

    Recent publications of archives reveal that since the declaration of Mongolia’s autonomy and subsequently the Mongolian People’s Republic the authorities then in power attached a special attention and supported through policies the formation and development of a sector of photography. This study aims at a comparative analysis and systematic approach of regulatory acts and decisions regarding the genesis of photography, eventually on photojournalism in Mongolia. The government meticulously tracked and supported setting up a framework for photography and its application and any use as it was considered an important media tool for ideological purposes mainly and solely at that time. However, this policy played a primary role for the initial educating and training national photographers and technicians, setting up an institutional base of photography agency and spreading photography services for commoners. For the purposes of tracking and resurrecting the historical chronology and impact of regulatory acts from first few photographer’s stores to photojournalism in national mass media, the research covered most of available acts and publications on ruling political party and its affiliating public associations, government decisions, statures and legal instructions in area od science, education and culture, newspaper and magazine editions and, where available, home security departments, as the state control in photography sector was immense and conscientious. The study is to fulfill a gap in photography history and understanding the further ways for photography and in particular photojournalism from a retrospective point of view and assist photojournalists be fair and objective in their public duties

    In this article, the author reviews researcher B.Bolormaa's monograph "Examining the Development of Local Media" and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of this work. This book is a major work published in recent years about the local media in Mongolia, and is unique in its attempt to provide an overview of the historical development, changes and reforms, and challenges of local media in the country and to find solutions to address those challenges. Therefore, the author expresses his views and makes an assessment in the context of the above issues
