Хятан бага бичгийн хөшөөнд дурдагдсан хөшөөний эзний зан чанар хийгээд эрдэм чадварын тухай : Research on the Presentation of Personalities and Skills of Epitaph Owners in Khitan Small Script Epitaphs (I)
Epitaphs, a product of ancient Chinese burial systems, possess fixed structures and compositional conventions, documenting the deceased’s name, year of death, and life events. Typically consisting of three components—the opening (title and author attribution), the main body (narratives of lineage and life events, supplemented by rhymed eulogies for mourning or praise), and the conclusion (recording the writer, engraver, and date of composition)—they serve as standardized commemorative texts. Influenced by Han culture, Khitan-script epitaphs bear striking similarities to their Chinese counterparts in both form and content. While existing decipherment efforts have yielded progress in understanding the owner’s genealogy and basic textual structure, research on the deceased’s personal details—particularly descriptions of personalities and skills—remains limited, with associated compositional conventions yet to be clarified. Focusing on the Khitan small-script Epitaph of Xiao Zhonggong, this paper elaborates on the stylistic conventions for depicting the epitaph owner in Khitan small-script epitaphs and interprets relevant vocabulary. This pioneering analysis addresses a gap in current scholarship
THE ROLE OF WORKPLACE FRIENDSHIP NETWORKS IN FOSTERING EMPLOYEE CREATIVITY
As a result, there is growing interest in understanding the factors that influence creativity. While previous studies have extensively examined both employee creativity and workplace friendships, few have explored the connection between the two. This study investigates how the structure of workplace friendship networks, the breadth of social circles, and the nature of interpersonal relationships influence employee creativity. The research surveyed 129 employees from an independent unit of a state-owned enterprise, quantitatively assessing the number of friends, the number of friendship groups, and individual creativity levels. The findings reveal that both the number of friendship groups and close interpersonal connections positively impact employee creativity. These results underscore the importance of trust-based social networks in cultivating a creative organizational environment. The study concludes by discussing its theoretical and practical implications and outlining directions for future research
ЯПОН ХЭЛНЭЭС МОНГОЛ ХЭЛНЭЭ ОРЧУУЛАГДСАН БҮТЭЭЛИЙН ТОЙМ : (Overview of Mongolian translations from Japanese)
Over the past five decades, Mongolia has developed a growing number of professionals proficient in the Japanese language. As bilateral relations between Mongolia and Japan have expanded across political, economic, cultural, and educational spheres, the volume of translated Japanese literature and texts from various specialized domains into Mongolian has increased substantially. This study aims to systematically document, classify, and examine the corpus of Japanese-to-Mongolian translations across historical periods and thematic domains. Drawing upon foundational theories in translation studies, the research not only offers a quantitative overview but also seeks to elucidate key trends and shifts in the evolving landscape of literary and non-literary translation between the two languages
EXPLORING THE TRANSLATION OF PERSONAL PRONOUNS USED BY THE PROTAGONIST "ナカタ: NAKATA" IN "KAFKA ON THE SHORE" FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF "CHARACTER LANGUAGE" - TAKING THE CHINESE TRANSLATION VERSION AND THE MONGOLIAN TRANSLATION VERSION AS EXAMPLES
"Kafka on the Shore" is the tenth full-length novel published by Haruki Murakami in 2002. With its sophisticated dual-narrative structure and unique character portrayal, it has won wide acclaim and has been translated into multiple languages for publication. For literary works, due to the differences in structure and expression habits between different languages, the choice of translation methods may have a certain impact on the presentation of character images, thus making the translated version show a "character image" that is slightly different from the original work.
For instance, the protagonist "ナカタ (Nakata)" in the novel experienced an "event of soul-body separation" during his childhood. His trait of being "half-human and half-soul" adds a touch of weirdness and mystery to his image. He always uses his own surname "ナカタ" to refer to himself. However, in the two Chinese translation versions and the Mongolian translation version, the self-referential term "ナカタ" is translated as "Zhongtian Wo" (Zhongtian I), "Wo Zhongtian" (I Zhongtian), "Наката би" (Nakata I) and "Наката" respectively, rather than the commonly used self-referential term "I". An example is: 「あの、ここにちょっと腰を下ろしてかまいませんか?ナカタはいささか歩き疲れましたので」
"Excuse me, is it okay if I sit here for a while? Zhongtian Wo am a bit tired from walking.""Excuse me, may I sit here for a moment? Wo Zhongtian am a little tired from walking." "Энд сууж болох уу? Нэлээн алхсан тул Наката ядарчхаж." (Note: The Mongolian sentence retains its original form as it is part of the quoted translated content; its literal meaning is "Can I sit here? Nakata is tired because of walking a lot.")
It can be seen from these translated versions that different translators adopted different strategies when handling "character language" (personal pronouns), thereby conveying different "character information". Such differences may cause slight or even significant changes in the character's image in the readers' minds. The reproduction and adaptation of a character's unique linguistic style in different languages, as well as the degree of consistency between this reproduction and the character image in the original work, constitute an interesting issue worthy of in-depth exploration
Дэлхийн дэг журмыг өөрчлөгч дайн ба монгол улс: War that changes the word order regime and Mongolia
Wars, as extensions of political agendas for power, inherently alter regional and global landscapes. Scrutinizing the trajectory of armed conflicts yields crucial insights into potential outcomes. While precise prognostications, particularly concerning political developments, remain elusive given the multifaceted and evolving nature of conflict, such analyses inform strategic decision-making by accounting for contextual factors and a nation's internal capacities.
Recent global conflicts, especially those involving neighboring states engaged in "special military operations" and preparatory measures for future confrontations, furnish invaluable lessons on contemporary warfare. Delving into these contexts facilitates our nation's comprehension and adaptation to the evolving dynamics of armed strife.
Against the backdrop of today's dynamic social and political milieu, this paper advocates for reforms within Mongolia's Armed Forces. These initiatives are geared towards fortifying Mongolia's strategic positioning, charting forthcoming political maneuvers, and safeguarding its national sovereignty

Social exclusion: хэрэглээ, ойлголтын олон янз байдал: Social exclusion: diversity of uses and concepts
The concept of "social exclusion" refers to the general idea of "being outside of social relations" in terms of meaning and content, and by analyzing some research reports and results conducted in Mongolia, there is few or no research related to this concept.
In some studies, the framework of the concept is often defined without a precise definition, and in some cases, it is equivalent to the meaning "differentiation, discrimination, none inclusion". However, it is quite common that some aspects of the concept and content are touched upon, but they are used in a conditional manner without specifying the limits of the established formula, meaning, and content. In this article, we aim to explain how the concept of social exclusion is understood and used, and it is intended to give a reasonable explanation for the formulation that can be rational from the proposed concepts
Мал аж ахуйн хөдөлмөрийн хуваарилалт ба жендэр: Залуу малчдын жишээн дээр: Division of labor and gender in animal husbandry: the case of young herders
As nomads, Mongolians herd their livestock and move to a distinct grazing area every season to cope with extreme and harsh natural and climate conditions. The traditional division of labour remains strong in nomadic herding, such as women milk animals and process dairy, and men mainly carry out otor (long-distance migration of Mongolian herders, typically in autumn, to fatten livestock for winter), move from one place to another, take care of animals, and make hay
