THE IMPACT OF BEHAVIORAL FACTORS ON STOCK PRICES
This study examines the impact of behavioral factors on stock prices in the Mongolian Stock Exchange using empirical models based on behavioral finance theory. Monthly data from 2019 to 2025 were analyzed using CSAD, CSSD, and AR(1) GLS regression models. The results indicate that herding behaviors and loss aversion bias significantly reduce price volatility under certain market conditions. Conversely, overconfidence bias was found to increase volatility during bullish markets. Sectoral differences in behavioral patterns were evident, with stronger effects observed in food, finance, and light industry sectors, highlighting the theoretical and practical importance of integrating behavioral factors into investment decisions and risk management
STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING CONSUMER PURCHASE INTENTIONS FOR OVER-THE-TOP SERVICES
In recent years, Over-the-Top (OTT) services have become widely used, increasingly replacing traditional television and cable services. This study aims to identify the factors influencing Mongolian consumers’ intention to use OTT services based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A total of 372 respondents aged 16 and above residing in Ulaanbaatar participated in the survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS, including reliability testing, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicate that content quality, entertainment, perceived value, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) have a significant positive influence on consumers’ intention to use OTT services. However, the core TAM variables—perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness—did not show statistically significant effects
中国绿色发展与中蒙生态合作
In recent years, green development has become a common development goal of all countries. As the world's largest developing country, China has also actively responded to global calls and regarded green development as one of the important paths to promote sustainable economic development. It can be seen that green development is a sustainable development model that focuses on ecological restoration and environmental improvement. Only by strengthening international cooperation can we jointly promote ecological restoration and environmental improvement and achieve green development. In order to protect Mongolia's increasingly deteriorating land and to protect the earth on which mankind depends, Mongolia has implemented the "One Billion Tree Plan". How to effectively avoid and solve ecological and environmental risks and problems in the development and cooperation of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor through green development cooperation should become a common concern of the Chinese and Mongolian governments
Regarding Recent Epigraphic Discoveries Dated to Ancient Turkic and Uighur Periods in Mongolia
In Mongolia, researchers have recently discovered and recorded written doc-uments and other historical artifacts from the ancient Turkic and Uighur peri-ods, including runic inscriptions on rocks. Between 2023 and 2025, twenty inscriptions were discovered and studied by researchers, as indicated by available documents and reports. A total of seven inscriptions were discov-ered in 2023: the Baga Khürkhree Inscription, the Ikh Duut Inscription, the Khürmen Khad Inscription, the Khürmen Mukhar Inscription, the Nogoon Uul II and III Inscriptions, and the second fragment of the Nomgon Inscription (Kutlug Khagan Inscriptions). 2022 marked the discovery of the initial segment of the Nomgon Inscription (Kutlug Khagan Inscription), while 2023 marked the discovery of the second fragment. Nevertheless, the discovery of thirteen in-scriptions from only one area in 2024 and 2025 has piqued the interest of researchers. Their identified aimags can be used to evaluate the twenty runic inscriptions that were discovered in Mongolia between 2023 and 2025. Sev-enteen inscriptions were discovered in the Övörkhangai aimag, two in the Khentii aimag, and one, the second fragment of a previously discovered in-scription, in the Arkhangai aimag. The nineteen inscriptions that have been discovered in Mongolia over the recent three years will be the subject of this study, which will include readings and general information

The appropriate way to report on disability issues is clearly outlined in the legal frameworks and other official documents of developed countries. Journalists and media outlets must give particular attention to their choice of language, framing of the issue, and portrayal of individuals with developmental challenges. It is advised to report news as closely as possible to reality, from a neutral stance, with a balanced perspective. In comparison to how these issues were reported eight years ago, considerable progress has been observed. Rather than merely listing the problems faced by people with developmental challenges and focusing on their need for assistance, modern reporting highlights how such challenges are being addressed. The media now increasingly emphasizes, the perspectives, lifestyles, andcontributions of individuals with developmental challenges who are successfully engaged in work and social activities. This shift includes recognizing the talent and skills that individuals with developmental challenges bring to their organizations. Furthermore, several articles critically examine and challenge the stereotypical perceptions and negative attitudes towards people with developmental challenges in society, which is essential in reducing misconceptions and combating discrimination

Deepfake technology, a type of artificial intelligence, was selected and studied in this study. Deepfake technology can affect public trust and divide society by creating videos and photos of politicians doing things they have never done or saying things they have never said. Therefore, we set out to explore the technology industry's scope, legal framework, real-life cases, and public perceptions and opinions. A survey of 157 participants aged 18-54+ used random probability sampling to determine public perceptions. We also analyzed legal regulations and documented cases of deepfake technology being used for political purposes. The survey result show a gap in public knowledge: 69% of respondents have never heard of deepfake technology before, and more than a third say they are not confident in their ability to distinguish between real and fake content. In addition, content analysis of leading news sites such as gogo.mn, news.mn, and ikon.mn shows that the sites are not able to adequately spread information about deepfake technology. In addition, the analysis of the content of leading news sites such as gogo.mn, news.mn, and ikon.mn showed that the sites are not able to spread enough information about deepfake technology and perform their role of informing others of journalism. These results highlight the urgent need to improve public education about deepfake technology and involve the media more actively in addressing the issue. This study highlights the importance of regulatory frameworks, media literacy, and political ethics to maintain public trust in the face of evolving digital threats
