    Abstract: Primary aim of this study was to assess the current practices of lifelong education centers (LLECs) to work with children with special needs, to identify the problems and needs. LLEC is main non-formal education agency operated with the mission of: reducing the number of children out-of-school, providing literacy and education for vulnerable children whose rights to education are restricted, providing primary, basic, secondary education programs. In the context of this study, 5 target locations including 3 districs of Ulaanbaatar city and 2 provinces are covered. By the result of the study, current situation, teachers’ capacity, learning resources to work with children with special needs are very insufficient at LLECs. Most of the LLECs operating in the regular school’s classrooms without having their own class and learning resources. Most of the teachers at LLECs are evaluated their method to work with different catergories of special needs as “poor”, specially with different categories of children with disabilities

    Abstract: Art therapy is a professional intervention that helps in reducing emotional pain, fear, and stress of human and foster healing and mental well-being through allowing to express unpleasant feelings and making to understand a nature of problem using techniques of art therapy. In this sense, use of different types of art therapy is appropriate and safe technique to overcome unpleasant feelings. Aim of the current study was to analyze changes in social skills of 12 adolescents of a residential care who participated in art therapy program. The study was conducted through analysis of findings of pre and post tests and observations of changes in social skills of 12 adolescents who were trained in managing their emotions and feelings. Findings of pre and post tests and observations demonstrated reduced levels of anger and stress and increased levels of self-esteem of the adolescents. &nbsp

    Abstract: Although the government is making every effort to improve the quality and competitiveness of higher education institutions, the current situations of education shows that much remains to be done to bring higher education in line with international standards. In our country, there is research on the motivation and satisfaction of higher education staff, but there is not enough research to determine the relationship between higher education culture and employee satisfaction. The purpose of study is to determine the relationship between public university culture and how it affects employee satisfaction. The OCI: Organizational Culture Inventory, developed by Cook and Lafferty (1983), was used to measure the culture of a public university. The culture of a public university is divided into creative, aggressive and submissive. Thus, the creative culture of the organization is relatively high in public universities. It was also observed that the creative culture of the state university had a strong influence on employee satisfaction (r = 0.546, p <0.000), while the culture of aggressiveness and submissiveness had a weak effect on employee satisfaction

    Abstract: Based on the works of key representatives of feminist, Marxist, structural-functional, and post- structuralist theories who have explained the gender division of labor, these approaches describe the roles, responsibilities, and positions of men and women as shaped by social structure and cultural influences. The industrial revolution that spread throughout Europe brought about a transformation in the traditional culture- which had subordinated women to men and prescribed that women should remain housewives- by demonstrating that, as men began working in factories, the proportion of women’s participation shifted and, as women increasingly engaged in social life, it became difficult for them to fulfill their familial roles. In response, these theorists advanced the issue of reconciling women’s productive role with their reproductive responsibilities

    In resent years, the concept of assistant herders has been widely used, and the National Statistics Committee has officially released related statistics. As of 2017, it has been reported that 4.5 percent of all herders are assistant herders. However, the method of determining the number of workers called assistant herders is still not well established. For this reason, the answer to the question of who is called an assistant herdsman has not been finalized even in the research and analysis, starting from the statistical registration organization that receives the information. Therefore, it should be noted that the official and unofficial estimates about this may be quite different from the reality. At the same time, it is common for people belonging to this group to be unstable. Actually, the concept of “assistant herdsman” is not entirely new, and existed in forms of animal husbandry labor organization that existed before the privatization of livestock.   In the framework of this article, we have tried to briefly clarify the appearance of this old phenomenon in a new context.  &nbsp
