الخطاب الصوفي ودوره في مكافحة التطرف وصناعة السلام العالمي
No full textيقوم الخطاب الصوفي على مبدأ المحبة كأصل للوجود، فينعكس ذلك في سلوك الصوفي من خلال تعامله مع الله والإنسان والكون، كما يسمح هذا الخطاب بتجاوز وهم الحقيقة الدينية الحصرية، وبإعادة قراءة النصوص في اتجاه إنساني كوني، وبذلك يفسح مجالات واسعة للتقارب والتحاور والتجاور بين الأنا والآخر، وذلك بناء على مبدأ الرحمانية؛ أي تجلي الرحمان في كل الموجودات على اختلافها، ومنه يساهم الخطاب الصوفي بشكل فعال في روحنة الإنسانية وإنقاذها من النزعة المادية وما يترتب عنها من مظاهر العنف والتطرف والإرهاب

No full textقاد تقاطع جاك دريدا وإدوارد سعيد في موقعهما من الفكر الغربي إلى التقاطع في الحفر على استراتيجياته وتعرية نظرية التمركز الغربي، رغم ذلك ظلت مفاهيم عديدة مثل التفكيك ونقد الاستشراق والقراءة الطباقية...، جذوره، وحتّى نظرية والنص تبدو من خصائص قارات متباعدة، والحال أنها تكاد تقول بأنها جزر سابحة في مياه واحدة، لهذا سيحاول مقالي متابعة أهم التقاطعات بين فكر رجل فلسطيني/ أمريكي/ عربي/مسيحي عُرف بأنه بعدما حاز ملامح الشرق وقسماته، نشأةً وثقافةً وانتماءً، راح يصقلها بأدوات الفكر والحضارة الغربية تكوينا واختصاصا، وبين رجل جزائري/فرنسي، يهودي / غربي ذي ثقافة شرقية السّقيا والندى؛ رجل بقدر ما رفع عبر الكتابة وتشييع الصوت ومناقشة الصفح ألويةً للانفتاح، فإن التفكيك ظل إزميلا يشي بإكراهات، أو رسوبيات الغيتو والانكفاء؛ فهو على الأعراف يطارد إمكانية المستحيل، يحلم بالانفتاح منكفئا، وبالانكفاء منفتحا، يستحثنا للمعرفة والتثاقف في سياق من الهدم والاختراق... من هذا الموقع الملتبس انحدر التفكيك مفهوما مشبعا بالانزلاق مثلما يقول المرحوم عبد الوهاب المسيري؛ لهذا يحاول مقالي إحكام الوقوف على هذا السطح لوشج أطراف المشهد، ولفت الأنظار إلى حقيقة ميلاد فكر الرجلين في سياق الخروج من الإيديولوجيا The intersection of Jacques Derrida and Edward Said in their positions in Western thought led to the intersection in excavating its strategies and exposing the roots of Western centralization. No full textسعينا من خلال هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى تسليط الضوء وتقصي مدى تأثير التباين الجغرافي في الجزائر على الصحة الإنجابية. هذا التباين الذي أدى إلى وجود فوارق في مستوى تلقي الرعاية الصحية الإنجابية، حيث لعبت المؤشرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية دورا مهما في ذلك. هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهم الأسباب والمؤشرات المؤدية إلى بروز فوارق في تلقي الرعاية الصحية الإنجابية. لذا قمنا باستخدام برنامج منهجية النمذجة بالمعادلة البنائية كأسلوب قوي من الأساليب الإحصائية الحديثة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصـائي للعلـوم الاجتمـاعية SPSS وبرنامج AMOS اعتمادا على قاعدة بيانات المسح العنقودي MICS-6 2019. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من المخرجات أهمها: تنوع واختلاف الأقاليم الجغرافية في الجزائر يؤدي إلى إحداث فوارق في مستويات تلقي الرعـايـة الصحيـة الإنجـابيـة وذلـك من خـلال تـأثيــر العوامـل الاجتمـاعيـة والاقتصادية وإلى فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المستوى التعليمي والثقافي للفرد وارتباطها بين معدلات الخصوبة وأثر منطقة الإقامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التباين الجغرافي – الصحة الإنجابية – الخصوبة – الرعاية الصحية – المعادلة البنائية. In this analytical study, we shed light and investigate on the extent of the geographical disparities in Algeria and their impact on reproductive health. These disparities have led to differences in the level of access to reproductive healthcare, with social, economic, and cultural indicators playing a significant role in this variation. The study aimed to identify the key factors and indicators contributing to disparities in access to reproductive healthcare. To accomplish this, we utilized structural equation modeling as a robust statistical method, employing the SPSS and AMOS statistical software based on the sixth Multi-Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS-6--2019) dataset. The study concluded that the geographic diversity and differences in regions in Algeria lead to variations in reproductive healthcare access, influenced by social and economic factors. There were statistically significant differences in educational and cultural levels of individuals, as well as an association between fertility rates and the impact of the residential area. No full textهدف الدراسة الحالي إلى معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الإبداع الإداري لدى رؤساء الأقسام بجامعة باتنة 1، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ مستخدما استبيانين تم تطبيقهما على عينة قصدية مقدرة ب 30 رئيس قسم بالجامعة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: ارتفاع مستوى استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والإبداع الإداري لدى أفراد العينة، عدم وجود فروق وفق متغير الكلية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والإبداع الإداري، وجود تأثير ايجابي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الإبداع الإداري لدى أفراد العينة.The aim of the current research is to know the impact of information technology and communication on administrative creativity among department heads at University of Batna 1, the descriptive correlational method was used. the questionnaires were applied to a purposive sample consistes of 30 department heads, the study found: a high level of use of information technology and communication and administrative creativity, no differences according to the college variable in information technology and communication and administrative creativity, and a positive effect of information technology and communication on administrative creativity among the sample members.

No full textيعد الاستشراق عموما ظاهرة فكرية ثقافية علمية حضارية تسعى لرصد ودراسة كل ما يتعلق بالشرق والشرق الإسلامي خصوصا وبرسم معالمه المختلفة لدى الشعوب الغربية. لذلك فقد ظهرت العديد من المدارس التي نشطت في هذا المجال، وكانت المدرسة الفرنسية أبرزها، لكونها شكلت المركز الاستراتيجي منذ القديم؛ أي العصر الوسيط إلى يومنا هذا. وقد سعت فرنسا جاهدة إلى تنمية هذه الحركة، باعتبارها قوة فاعلة في سياساتها الاستعمارية التوسعية وعاملا من عوامل الهيمنة الثقافية والفكرية على حضارات وشعوب الشرق المستهدفة وهذا نابع من الخلفية التاريخية التي سيطرت على الذاكرة الفرنسية، حيث قال المستشرق الإيطالي ميشال أنجلو 1886-1940: أن ظاهرة الاستشراق والاستعمار وجهان لعملة واحدة؛ هي استلاب الأوطان والسيطرة على إمكانياتها المادية والبشرية، والإشكالية التي تفرض نفسها في هذا السياق هي: كيف وظف الاستشراق الفرنسي اللغة كآلية لتحقيق أهدافه الاستعمارية؟ هذا ما ستجيب عليه هذه الورقة البحثية إنشاء الله. Unveiling the Dynamics of Residential Outdoor Playgrounds: Insights into Children's Play Activities: Case Study of the 420 Collective Housing Units Neighborhood in Oum El Bouaghi
No full textPlaygrounds are widely recognized as vital spaces for children's outdoor play and development. However, in Algeria, urban development policies focused primarily on housing quantity have often neglected the quality of outdoor open spaces, particularly playgrounds. This research explores the hypothesis that claims a divergence between the entities of outdoor playgrounds in residential neighborhoods and the children’s necessities. Therefore, the central research question of this paper investigates the ways children use their daily outdoor playgrounds. To address this multifaceted inquiry, a combined methodological approach was employed. Qualitative method, including direct observation, was employed to understand the structural composition of play spaces and children's interactions within them in nuanced and contextualized ways. Additionally, the quantitative method elaborated a self-administered questionnaire conducted with children to gather some personal insights and perspectives on the local public play spaces. As a result, initial assessments of the neighborhood playgrounds revealed several significant accessibility and usability challenges that restrict their effectiveness as recreational spaces for children. Moroever, the research paper underscores the necessity for urban design approaches that prioritize children's perspectives, ensuring environments that support their growth and well-being. No full textجماعة الرفاق هي مجموعة من الأطفال جمعتهم ظروف معينة وتجمعهم علاقات وطيدة، وهي بمثابة الأسرة الثانية التي يلجأ إليها كلما أحس بالحاجة إلى الحماية. تكتسي جماعة الرفاق أهمية خاصة بالنسبة للطفل أو المراهق بالنظر لتأثيرها الكبير على النمو النفسي والاجتماعي للطفل أو المراهق الذي لا يشعر بمكانته الحقيقية إلا بين رفاقه، ويفوق هذا التأثير في الغالب تأثير الآباء والمدرسين. فجماعة الرفاق تتبنى قيما ومعايير تشجع على عدم الانصياع لقوانين المجتمع، باعتبارها توفر له ارتياحا لممارسة السلوك الإنحرافي وممارسة السلوكيات العدوانية ، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على جماعة الرفاق وعلاقتها بظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي ، حيث اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الموضوع ، وطبقت على عينة قوامها 80 فرد من الجنسين ، وعولجت إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج ( spss) النسخة رقم (22) ، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة وثيقة بين جماعة الرفاق و ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي The group of comrades is of particular importance for a child or adolescent, given its great impact on psychological development. No full textيعتبر جنوح الأحداث في أيامنا أكبر مشكل اجتماعي ينتج عنه عدد كبير من الضحايا والعنيفين، ونتيجة انتشار الجنح الخاصة بالأحداث تم دق ناقوس الخطر الاجتماعي لهذه الظاهرة خاصة أنها ترتبط بمرحلة حساسة من حياة الفرد وهي مرحلة المراهقة، فهذه المرحلة تعتبر مرحلة حساسة في تطور الكائن البشري نظرا للتغيرات التي تطرأ عليه سواء من الناحية النفسية أو الفيزيولوجية أو علاقاته الاجتماعية ما يجعل منها فترة خصبة أين تظهر لديه مشاكل سلوكية مختلفة يعتبر الجنوح والسلوك المضاد للمجتمع من أخطرها ما يعرضه للمساءلة القانونية ومن ثم الإيداع إما في مراكز رعاية الأحداث أو المؤسسات العقابية غرضها الأول إعادة تأهيله ومنع انتكاسه من خلال التكفل بهم نفسيا واجتماعيا ومن خلال البرامج المختلفة المخصصة لهذا الغرض. ودراستنا الحالية تهدف لتسليط الضوء على طبيعة التكفل النفسي بفئة الأحداث الجانحين المتواجدين بالمؤسسات العقابية لارتكابهم جنح يعاقب عليها القانون، حيث يبدأ التكفل من بداية إيداعه السجن إلى غاية انتهاء مدة محكوميته والإفراج عنه.Juvenile delinquency in our days is considered the biggest social problem that results in alarge number of victims and violent people, and as a result of the spread of juveniledelinquency, the social alarm has been sounded for this phenomenon, especially as it’s relatedto a sensitive stage of an individual’s life -the stage of adolescence-. This stage is considered asensitive stage in the development of the human being due to the changes that occur to him,whether psychologically, physiologically, or his social relations, which makes it a fertileperiod, where he appears with various behavioral problems. Delinquency and anti-socialbehavior are among the most dangerous things that expose him to legal accountability, andthen placement in either juvenile care centers or penal institutions whose primary purpose isto rehabilitate him. And prevent relapse by taking care of them psychologically and sociallyand through the various programs designated for this purpose. No full text تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الوصم الاجتماعي و الرضا عن الحياة لدى المرأة المطلقة ، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة بمدينة سكيكدة على عينة بلغت 47 امرأة مطلقة ، و باستخدام مقياس الوصم الاجتماعي و مقياس الرضا عن الحياة ، و بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : لدى المرأة المطلقة درجة مرتفعة من الوصم الاجتماعي و درجة متوسطة من الرضا عن الحياة ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوصم الاجتماعي و الرضا عن الحياة لدى المرأة المطلقة .The current study aims to uncover the relationship between social stigma and lifesatisfaction among divorced women. The study was conducted in Skikda city, with a sampleof 47 divorced women. Using the Social Stigma Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale, andemploying the descriptive method, the following results were obtained: Divorced womenhave a high degree of social stigma and a moderate level of life satisfaction.
