No full textتتجلى الأهداف الاستراتيجية للتمويل الإسلامي في ضرورة وضع الرؤى المستقبلية، والتركيز على ضرورة وضوح الغايات والأهداف، وتحديد وتخصيص الموارد والإمكانات المتاحة، وأيضا اتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية المؤثرة على المدى البعيد، مع الاهتمام بتصرفات وممارسات الإدارة العليا. والتمويل البيئي من أهم أنواع الاستثمارات الخضراء لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. ويمكن لصيغ التمويل الإسلامي التي تمتاز بالمرونة في التطبيق أن تساهم في التمويل البيئي، ومن ثم تحقيق تنمية مستدامة، بما تقدمه من نشاطات اقتصادية حقيقية ترتبط بالسلع والخدمات، وتوفر للمصرفية الإسلامية ربحا وافرا من خلال منافسة حقيقية في الأسواق.The strategic objectives of Islamic finance are reflected in the need to develop future visions, focus on the need for clarity of goals and objectives, identify and allocate resources and potentials, and also take strategic decisions affecting the long term, with attention to the behavior and practices of senior management. And environmental finance is one of the most important types of green investments for sustainable development. Islamic financing formulas that have flexibility in application can contribute to environmental financing, and thus achieve sustainable development, with what they offer of real economic activities linked to goods and services, and provide Islamic banking with ample profit through real competition in the markets

No full textيهدف هذا المقال إلى رصد تطبيق المباحث اللّغوية لعلم التفسير في خضم المستحدثات الفكرية، من خلال معرفة الكيفية التي تفاعلت بها اللغة العربية مع التوجهات الجديدة في عملية فهم القرآن الكريم، وما يترتب من نتائج تمس جوانب مهمة لحياة المسلم مثل: الجانب العقدي والفقهي، وذلك وسط العلاقة الموجودة بين اللّغة والتفسير من حيث ضرورة الأخذ باللّغة العربية لفهم النص القرآني، مع مراعاة ضوابط التفسير الأخرى حتى لا يخرج المنهج البحثي لمعاني كلام الله عزّ وجل عن السياق المنطقي السليم، وقد وسم هذا المقال بـ: "توظيف المباحث اللّغوية لتفسير القرآن الكريم في ظل التحديات المعاصرة"، وفي الختام تبين لنا مكانة اللّغة العربية وقدرتها على مواكبة التطورات التي يعيشها العالم، فبرغم التغيرات مازالت العربية بمباحثها تعتبر شرطًا أساسًا ومهمًا للتصدّر لعلم التفسير، وهي ضابط من ضوابط قبول التفسير أو رفضه –التفسير العلمي مثلا-، كما توصلنا إلى أن بعض المفكرين في العصر الحديث استندوا لتوظيف المباحث اللّغوية في توجيه معاني كلام الله عزّ وجل بما يوافق المعتقدات التي يتبناها المفسّر الفكرية والأيديولوجية، لذلك أجمع العلماء أنّ اللّغة تكون قاصرة إذا ما فصلت عن باقي العلوم الضرورية الخادمة لعلم التفسير، فهي لا تكفي وحدها لبلوغ المراد من كلام الله عز وجل.The current article aims to monitor the application of the linguistic investigations in the exegesis of the Holy Quran in midst of the intellectual innovations. In understanding the Holy Quran, one has to know how the Arabic language interacts with new trends and the results that affect important aspects of Muslim life such as: the doctrinal and the juristic aspects. To understand the Quranic text, the Arabic language is indispensable for the comprehension of the strong relationship between language and interpretation. In respect of the research method which must not deviate from the meanings of the words of the Almighty God from the proper logical context, we should take into account other regulations of interpretation. In the article entitled “Employing linguistic Investigations in the Exegesis of the Holy Quran in the light of Contemporary Challenges”, it was concluded the important status of the Arabic language and its ability to keep abreast of developments in the world. In spite of the many changes, the Arabic language is still considered to be an essential and important prerequisite for pioneering the science of interpretation, which is a requirement of accepting or rejecting interpretation i.e scientific interpretation. We have also concluded that some thinkers in modern era relied on the employment of linguistic investigations to direct the meanings of the words of the Almighty God consistent with the beliefs of the intellectual and ideological interpreter. Therefore, the scholars are unanimously agreed that language is deficient if it is separated from the rest of the necessary sciences that serve the science of interpretation, as it is not sufficient alone to achieve what is meant by the words of the Almighty God

No full textاتخذ عدد من المستشرقين من دعوى الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة مطية للطعن في عدالة الشريعة الإسلامية وتشويه محاسنها، ناقمين على ما يخص المرأة المسلمة من أحكام شرعية كأحكام الميراث، ومع أن هذا العداء والتشويه هو الأصل في كتابات الكثير من المستشرقين، إلا أن طائفة منهم أقرت بالحق وصرحت به، فأعلنت إفلاس الحضارة الغربية في حفظ حقوق المرأة وصيانة عفافها، وأقرت بتميُّز الشريعة الإسلامية في إكرام المرأة وحفظ حقوقها، وسأعمل على إبراز تلك المواقف المعتدلة امتثالاً لأمر الله تعالى بالعدل حتى مع المخالفين، وستكون هذه الكلمات الغربية المعتدلة حجةً على الجاحدين لعدل الشريعة الإسلامية، من المستشرقين ومن تابعهم.Some orientalists took the case to defend the rights of women as a means to challenge the justice of Islamic law and distort its advantages, criticizing the legal provisions regarding Muslim women, such as inheritance provisions. Although this hostility and distortion is the root of the writings of many orientalists, a group of them recognized the right and stated it, declaring the bankruptcy of Western civilization in preserving women's rights and preserving their chastity, and recognized the distinction of Islamic law in honoring women rights and chastity.
The research highlights these moderate positions, as God commands us to deal using justice even with violators, and these moderate Western words will be an argument for the ungrateful to the justice of Islamic law, including the Orientalists and their followers.
This research discusses the orientalists attitude towards the right of women regarding inheritance, stating what Islamic Sharia has guaranteed to women including financial rights, and cases in which the woman’s share in the inheritance is more than or equal to that of the man, and the situation in which the man has more than the woman’s share and the wisdom behind that

No full textتم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الأطر النظرية والعملية والتنموية للتأمين التكافلي، وتجلت أهمية هذه الورقات البحثية من خلال إبراز الفوارق الجوهرية بين التأمين التجاري والتكافلي، وكذا بيان مدى تنوع الصيغ الإدارية والاستثمارية المنتهجة في مؤسسات التأمين التكافلي وأثرها الاقتصادي التنموي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة محورية تبرز مدى إمكانية وقابلية مؤسسات التأمين التكافلي من المساهمة في دفع عجلة التنمية بالشراكة مع مختلف المؤسسات الاقتصادية وخاصة المصارف الإسلامية، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة التأمين التكافلي ودعم المؤسسات المسيرة له من أجل توسيع السوق التأمينية التكافلية.This study addressed the theoretical, practical and developmental frameworks for symbiotic insurance, and the importance of these research papers was demonstrated by highlighting the fundamental differences between commercial and symbiotic insurance، as well as an indication of the diversity of the administrative and investment formulas adopted in the symbiotic insurance institutions and their economic and developmental impact, and the study concluded a pivotal result The extent of the possibility and the ability of the Takaful insurance institutions to contribute to advancing the wheel of development in partnership with various economic institutions, especially Islamic banks, is also evident. No full textيعتبر النّص الأدبي مفترقا تتلاقى عنده الثقافات والمجتمعات من خلال ما يحمله في ثناياه من عناصر متمركزة ثقافيا، حيث يواجه المترجمون عادة مشاكل جمّة في نقل المواد الأدبية المحمّلة ثقافيّا بشتّى صنوفها، وذلك بسبب غياب العبارات اللّغويّة والمفردات المقابلة في اللغة المترجم إليها، وتفاديا لحصول خسارة لا مناص منها وجب على هذا الأخير دراسة النّص في سياقاته السوسيوثقافية.
تحاول هذه الدّراسة أن تحيط مليّا بالعوامل السوسيوثقافيّة و أثرها في صياغة النّص الأدبي الأصليّ أوّلا وفي التّرجمة ثانيا، و سنحاول أن نورد آراء أهمّ الباحثين وما وصلوا إليه في هذا الشّأن، وأخيرا سنسعى إلى تبيان التّأثير العظيم الذي يعتري النّص الأدبي الملتزم بقضيّة ما، و دور الذي تلعبه الإحاطة الجيّدة بالسياق الاجتماعي والثّقافيّ الذي كتب فيه من أجل نقد التّرجمات لهذا النّوع من النّصوص وتحليلها. Le texte littéraire se distingue par des caractéristiques liées souvent à l’emploi esthétique de la langue, cet emploi se manifeste dans la forme et aussi dans le fond. Ce qui engendre un problème lors de leurs traductions dans la langue cible
Dans la présente étude, nous allons discuter certains points relatifs à la première étape (la compréhension) qui s’avère cruciale pour que le traduction du texte littéraire soit entreprise dans les meilleures conditions, et pour que le produit résultant de cette activité réponde aux besoins des lecteurs récepteurs de la traduction. Nous allons focaliser aussi sur les facteurs socioculturels et leur apport dans et la compréhension et le transfert langagiers entre les deux langues. A la fin, nous évoquerons la question de la traduction de la littérature engagée et le rôle de la connaissance des éléments socioculturels dans la traduction de ce genre littéraire
