الإعلان التلفزيوني كآلية لتغيير العادات الاستهلاكية
No full textيعتبر الإعلان التلفزيوني الوسيلة الإعلانية الأكثر رواجا والأكثر فاعلية من غيرها من الوسائل الأخرى. فإلى جانب كونه وسيلة متكاملة تجمع بين الصوت والصورة، فهو أيضا يصل إلى جميع فئات المجتمع دون تمييز ودون حواجز، ولهذا السبب تزايد إقبال المعلنين على التلفزيون للإعلان عن منتجاتهم باستخدام مختلف الأساليب المعتمدة في التلفزيون لإقناع وتوجيه المشاهدين نحو استهلاك منتجاتهم . وفي المقابل، وفي ظل انفتاح القنوات الفضائية على العالم بأسره، وجد المشاهد نفسه أمام زخم هائل من الإعلانات بكل أنواعها وأهدافها سواء استطاع تجنبها أم لا. وقد تحدث هذه الإعلانات آثارا إيجابية وسلبية في سلوك المشاهد سواء تعلق الأمر بعملية شراء المنتوجات المعلن عنها، أو بتغيير العادات الاستهلاكية نحو الأحسن أو الأسوأ. ولهذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الأثر الذي يحدثه الإعلان التلفزيوني سواء في تغيير الرغبات والعادات الاستهلاكية أو في سلوك المشاهد عند اقتنائه لمختلف المنتجات.The televised advertising is considered to be the most common and the most effective means when compared to others; besides being a means that brings together between sound and pictures, it also can reach all categories of society with no distinction or barriers. For this reason, advertisers are increasingly rush to television to advertise their products, using different methods to convince and direct viewers to consume their products. By contrast, and in light of spatial channels openness over the world, the viewers have found themselves in front of enormous number of different adverts, whether they can avoid them or not, these adverts may cause positive or negative effects on consumers behavior, whether the matter is concerned with buying the advertised products or changing consumption habits towards better or worse. This paper aims at showing the affect caused by televised advertising, on changing desires and consumption habits and on the viewers behavior when buying different products
وسائل توثيق المخطوط الحديثي ومنهج ضبط نصه
No full textإن المتعامل مع الأعمال الحديثية يجد لها خصوصياتها، سِيَّما وأن علماء الحديث اهتموا بتوثيق الروايات وضبطها، وألفوا في ذلك كتبا عدة تدل على عنايتهم بضبط الرواية المكتوبة إلى جانب الرواية الشفهية. ولقد قاموا بنقل الكتب بأسانيد تدل على الطرق التي رويت بها، ولأجل ذلك نجد عنايتهم بالإشارة إلى اختلاف الروايات بحسب النسخ المتوفرة، واشتهرت بعضها بأنها أصح الروايات ضبطا بسبب عناية الناسخ بضبطها وتصحيحها سواء عن طريق العرض أو المقابلة، ثم الحرص عليها من تلاعب أي متلاعب بها. وكل هذا ينبغي استحضاره عند تحقيق المخطوط الحديثي. نظرا لما أشرت إليه، سأقدم بعض الإشكالات التي تتعلق بتحقيق المخطوط الحديثي لعل ذلك يفيد الباحثين عند إقدامهم على هذا المجال، وعلى رأس ذلك الباحثون الذي يودون تسجيل رسائلهم العلمية في هذا الباب. والله الموفق لما فيه الخير والسداد..Hadith studies have special characteristics. Hadith Scholars have paid particular attention to authenticating the narrations. Many books have been published about the accuracy of written as well as verbal Hadith narrations. They have related the Asaaneed in a way that reflects the different ways of narration. For instance, Hadith scholars have studied the difference of narration in the different available manuscripts. Some Hadith narrations have become famous due to the effort made by the scribes in presenting or comparing the manuscripts. It is also due to their effort in observing accuracy and preventing falsification. All these measures should be taken into consideration when examining the Hadith manuscripts. In this paper, I am presenting the Hadith Manuscript Investigation-related problems that might face researchers and in particular, those who want to do their post-graduate thesis in this field

No full textانطلاقا من إشكالية الأجناس باعتبارها قاعدة أساسية يستند عليها الدارس في تشخيص الهوية الفنية للأعمال الأدبية، يأتي هذا المقال ليتعرض بالدراسة والتحليل إلى معرفة الجنس الذي ينتمي إليه العمل الأدبي ''قصة غير مقروءة'' لكاتبه : كلود أوليفي، ومن ثمة التطرق إلى قيمته الجمالية والإبداعية من خلال التركيز على مجمل خصائصه الفنية ومختلف إحالاته السيمائية التي تتداخل فيها ملامح السيرة الذاتية وقسمات العمل الفني البحت الخاضع لسلطة الخيال المؤسسة لشرعية وشعرية الأعمال الأدبية. وعليه، فهل تخضع رواية ''قصة غير مقروءة'' لمعايير وتقنيات جنس أدبي بعينه؟ هل النص سيرة ذاتية؟ هل هو عمل فني بحت؟ أم هل أن أبعاده السيمائية المعقدة تجعل منه عملا أدبيا متعدد الأجناس ؟Partant de la question des genres comme socle de base dans la classification des œuvres littéraires, cet article s’attache à mettre en relief les aspects génériques ainsi que la valeur artistico-esthétique de : Une histoire illisible de Claude Ollier. No full textأبو حامد الغزالي أحد كبار المفكرين والعلماء في التاريخ الإسلامي، ترك إنتاجا علميا وثقافيا ثريا وغزيرا، عالج فيه موضوعات من ميادين معرفية مختلفة. ومن جهوده التي لم تدرس لحد الآن؛ ما تنطوي عليه آثاره من أفكار ومفاهيم في مجال تشييد قيم الوسطية والاعتدال في الاجتهاد والأخلاق والاعتقاد. هذا البحث محاولة لجمع أفكار الغزالي المبثوثة في مختلف مؤلفاته حول هذا الموضوع وسبكها في قالب علمي جامعAbu Hamid al-Ghazali, one of the top thinkers and researchers in Islamic history, leaving scientifically productive and culturally rich, which deals with subjects of different areas of knowledge. مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومحاوره عند المتقدمين والمتأخرين
No full textتعد دراسة مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومحاوره من الأمور المهمة، للمتخصص بالدراسات الإسلامية عموما؛ وللمتخصص في التفسير والفقه على الخصوص؛ حيث إن علم المقاصد لا يقف عند الجزئيات، بل ينفذ منها إلى الكليات والأهداف، في كل جوانب الحياة، فهو يبرز الغاية بالمقاصد، والغاية التي خلق الله من أجلها الخلق ومدى تحقيقها. وبعض الدارسين من المتأخرين استخدم مصطلح المحاور بدل المقاصد في دراسته للموضوع. وموضوع مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومحاوره طرقه الأوائل في مقدمات تفاسيرهم وفي مصنفات مفردة، كما تناوله المتأخرون في مقدمات تفاسيرهم وفي دراسات مستقلة. ومعرفة مقاصد القرآن الكريم لها فوائد كثيرة؛ كفهم القرآن وتفسيره، فالعلم بالمقاصد ليس مقصودا لذاته، وإنما يراد به إعماله واستثماره في فهم النصوص الشرعية وتوجيهها، وهذا يكون على الخصوص في النصوص ظنية الدلالة. وقد تناول المتقدمون علم مقاصد القرآن ومحاوره، وبينوا مسائل عديدة منه، بأسلوب التصريح أو التلميح ولكن دون تحديد للمصطلح باسم محدد. وواصل المتأخرون ما توصل إليه المتقدمون وفصلوا فيه، وأضافوا إليه وهذبوا فيه. The study of the purposes and topics of the Holy Quran is important for the specialist in Islamic studies in general، and for the specialist in interpretation and jurisprudence in particular. The science of Makassed is not confined to details and particles، but is applied to total and global issues and objectives in all aspects of life. For which God created creation and the extent of its achievement. And some of the late scholars used the term axes instead of the purposes in his study of the subject. The topic of the purposes of the Holy Quran and its axesis studied by the ancient scholars in the introduction of their interpretations and in independent works. The latter dealt with the precepts of their interpretations and in independent studies. Knowing the purposes of the Holy Quran has many benefits، such as understanding the Qur'an and interpreting it. Knowledge of intentions is not intended for itself، but rather is intended to be realized and exploited in understanding and guiding the texts of the Shariah. The scholars dealt with the purposes of the Qur'an and its topics، and pointed out many issues in it، in the manner of declaring or hinting، but without specifying the term in a specific name. The late ones continued what the applicants had reached and separated، and added to it and delved into it
صلة مشكل الحديث بمباحث علوم الحديث
No full textيعد موضوع المشكل من الدراسات التي لم تأخذ حظها من البحث والكشف، سبب ذلك تأخر تبلور قواعد وضوابط هذا العلم، زيادة على اختلاف المنظّرين في تصنيفه تحت المختلف أوعموم التعارض، ولارتباط المشكل بأغلب علوم الشريعة التي تبحث في فهم النص وإدراك معانيه وتجلية مقاصده، تأتي في الطليعة علوم الحديث وهي المهد الأول لتناول النّص نقدا وضبطا ومعرفة بتعدد رواياته وأسباب ورودها، فالمشكل أضاف لفن الحديث وجها من وجوه النقد فلا يقبل ولا يحتج ولا يعمل بعد ذلك إلا بما صح واستقر معناه وسلم من المعارضة. وفي عصرنا يسهم علم المشكل باستيعاب التفسيرات والشبهات الطاعنة في النصوص التي يُتَوَهَّمُ تعارُضُها فيجيب عنها، ويقارب بين المدارس واختصاصاتها واهتماماتها ومواقفها من السنة، أقصد المدرسة العقلية والمدرسة الأثرية، ويلجم جنون العقل في ردّ الآثار التي لم يقف عندها، كما أنه يكشف النقاب عن وجوه من الحكم في الإشارات الغيبية في الآثار النّبوية والتي تطورت وأخذت سمة الإعجاز العلمي فيما بعد. نظرا لهذه الصلات والروابط الفنية بين المشكل والعديد من العلوم أتت هذه الدراسة لتتناول واحدة منها وهي صلة مشكل الحديث بمباحث علوم الحديثThe subject of the problem (Elmouchkil) is considered among the studies which have not taken part in research and detection, because of the delayed development of the bases and rules as well as the disciplines of this science in addition to the different Theorists who have classified it under different or pan-conflict. To the relation of the profound problem with the legal science which exercises in the comprehension of the texts, the reach and the clarity of its senses, will come in relief the science of the word of the prophet "Hadith" which is the first cradle for the treatment of the Text from the critical point of view, setting and knowledge with the multitude of narratives of texts and causes of appearance. The problem Elmouchkil added to the art of "Hadith" is one of the faces of criticism, which accepts, protests and works only with a safe and stable sense and demands no opposition, and in our time the problem contributes to Knowledge of interpretations and suspicions of conflicting texts. The Elmouchkil problem then responds to it, and reduces the space between the different schools, their skills, interests and positions of the sunna, I mean the mental school and the archaeological school, here the problem blocks the " Spirit of response effects that do not stand out then, as it reveals the metaphysical signals in the archeology of the Prophet, which evolved and took scientific miracles functions, given these ties and technical ties between the Elmouchkil problem and the Most of the sciences intervene this study to deal with one of them which is related to the Elmouchkil problem of the science of Hadith with the research of Hadith sciences
هيئات الرقابة الشرعية ودورها في متابعة أعمال المصارف الإسلامية
No full textهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهمية هيئات الرقابة الشرعية التي تعتبر من أهم الركائز التي يعتمد عليها المصرف الإسلامي بل قل الركيزة الأساس، ويظهر ذلك في متابعاتها لأعماله من عمليات تمويلية أو خدمية على المستوى المحلي أو الخارجي، فاعتمادها لكل معاملاتها المالية خصوصا النوازل المستجدات منها يعتبر اجتهادا ومسؤولية في نفس الوقت، لذا لا بد من توفرها على مواصفات وسمات خاصة، بحيث تجمع بين الأخلاق والآداب الإسلامية والعلم بالأحكام الشرعية والعلوم المالية والاقتصادية، لكي يسهل عليها تكييف ما يحتاجه المصرف الإسلامي من معاملات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هيئة الرقابة الشرعية في متابعتها الشرعية للمصرف الإسلامي لا بد أن يترك لها المجال للعمل ولا تقيد، خاصة وأنها تتقاضى أجرها من المصرف نفسه، فينبغي لها استعمال كل صلاحياتها واستغلالها الاستغلال الأمثل لكي توصل رسالتها المنوطة بها ولا تسمح لأي أحد أن يستغلها، ذلك لأن أموال المودعين والمستثمرين أمانة ولهم جانب كبير من المسؤولية في حفظها من كل ما يشوب حليتها.This research aims at highlighting the importance of Shari'ah Supervisory Boards which are considered to be the most important pillar upon which Islamic banking rests, or rather they are foundation. This is reflected in its follow-up of banks' financing and service operations both locally and globally. At the same time, it must be tailored to meet some specifications and features combining Islamic ethics and knowledge of Shari'a with financial and economic sciences to facilitate the adaptation of Islamic transactions. The study concludes that the Shari'ah Supervisory Board in its legal follow-up of the Islamic banking must enjoy freedom and independence in its actions, especially since it is paid by the bank itself. It should use all its prerogatives and powers to optimally complete its mission not allowing to be expolited by anyone. That is because the Boards have a great responsibility in preserving the depositors' and investors' funds from any un-Islamic transgressions
فلسفة التسويق المسؤول من منظور الشريعة الإسلامية
No full textهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ربط مفاهيم التسويق المسؤول بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، من خلال التطرق إلى صعود التسويق المسؤول كفلسفة تسويقية حديثة، ثم ربط هذه الفلسفة بتعاليم الشريعة الإسلامية المنظمة للمعاملات بين البشر. نتائج الدراسة أفضت إلى أن التسويق المسؤول يشكل جزءا لا يتجزأ من التسويق المستدام، فهو يهدف فقط إلى منع التجاوزات التسويقية عند تخطيط وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المتعلقة بعناصر المزيج التسويقي (المنتج، السعر، التوزيع والترويج)، أي تبني مزيج تسويقي مسؤول، هذا الأخير اتضح من خلال الدراسة أنه استمد مفاهيمه من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية Cette étude visait à lier les concepts du marketing responsable aux fins de la loi islamique, en prenant en compte la hausse du marketing responsable comme une philosophie moderne, puis lier cette philosophie enseignement de la loi Islamique organisatrice des transaction entre les êtres humains. Les résultats de cette étude en conduit que le marketing responsable est une partie intégrante du marketing durable, il vise à prévenir les abus de marketing , lors de planification et de la mise en œuvre des stratégies d'un mix marketing (Produit, prix, Place, Promotion) qu' il sera responsable, ce mix marketing responsable est avéré a travers l'étude qu'il a dériver ces concepts des fins de la lois Islamique

Il s’agit notamment de la façon dont les instances journalistiques les conçoivent en tant que fait linguistique ayant leur nature, leur structure et leur mécanisme. Dans le même ordre d’idées, cette contribution aspire à une meilleure appréhension de la langue des titres de la presse écrite algérienne d’expression française dans la mesure où nous tenterons de mettre en lumière ses différentes fonctions communicatives ainsi que les éventuels enjeux discursifs qui conditionneraient la composition d’un titre de presse écrite.
