The Effectiveness of Psychological Accompaniment in Enhancing Self-Concept in Motor Impaired Children of Neurological Origin. - A Field Study at the Psycho-pedagogical Centers for Motor Impaired Children, Public, and Private, in the States of Jijel and Sé
No full textتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية المرافقة النفسية في تعزيز مفهوم الذات لدى الأطفال المعاقين حركيا ذوي المنشأ العصبي من خلال تقديرات الأخصائيين العاملين بالمراكز النفسية البيداغوجية للمعاقين حركيا العمومية والخاصة بولاتي جيجل وسطيف، ومن اجل ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واختيرت عينة مكونة من (67) مختص منهم (10 ذكور، و57 إنات)، وتم جمع المعلومات عبر الاستبيان باعتماد مقياس ليكرث الرباعي، وبعد تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها، توصلنا إلى النتائج الاتية: أن درجة فعالية المرافقة النفسية في تعزيز مفهوم الذات لدى الفئة المدروسة كانت بدرجة عالية، كما أن المرافقة النفسية تعمل على تعزيز المفهوم والتقدير الإيجابي للذات لديهم بدرجة عالية، وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات بالنسبة للأخصائيين بالعمل مع كل طفل على أنه حالة خاصة تتطلب تكفل فردي خاص.The study aims to identify the effectiveness of psychological accompaniment in enhancing the self-concept of children with motor disabilities of neurological origin, based on the assessments of specialists working in public and private psycho-pedagogical centers for motor disabilities in the provinces of Jijel and Setif. A descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and a sample of 67 specialists (10 males and 57 females) was selected. Information was collected through a questionnaire using a four-point Likert scale. After analyzing and interpreting the results, the study found that the effectiveness of psychological accompaniment in enhancing the self-concept of the studied group was highly significant. Additionally, psychological accompaniment strongly enhances positive self-concept and self-esteem among these children. The study concluded with several recommendations, including the importance of specialists working with each child as a unique case that requires individualized care

No full textتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم المهارات الإجتماعية لدى أطفال التوحد المتمدرسين في الأقسام الخاصة ضمن المدارس العادية، حيث قامت الباحثة بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي بالإعتماد على قائمة تقدير التفاعلات الاجتماعية، وتكونت عينة البحث من 30 تلميذا مصاب بإضطراب التوحد، وخلصت النتائج إلى أنّ عينة البحث يعانون من قصور في مستوى المهارات الاجتماعية.This research paper aims to evaluate social skills of educated autistic children in private classes in normal schools, the researcher used the descriptive approach depending on the list of social interactions, the research sample was about 30 educated child with autism disorder, the study indicated that the children has deficiency in the level of social skills

No full textيهدف البحث إلى بيان أهمية القصود في الشريعة ودورها في تنزيل الأحكام الشرعية عن طريق تحقيق المناط الكاشف عنها، كما يروم بيان التكامل المعرفي بين علم الأصول والعلوم الإنسانية؛ وذلك بتوضيح العلاقة بين تحقيق المناط الخاص وعلم النفس، والعلاقة بين العرف وعلم الاجتماع.
هذا التكامل بين المعارف الشرعية والإنسانية يلتقي في الكشف عن القصود من خلال تتبع القرائن، وبيان أثرها في تغيير الأحكام الشرعية.
كما يتطرق البحث لأهمية فقه عمر t ومسالكه الاجتهادية المختلفة التي تهدف إلى الوصول للحكم الشرعي الموافق لمقاصد الشارع من خلال مراعاة القصود، بتسليط الضوء على نماذج من اجتهادات عمر t المبنية على هذا المعنى والعمل على تحليلها، وبيان أثر مراعاة القصود ودورها في اجتهاده وتنزيله للأحكام الشرعية، وهذا ما أسهم إسهاما كبيرا في تحقيق المقاصد الشرعية.This research aims to elucidate the importance of intentions in Islamic law and their role in the application of Sharia rulings through the ascertainment of the relevant factors that reveal these intentions. It also endeavors to demonstrate the cognitive integration between the science of Islamic jurisprudence and the humanities, by clarifying the relationship between the ascertainment of specific factors and psychology, as well as the connection between customs and sociology.
Moreover, the study explores the significance of the jurisprudential insights of Umar ibn Al-Khattab and his diverse methodologies of ijtihad intended to achieve the Sharia ruling that conforms to the objectives of the Islamic lawgiver by taking into account intentions. This aspect is illuminated through examples of Umar's ijtihad that are founded on this principle, analyzing them and highlighting the importance of considering intentions and their role in his ijtihad and in the application of Sharia rulings. This approach has significantly contributed to fulfilling the objectives of Sharia

No full textلاشكّ أنّ مرحلة المابعد البنيويّة قد حدث فيها تغيير جوهري مسّ المجال الإبداعيّ والنّقديّ خاصّة أين كثر الجدل الفكريّ والمعرفيّ، فتشبّعت القراءات النّقديّة الكاشفة للنّصّ بأدوات وآليات ومناهج جديدة لها مرجعياتها الفلسفيّة، والأيديولوجيّة العميقة التي تسهّل عملية استنطاق دوافع الكتابة في المجالات الإبداعيّة برمّتها.
في ظلّ هذا الجو المشحون خلقا وإبداعا وتخييلا يستدرج فيها المبدع لحظة الابتكار التي تدعو القارئ الحصيف إلى تقمّص عمليات التّشارك والتّداخل، ومنه العمل على ملء الفجوات، وإعادة ترتيب الأسود على الأبيض، هنا ظهر مصطلح المابعد الكولونياليّة، أو المابعد الاستعماريّة محمّلا بأدوات إجرائيّة ومرتكزات عملية تساعد على إضاءة جانب آخر مهمّ في النّصّ الإبداعيّ.
انتقل هذا المصطلح إلى عالم الإبداع والتّخييل، ودخل قاموس اللّغة العربيّة، و معجمها التّداوليّ ليكون أداة أخرى لمراجعة التّاريخ واستدعاء المسكوت عنه، وتعرية المضمر والمخبوء.Undoubtedly, the post-structuralist phase has undergone a fundamental change that has impacted the creative and critical fields, especially where intellectual and epistemological debates have intensified. Critical readings that reveal the text have become saturated with new tools, mechanisms, and methodologies that have their philosophical and deep ideological references, facilitating the process of interrogating the motives behind writing in all creative domains.
In this charged atmosphere of creation, imagination, and innovation, the creator is drawn into a moment of invention that invites the discerning reader to engage in processes of sharing and intermingling, thus working to fill gaps and rearranging the black on white. Here, the term post-colonialism or post-coloniality emerged, laden with procedural tools and practical foundations that help illuminate another important aspect of the creative text.
This term has transitioned into the realm of creativity and imagination, entering the Arabic language lexicon and its pragmatic dictionary to serve as another tool for revisiting history, invoking the unsaid, and exposing the implicit and hidden

وفي هذا المقال المعنون ب: سرديات ما بعد الكولونياليّة في النّقد الثّقافي الجزائريّ؛ أردنا الاقتراب أكثر من دراسات سرديات ما بعد الكولونياليّة؛ والاشتغال حول سرديّة الهويّة وذلك من خلال نموذجين نقديين تطبيقيين لسليمة مسعودي، وعبد الرّحمن وغليسي، وهذا من أجل استكناه الأنساق المضمرة المتحكّمة في روايتي "خارج المكان" لإدوارد سعيد و"أربعون عاما في انتظار إيزابيل" لسعيد خطيبي.For a period of time, the world was vacillating between two poles, that controlled the various balances of power, and these countries used everything to subjugate peoples of the Third World. At first, all the parties rushed to find a pretext for their people to justify their positions against their in human acts and abhorrent racism. No full textتستكشف هذه الدراسة التقاطع بين نظرية الحتمية القيمية وممارسات الاتصال الشخصي في السياق الرقمي الجزائري. وبالاعتماد على نموذج رولان بارث السيميولوجي في التحليل الدلالي والضمني، قامت بتحليل مجموعة مختارة بطريقة قصدية من الرموز التعبيرية (الإيموجي) الشائعة الاستخدام في التفاعلات الشخصية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد كشفت النتائج أن هذه الرموز تنقل قيماً ثقافية وأخلاقية ضمنية، سواء إيجابية أو سلبية، تُسهم في تشكيل الاتصال بين الأفراد. فمثلًا، تعبّر رموز مثل القلب الأحمر واليدين المطويتين عن قيم المحبة والامتنان والتواضع، في حين تعكس رموز مثل الوجه الغاضب وكومة البراز دلالات سلبية ترتبط بالغضب وقلة الاحترام والتوتر الرمزي. وتؤكد الدراسة أن الرموز الرقمية اليومية تحمل معاني تنسجم أو تتعارض مع الفرضيات الجوهرية لنظرية الحتمية القيمية، مما يوفر فهمًا أعمق لكيفية تجسيد الاتصال الرقمي لمنظومة القيم الاجتماعية وتأثيره عليها.This study explores the intersection of value determinism theory and personal communication practices in the Algerian digital context. Using Roland Barthes’ semiotic model of denotation and connotation, it analyzes a selected set of emojis frequently used in personal interactions on Social media. The findings reveal that emojis convey implicit cultural and moral values-both positive and negative—that shape interpersonal communication. Symbols such as the red heart and folded hands express values like love, gratitude, and humility, while others like the angry face and pile of poo reflect aggression, disrespect, and symbolic tension. The study confirms that even everyday digital symbols are embedded with meanings that align-or conflict-with the core assumptions of value determinism, offering insight into how digital communication reflects and influences societal value systems
L’espace comme médiateur sensoriel : Concevoir des environnements thérapeutiques pour les enfants en difficulté.
No full textChldren with disabilities need adequate care for their sensory systems and overall development. They ought to have access to educational or therapeutic services in adapted facilities that have inclusive designs to their requirements. The objective is to develop a built environment that is able to enhance the rehabilitation of the children and their sensory stimulation. Educational rooms, as well as areas for rehabilitation and stimulation, need to be reshaped from an inclusive and sensory sociological and architectural environmental design perspective. This research points out the role of therapeutic architecture whose spaces are not mere volumes and forms but are real means for rehabilitation and development.Les enfants en situation de handicap nécessitent une prise en charge afin de stimuler leurs systèmes sensoriels et de favoriser leur développement. Ils doivent bénéficier d’un soutien éducatif ou thérapeutique dans des structures adaptées, conçues avec une architecture inclusive pour répondre à leurs besoins. L’objectif est de créer un environnement bâti capable de contribuer positivement à leur rééducation et à leur stimulation sensorielle. Les espaces éducatifs, les espaces de rééducation et de stimulation doivent être repensés à travers une approche architecturale et environnementale inclusive et sensorielle.
