THE AIM OF THE PAPEREmpirical research on science and technology parks, which is common among them, often analyzesvarious problem areas while researching the park actors. Less common is the type of research thatexamines the entire park as an ecosystem, i.e. at the system level. The aim of this research is toexamine whether science and technology parks are suitable for complex systems. After a literaturereview, empirical research on the topic is presented. The research examined evolutionary, structural, operational and management complexity using ten aspects. METHODOLOGYFollowing the literature review, the empirical research conducted on the topic is presented. Theauthors examine evolutionary, structural, operational, and governance complexity using ten criteria. The method presented in the study makes it possible to determine in which areas and to what extenta given park can be considered complex. MOST IMPORTANT RESULTSThe analysis showed that science and technology parks, taken as a whole, can be consideredcomplex from evolutionary, structural, or operational perspectives. It was confirmed that scienceand technology parks can be regarded as complex systems along multiple dimensions. The studyhighlights the dimensions that are most relevant from a complexity perspective. RECOMMENDATIONSIts practical significance lies in the fact that, by understanding the properties of complex systems, park management organizations can provide more adequate responses to the complex challengesof today. ALKALMAZOTT MÓDSZERTANA szakirodalmi áttekintést követően bemutatásra kerül a témában készült empirikus kutatás. A tanulmány kiemeli a komplexitásszempontjából leginkább releváns szempontokat. GYAKORLATI JAVASLATOKEnnek gyakorlati jelentősége, hogy napjaink összetett kihívásaira a komplex rendszerek tulajdonságainakismeretében adekvátabb válaszokat tudnak adni a parkok menedzsment szervezetei

A hajléktalan személy a szociális ellátórendszerben

    No full text
A szociális ellátórendszert három pillér alkotja: a pénzbeli és természetbeni, valamint a személyes gondoskodást nyújtó ellátások. A személyes gondoskodást nyújtó ellátások igénybevételére alapszolgáltatás és szakosított (intézményi) ellátás keretében nyílik lehetőség. A szociális igazgatásról és szociális ellátásokról szóló 1993. évi III. törvény a hajléktalan-ellátás helyét alapvetően a személyes gondoskodást nyújtó ellátások körében jelöli ki. A tanulmány célja a hajléktalan-ellátási formák bemutatása az alap és szakosított ellátási formák rendszerében, kitérve a szociális munka szerepére és a szociálpolitikai alapelvekre. A téma feldolgozása elsősorban normatív megközelítést igényel és a szakirodalom feldolgozására támaszkodik. A tanulmány keretében vizsgáljuk a szociális munka és a hajléktalan-ellátás összefüggéseit. A tanulmány áttekinti a hajléktalan személy társadalombiztosítási jogállásának jellemzőit is, különös tekintettel az egészségügyi szolgáltatások igénybevételének kérdéseire. A tanulmányt lezáró következtetésben a professzionális szociális munka jelentőségét hangsúlyozzuk.&nbsp

The article analyzes the use of dialectal elements of the Ukrainian language in street inscriptions in the Transcarpathian region. The data were collected in the summer of 2021 in various cities of Transcarpathia, including Uzhhorod, Mukachevo, Khust, Berehove, Rakhiv, Tiachiv, Chop, and Irshava. A diachronic analysis was then carried out, involving the search for these words in dictionaries of Transcarpathian vocabulary from different historical periods. The result of this analysis is a table indicating when each dialectal element was first documented. Thus, it becomes possible to expand the scope of linguistic landscape research by linking it to dialectology.Dialectal Elements in the Linguistic Landscape of Transcarpathia: A Word List and a Historical Approach to Their Study. Thus, it becomes possible to expand the scope of linguistic landscape research by linking it to dialectology.

The Wolf in Phraseology: Macedonian and Russian Parallels. This paper examines phraseological units containing the component wolf in Macedonian and Russian, with the aim of deepening the understanding of their semantic, cultural, and lexicographic dimensions. As a species embedded in the traditional human environment, the wolf has acquired a rich symbolic value, generating a network of associations that extend from notions of danger and ferocity to those of power, resilience, and survival. The analysis explores the correlation between dictionary definitions of the lexeme wolf in Macedonian and Russian lexicography and its realization within the phraseological systems of the two languages. Special attention is devoted to identifying the semantic dominants that structure the phraseological network of meanings, as well as to tracing the mechanisms by which these meanings are transmitted and transformed across linguistic and cultural contexts. The analyzed material has shown that the phraseological use of the lexeme wolf reflects the dynamic interaction between human experience, cultural stereotypes, and the perception of the animal world, forming a complex system of symbolic meaning. These units not only embody linguistic creativity but also function as a mirror of the cultural codes and worldview of the peoples who employ them.

Older names for the cardinal points and winds or The Hungarian wind that blows from midnight. Old Croatian names for the winds and the cardinal directions were always connected in meaning.Winds were often named after the cardinal directions. The article discusses Croatian names for winds and the cardinal points in old Croatian dictionaries and in the ethnographic records of Luka Lukić and Ivan Filipovac in the Vinkovci and Brod areas. The formation suffixes for winds largely coincide in the past and today such as suffix -njak (zapadnjak, istočnjak, polnoćnjak, sučenjak, podsučenjak), suffix -ac/-ec (dolnjac, gornjac, madžarac, sremac, zdolec, zgorec). Previously, winds could have the same name as the cardinal direction - west (zapad), south (jug), while today the south wind ends with the suffix -o (jugo), and the west wind with the suffix -njak (zapadnjak). We often find compound names made up of the adjective and noun such as west wind (zapadni vjetar), east wind (istočni vjetar). Some old names refer to the country or area from which the wind blows (madžarac – Hungary, grik – Greece, sremac – Srijem). The names for the sides of the world may be the same in the past and today: istok (east), zapad (west), sjever/siver/sever (north), jug (south). The names for the west in old texts are zapad, zašad, sunčeni zahod, sunčeni zapad, sunac zapada. The names for the east in old texts are istok, ustok, izhod sunčeni, sunčeni istok, sunac istoka. The names for the north in old texts are: sjever/siver/sever (north), polnoć/ponoć (midnight). Polnoć/ponoć (midnight) is the old Slavic name for midnight and for the north side of the world. The names for the south in old texts are jug (south) and poldne/podne (noon). Podne/poldne is the old Slavic name for noon and south side of the world
