    Mechanism of Share Transfer Through Court Decision for Shareholders in a State of Absence (Afwezigheid)

    There are many problems found in the civil aspect these days, which are diverse and complex, so comprehensive arrangements are needed to fulfil all civil rights in humans as one of the subjects of civil law. This research will specifically discuss the state of Afwezigheid as a shareholder of a limited liability company where the assets owned are in the form of shares. To carry out the civil rights of an absent person (Afwezig), a determination of Afwezigheid is required by the local District Court, which then appoints Balai Harta Peninggalan (BHP) as a Special Manager (Bewindvoerder) to carry out management of the absent person's assets. This research is a normative legal study using secondary data, applying statute approach, conceptual approach, and historical approach. The data were collected through literature review of books, laws, and regulations relating to the state of Afwezigheid and its position under the Civil Code and Law Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company. The findings indicate that the absence (Afwezigheid) of a shareholder must be established by a court ruling, with BHP managing the shareholder’s rights and assets. However, the lack of clear technical procedures for share transfer creates legal uncertainty in practice

    ⁠Dapsone Induced Methemoglobinemia in Pediatric Patient: A Case Report

    Background: Acquired methemoglobinemia is significantly more common than the congenital form, though it remains a rare condition. Most cases arise from accidental chemical exposure or the use of topical and local anesthetics. Case Description: We present a case of 14-year-old male presented with complaints of dark grayish discoloration of the skin on the face and hands, persisting for the past two months prior to admission. He was later diagnosed with dapsone induced methemoglobinemia. Patient was then discharged with oral therapy consisting of agents with antioxidant properties and instructed to discontinue dapsone consumption. Conclusions: In pediatric patients undergoing dapsone therapy, the risk of dapsone induced methemoglobinemia should be carefully considered to ensure early identification and prompt management, thus minimizing the potential for severe complications

    Investigating the Prognostic Value of Serum Albumin Levels in Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

    Background: Hypoalbuminemia, characterized by low serum albumin levels, is frequently observed in patients undergoing hemodialysis and has been identified as a potential predictor of increased mortality risk. This systematic review aims to evaluate the relationship between hypoalbuminemia and mortality in hemodialysis patients, assessing the prognostic value of serum albumin levels as an indicator for patient outcomes.   Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted in databases including PubMed, Europe PMC, and Scopus to identify relevant studies. Studies were included if they investigated the association between serum albumin levels and mortality outcomes in adult patients undergoing hemodialysis. Data extraction was performed independently by two reviewers, focusing on study characteristics, patient demographics, albumin levels, and mortality outcomes. Quality assessment of studies was conducted using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS).   Result: A total of eight studies, encompassing 45,178 hemodialysis patients with a mean age in the 50s, met the inclusion criteria. The studies had a combined male cohort of 22,501 individuals. The definition of hypoalbuminemia varied across studies, with cutoff values ranging from 3.0 to 3.9 g/dL. Follow-up durations spanned from as early as 3 months to a maximum of 6.1 years. The meta-analysis revealed a pooled hazard ratio (HR) of 1.08 (95% CI: 0.94–1.25), suggesting a non-significant association between hypoalbuminemia and increased mortality risk (P = 0.28). However, substantial heterogeneity was present (I² = 79%), indicating variability across studies.   Conclusions: Hypoalbuminemia showed a non-significant association with mortality in hemodialysis patients, though variability across studies suggests further research is needed for clarity

    INTEGRASI KEARIFAN LOKAL DAN TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL SEBAGAI STRATEGI BERKELANJUTAN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA CIMANDE

    Desa Cimande merupakan salah satu desa wisata dengan potensi budaya dan sumber daya alam yang kaya, namun menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan produk wisata dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) dan pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, inovasi produk, pengemasan, pemasaran digital, serta pengurusan sertifikasi usaha. Dengan pendekatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, kegiatan ini melibatkan sosialisasi, workshop, dan pendampingan intensif selama 3 bulan.   Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Produk inovasi berbasis lokal seperti Jelibu (jeli lidah buaya), Kopi Biji Salak dan Kurma Salak berhasil diciptakan dengan pengemasan modern yang menarik. Selain itu, empat produk unggulan Desa Cimande yaitu balapulang, wajit ketan, kue ali dan kembung goyang yang merupakan oleh-oleh Khas Desa Wisata Cimande telah mendapatkan sertifikasi P-IRT. Tentunya dengan P-IRT ini akan memberikan kepercayaan lebih kepada konsumen untuk membeli produk Desa Cimande.  Peserta juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digital melalui platform e-commerce seperti Tik Tok dan website. Program ini menciptakan dampak berkelanjutan dengan mendukung peningkatan daya saing pariwisata berbasis kearifan lokal, melestarikan budaya, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah, dan lembaga non-pemerintah dalam mengatasi tantangan pengembangan desa wisata

    JMS Leather is a small medium enterprise that produces leather products such as bags, wallets, book covers and accessories. It has challenges such as the lack of unique and innovative products that are functional and aesthetic at the same time. In this community service, the lecturer and students collaborate with JMS Leather to design new products, from the identification of customer needs to the final prototype process. This process involved market analysis, in-depth interviews, customer surveys, and need-based design development. The designs are designed to be more minimalist, yet still functional to address the preferences of a wider market. With this approach, the program is expected to produce products that are innovative, attractive, and able to meet customer needs. In addition, this collaboration also aims to increase student creativity in applying product design knowledge practically. This method includes collecting data through Google Forms surveys to understand consumer needs and developing product prototypes. After obtaining the survey results, continue by processing the data and design ideas discussion with JMS Leather. The output is the product prototype and training JMS Leather about the process of product development and final prototype

    This research is focused on the implementation of the MilleaLab VR platform for teaching English to a student with ADHD at SMP Plus Rahmat, Kediri, Indonesia. Traditional methodologies in teaching are often less engaging for students with ADHD, and alternative methods are increasingly needed. That is where Virtual Reality comes in. MilleaLab can offer an interactive learning environment that takes away stress, maintains focus, and increases interest in learning. After going through Narrative Inquiry, one could deduce that the participant was interested in learning because of the enrichment through Virtual Reality learning. The student was very keen to learn and was more relaxed when it came to learning English; this meant that Virtual Reality did have some advantage over its rivals. The student showed a more profound understanding of the stories told during the classes and seemed to remember them more; this would mean that VR can significantly improve memory and understanding. This points to the need to offer teaching techniques relevant to each individual for the students to continue their studies with success. These findings point out Virtual Reality as the preferred method of teaching, where the student mentioned the desire to continue working on MilleaLab. The results form an emerging understanding of the place of VR within inclusive education and point to some potentially productive directions for further research into the use of technology within diverse learning environments. Abstrak bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan platform VR MilleaLab dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris kepada seorang siswa dengan ADHD di SMP Plus Rahmat, Kediri, Indonesia. Metode pengajaran tradisional yang sering kurang menarik bagi siswa dengan ADHD membutuhkan alternatif yang lebih inovatif, dan di sinilah Virtual Reality (VR) berperan. MilleaLab menyediakan lingkungan pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat mengurangi stres, menjaga fokus, dan meningkatkan minat belajar. Melalui pendekatan *Narrative Inquiry*, ditemukan bahwa siswa menunjukkan antusiasme lebih tinggi, merasa lebih rileks, dan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap materi pelajaran, terutama dalam mengingat cerita yang disampaikan selama pembelajaran. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa VR dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan daya ingat dan pemahaman, sekaligus menunjukkan keunggulan dibandingkan metode pembelajaran lainnya. Siswa juga menyatakan keinginan untuk terus belajar menggunakan MilleaLab, yang menguatkan potensi VR sebagai metode pengajaran yang relevan untuk kebutuhan individu, khususnya dalam pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih luas tentang peran VR dalam mendukung keberhasilan belajar siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus dan membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai teknologi dalam lingkungan pembelajaran yang beragam.

    KERJASAMA PARIWISATA BAHARI INDONESIA DENGAN ASEAN DALAM RANGKA PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI MARITIM

    As a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Indonesia prioritizes the development of its tourism sector. Indonesia’s vast marine tourism potential serves as a catalyst for national economic growth. This study focuses on the implementation of ASEAN cooperation programs in Indonesia's marine tourism sector and its contribution to maritime economic development. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods. The findings indicate that Indonesia has integrated ASEAN cooperation programs in the tourism sector into its national policies. Indonesia utilizes these policies to promote, enhance accessibility, and improve facilities at tourist destinations. Marine tourism, as a rapidly growing sector, has shown its contributions to the national economy and Indonesia’s maritime economic development through increased foreign exchange earnings, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and employment.   Sebagai salah satu negara anggota Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Indonesia menjadikan pembangunan sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu sektor prioritas. Indonesia menyimpan potensi pariwisata bahari yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan program kerja sama ASEAN ke dalam pariwisata bahari Indonesia serta kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan ekonomi maritim. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Indonesia telah mengaplikasikan program kerja sama ASEAN dalam sektor pariwisata ke dalam kebijakan nasionalnya. Indonesia memanfaatkan kebijakannya dalam mendorong promosi dan penguatan akses serta fasilitas di destinasi wisata. Pariwisata bahari sebagai sektor yang berkembang pesat telah menunjukkan kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian nasional dan pembangunan ekonomi maritim Indonesia melalui peningkatan devisa, Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), dan tenaga kerja.Sebagai salah satu negara anggota Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Indonesia menjadikan pembangunan sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu sektor prioritas.     Air quality, wind speed, and wind direction monitoring system is a system that can measure environmental parameters that affect human health and comfort, as well as displaying real-time measurement data through an application. This system is designed and built using ESP32 microcontroller and data visualization using Blynk IoT platform. The system consists of three main components, namely sensors, microcontroller, and IoT platform. The sensors used are DHT22 sensor to read temperature and humidity, MQ135 sensor to read CO2 concentration, anemometer sensor to read wind speed, and wind direction sensor to read wind direction. These sensors send data to the ESP32 microcontroller, which then processes the data and sends it to the Blynk server via an internet connection. In addition, the measurement data is also automatically sent to a Google Spreadsheet using the Google Sheets API. This allows users to save data in a tabular format, perform further analysis, and store measurement history in the cloud. The Blynk app displays measurement data in the form of graphs, numbers, and color indicators. The test showed that the system can function well in measuring environmental parameters. Verification showed that the average relative errors in reading the parameters are as follows: temperature 1.7%, humidity 1.63%, CO2 concentration 1.99%, and wind speed 0.02%. These error values are within accepted tolerance level, hence the system is sufficiently accurate to measure environmental conditions. Bahasa Indonesia Abstract: Sistem monitoring kualitas udara, kecepatan angin, dan arah angin adalah sistem yang dapat mengukur parameter-parameter lingkungan yang berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan dan kenyamanan manusia, serta menampilkan data hasil pengukuran secara real-time melalui aplikasi. Sistem ini dirancang dan dibangun dengan menggunakan Mikrokontroler ESP32 dan visualisasi data menggunakan Blynk. Mikrokontroler ESP32 adalah sistem berbiaya rendah dan berdaya rendah, terintegrasi pada chip mikrokontroler, dengan WiFi terintegrasi dan mode ganda Bluetooth. Blynk adalah platform perangkat lunak IoT berbiaya rendah dan berdaya rendah yang memungkinkan pengembang untuk membuat proyek terhubung dengan mudah. Sistem ini terdiri dari tiga komponen utama, yaitu sensor, mikrokontroler, dan aplikasi. Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor DHT22 untuk membaca suhu dan kelembapan, sensor MQ135 untuk membaca CO2, sensor anemometer untuk membaca kecepatan angin, dan sensor arah angin untuk membaca arah angin. Sensor-sensor ini mengirim data ke mikrokontroler ESP32, yang kemudian mengolah data dan mengirimnya ke server Blynk melalui koneksi internet. Selain itu, data hasil pengukuran juga dikirimkan secara otomatis ke Google Spreadsheet menggunakan API Google Sheets. Hal ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk menyimpan data dalam format tabel, melakukan analisis lebih lanjut, dan menyimpan riwayat pengukuran secara terpusat. Aplikasi Blynk menampilkan data hasil pengukuran dalam bentuk grafik, angka, dan indikator warna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengukur parameter-parameter lingkungan. Rata-rata kadar CO2 adalah 310PPM. Rata-rata kecepatan angin adalah 1.2 m/s, dengan nilai minimum 0 m/s dan maksimum 3.1 m/s. Arah angin terbanyak adalah dari arah Tenggara (135°).     Pemanfaatan R untuk Komputasi Simbolik: [The Utilization of R for Symbolic Computation]

    One of the R packages for symbolic operations that is currently active and developing is Ryacas. This package is an interface between the yacas system and R, combining symbolic and numerical computation capabilities in one system. This study aims to explore and document R's capabilities in symbolic computation using Ryacas. There are three topics that will be discussed in this research, namely 1) precision of arithmetic calculations, 2) application to linear algebra, and 3) application of symbolic computation to solving Mathematics-Statistics cases. Ryacas is able to increase the precision of numerical calculations in simple arithmetic cases, and operations in linear algebra. The case of obtaining the probability distribution function and probability density function of a random variable U which is a function of a random variable Y, can be easily solved by Ryacas. The output of symbolic computation from this last case is further processed numerically by R in the form of a graphical appearance, with the ggplot2 package. Likewise, the simulation process is carried out to generate the values of the random variable U. These results illustrate the continuous process between symbolic and numerical computation in one system, in this case R. Bahasa Indonesia Abstract: Paket R untuk operasi simbolik yang saat ini aktif dan berkembang salah satunya adalah Ryacas.  Paket ini merupakan antarmuka antara sistem yacas dan R, sehingga menggabungkan kemampuan komputasi simbolik dan numerik dalam satu sistem.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mendokumentasikan kemampuan R dalam komputasi simbolik dengan menggunakan Ryacas.  Ada tiga topik yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 1) presisi perhitungan aritmatika, 2) penerapan pada aljabar linear, dan 3) penerapan komputasi simbolik pada pemecahan kasus Matematika-Statistik.  Ryacas mampu meningkatkan presisi perhitung-an numerik pada kasus aritmatika sederhana, dan operasi-operasi pada aljabar linear.  Kasus mendapatkan fungsi sebaran peluang dan fungsi kepekatan peluang dari peubah acak U yang merupakan fungsi dari suatu peubah acak Y, dapat dengan mudah diselesaikan oleh Ryacas.  Luaran komputsi simbolik dari kasus terakhir ini, diperoses lebih lanjut secara numerik oleh R berupa penampilan grafik, dengan paket ggplot2. Demikian pula proses simulasi dilakukan untuk membangkitkan nilai-nilai peubah acak U.  Hasil ini mengilustrasikan proses bersinam-bungan antara komputasi simbolik dan numerik dalam satu sistem, dalam hal ini R.

    Pemanfaatan Kolagen Limbah Ikan Tuna dalam Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Bacillus Subtilis sebagai Kandidat Probiotik: [Utilization of Collagen From Tuna Fish Waste to Enhance The Growth of Bacillus Subtilis as A Probiotic Candidate]

    Probiotics are a group of bacteria with health benefits, which are widely used in various nutritional products. Various efforts are made to effectively increase growth of probiotics, including adding supplemental nutrition, such as protein. In this study, a series of tests were conducted (optical density, colony forming unit, and pH test) to evaluate the effect of collagen hydrolysate supplementation, obtained from tuna waste, on the growth of Bacillus subtilis G8, a candidate of probiotic bacteria which have been isolated from the Japanese traditional food natto. The results demonstrated positive impacts of collagen hydrolysate supplementation on cell density and colony-forming units, as well as on the reduction of pH of bacterial growth medium. Concentration of 5% was observed as the most optimum concentration to support the bacterial growth, while the most acidic pH of bacterial growth medium is observed at 3% supplementation. In conclusion, supplementation of collagen hydrolysate derived from tuna waste supported the growth of B. subtilis G8 as well as reduced the pH of its growth media. Bahasa Indonesia Abstract: Probiotik merupakan sekelompok bakteri yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan dan banyak digunakan dalam berbagai produk nutrisi. Beragam upaya telah dilakukan untuk secara efektif meningkatkan pertumbuhan probiotik, salah satunya melalui penambahan nutrisi tambahan seperti protein. Dalam penelitian ini, serangkaian uji dilakukan, meliputi uji kerapatan optik, unit pembentuk koloni (CFU), dan pengukuran pH, untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi kolagen hidrolisat yang diperoleh dari limbah ikan tuna terhadap pertumbuhan Bacillus subtilis G8, yakni kandidat bakteri probiotik yang diisolasi dari makanan tradisional Jepang, natto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi kolagen hidrolisat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kerapatan sel dan jumlah koloni, serta menyebabkan penurunan pH medium pertumbuhan bakteri. Konsentrasi 5% diketahui sebagai konsentrasi yang paling optimal dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bakteri, sedangkan pH terendah pada medium pertumbuhan tercatat pada konsentrasi suplementasi sebesar 3%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi kolagen hidrolisat yang berasal dari limbah ikan tuna mampu mendukung pertumbuhan B. subtilis G8 serta menurunkan pH media pertumbuhannya.
