    Convenience and Satisfaction Count: Exploring the Experience and Product Diversity on Repurchase Intention at Cold ‘N Brew, Medan

    The study investigates the influence of customer experience, product diversity, and perceived convenience on repurchase intention, using customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, in the context of Cold ‘N Brew coffee shop. As global and local brands focus on innovation and customer engagement, coffee shops in Indonesia face profitability challenges, with nearly 20% failing within two years. The rapid growth of the coffee shop industry has led to intense competition, making customer retention crucial. Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis, the research analyzes 160 responses from customers who have visited Cold ‘N Brew in Medan, Indonesia at least twice a year. The findings indicate that customer experience positively influences satisfaction, it does not directly influence repurchase intention. In contrast, product diversity and perceived convenience positively influence both satisfaction and repurchase intention, with satisfaction serving as a mediator for the influences of customer experience and perceived convenience but not for product diversity. The study offers insights for Cold' N Brew and similar businesses, emphasizing the importance of enhancing customer experience, a strategic emphasis on product diversification and enhanced convenience is essential for Cold 'N Brew, Medan to improve customer repurchase intention. The consumer experience will be optimized, and the quality of service will be enhanced, fostering greater loyalty. Furthermore, to attract a broader customer base and remain based on evolving consumer preferences, it is essential to invest in product innovation and enhance service accessibility. This research provides actionable strategies to improve customer satisfaction in a competitive market.     The current trend in vehicle maintenance focuses on keeping the appearance and performance of vehicles optimal by utilizing technology and environmentally friendly products. Modern consumers prioritize convenience, efficiency, and sustainability, including the use of applications for tracking vehicle conditions and scheduling regular services at official workshops. Maintenance products that support fuel efficiency and eco-friendly oils are also increasingly favored. Zerone Japan is a brand that provides a variety of automotive care needs for vehicle enthusiasts. This research aims to determine the influence of Information Quality, Service Quality, Preferential Treatment, and Customization on Repurchase Intention through Perceived Value. The expected benefit of this research is to expand knowledge in the field of management, particularly regarding the influence of these variables. The research is causal in nature, using a quantitative method and AMOS 24.0 software to process primary data from 150 Shopee Zerone Japan application consumers in Surabaya, gathered through the Snowball Sampling technique. The respondents are men and women, aged 18-60, residing in Surabaya, and have made purchases through the Shopee Zerone Japan app at least twice in the last six months. In this study, all variables, including Perceived Value, Information Quality, Service Quality, Preferential Treatment, and Customization, have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention

    Determinants of Organizational Performance and its Implications on Sustained Competitive Advantage: Empirical Study in Indonesian Television Media Companies

    This research aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture, Top Succession Context, and Information Communication Technology Strategy on Organizational Performance, and their implication to Sustained Competitive Advantage. The methodology of this research was quantitative research with hypothesis testing for examining seven hypotheses. Populations were the 12 national broadcasting companies, which were located in DKI Jakarta, with sample size were 260 television workers. Data for this study were collected using questionnaires and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) was employed for data analysis techniques. The results of this research in general there was the effect of Organizational Culture, Top Succession Context, and Information Communication Technology Strategy on Organizational Performance, Top Succession Context, Information Communication Technology Strategy, and Organizational Performance on Sustained Competitive Advantage of twelve television broadcasting companies of Indonesia. All of seven hypotheses which proposed in this research, six hypotheses were being given can be accepted, except Organizational Culture did not influence Sustained Competitive Advantage. Information Communication Technology Strategy as an independent variable was the strongest influence on Organizational Performance and Sustained Competitive Advantage. This research also provides discussion on the findings as well as limitations, theoretical and practical contribution, theoretical and managerial implications of the study, and suggestions for future research

Output targets include increasing sales, product development, intellectual property management, and growing income for business partners.     This study examines the impact of creativity, leadership, networking, and organizational innovation on organizational performance among digital content creators in Surabaya. As the creative digital economy grows rapidly, content creators face intense competition that demands not only creativity but also strategic management capabilities. Creativity is essential in producing unique and engaging content, while leadership shapes vision, direction, and motivation. While leadership provides direction and motivation for sustainable growth. Networking enables collaboration with peers, platforms, and clients, expanding market reach and resource access. Organizational innovation, meanwhile, drives continuous improvement in content, processes, and business models. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from digital content creators operating in Surabaya and analyzed to test the relationships between the proposed variables. The findings are expected to highlight how these four strategic management dimensions contribute to enhanced organizational performance in the creative digital sector. This study provides both theoretical insights and practical implications for entrepreneurs, policymakers, and educators to strengthen the competitiveness of local digital content creators

    The Influence of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance in ASEAN-5

    This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on corporate financial performance in ASEAN-5, focusing on two performance indicators, namely Tobin's Q and Return on Assets (ROA). The method used was a regression analysis of panel data with secondary data from 144 companies listed on S&P Capital IQ during the period 2019 to 2023. This study employs the Fixed Effects research model for Model 1, while Model 2 utilizes the Random Effects model. The results of the study show that external corporate governance has no significant effect on financial performance, as measured by Tobin's Q. In contrast, debt financing has a negative impact on ROA's financial performance. In addition, market competition, as measured by the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), did not affect Tobin's Q or ROA, while the ESG score showed no significant impact on either Tobin's Q or ROA. These findings offer valuable insights for companies to manage debt and develop sustainable strategies that enhance financial performance in a competitive market

    The Influence of Entrepreneurial Intention, Entrepreneurial Commitment, Family Support, on Entrepreneurial Behavior to Students in Bandung

    Students with high entrepreneurial intention but who have not yet transformed it into entrepreneurial behavior represent a contradictory issue that requires in-depth research. This study explores the influence of entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial commitment, and family support on the entrepreneurial behavior of students in Bandung. The study involved 193 students from three universities in Bandung using a non-probability sampling method, specifically judgmental sampling. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial intention has a positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior, both directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial commitment. However, entrepreneurial commitment does not have a direct influence on entrepreneurial behavior. Furthermore, family support does not provide a positive moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial commitment. This study provides insights into the importance of entrepreneurial intention in shaping entrepreneurial behavior, despite the absence of a role for entrepreneurial commitment and family support

    Determinants of Online Purchase Intention: Evidence from Indonesia’s E-Commerce

    This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, social influences, price perception, and perceived risk on online purchase intention. The development of internet technology in Indonesia in various sectors is getting faster. One of the industrial sectors that rely on internet technology as a place to do business is e-commerce. Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest percentage of e-commerce users in the world, but the development of e-commerce cannot be separated from the problems that occur. As one of the e-commerce sites in Indonesia, “XYZ” is currently developing its services to make it more attractive to consumers, but there are still many problems that are felt by consumers related to “XYZ”, such as service quality that is not yet optimal. Thus, research is needed regarding the factors that influence online purchase intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using electronic questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. Analysis of the measurement model and structural model in this study was carried out using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The respondents of this research are Indonesian people who are more than 16 years old and have used “XYZ” e-commerce. The measurement model test consists of testing the validity and reliability, while the measurement model testing consists of testing the coefficient of determination, t -count, significance, and the relationship between constructs. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use variable affects online purchase intention, the perceived usefulness variable affects online purchase intention, the social influences variable affects online purchase intention, and the price perception variable affects online purchase intention. Meanwhile, the perceived risk variable has no effect on online purchase intention

    Artificial Intelligence-based Outpainting Technology: TikTok Effect Features in the Perspective of Elegant Design Composition

    Outpainting is one of art technologies based on artificial intelligence. Feature contained in TikTok application is able to expand uploaded the image. The image expansion system is supported by application of AI technology that is able to fill in empty parts of original image. this benefit can be achieved by identifying work patterns and understanding results of feature. It is necessary to understand concept of applying AI technology to produce images that are wider than the original photo. Therefore, an attempt was made to examine content results of Outpainting from perspective of elegant composition design. The experiment was conducted by uploading two photos that have different compositions, objects, complexity, and details of each image. In addition, the discussion of output results of technology is to find advantages and disadvantages of Outpainting feature found in TikTok application. Research strategies uses a descriptive process with trials and literature sources so as to explore good quality and in-depth data.&nbsp

    Modern developments have had a significant influence on the world of education, for example technology-based learning innovations. However, technological developments have both positive and negative impacts. An examination based on a Biblical perspective is sufficient to answer the problems that arise because it is important to view the presence of technology as God's providence that must be used wisely. If not reviewed biblically, the presence of technology becomes a big problem in learning. The purpose of writing this paper is to present a study of Christian philosophy and theology regarding learning innovations based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Educational innovation based on AI technology in the perspective of Biblical Christian insights using the research method of literature review. Hopefully God's providence will be manifested in learning practice that glorify God and the world's philosophical views will not shake Christian faith. The results of the discussion show the philosophical views and Christian theology that students will get from teachers who invite students to properly examine AI technology-based learning innovations. The conclusion is that technology-based learning innovations are designed by Christian teachers in accordance with God's will.
