    Principal TSDS IA percaya bahwa desain yang baik tidak hanya berdasarkan keindahan visual atau estetik saja namun dapat dirasakan sebagai atmosfer saat seorang individu masuk ke dalam ruangan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana cara TSDS IA menerapkan atmosfer ruang sebagai pendekatan desain dalam proses desain mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Etnografi yang dilakukan selama waktu 10 bulan. Analisis data secara kualitatif menggunakan perspektif Interpretatif, dengan studi kasus dua proyek rumah tinggal Orchard Road dan Batam. Cara berpikir TSDS IA untuk mencapai arsitektur berkualitas dan sikap kompromi tim desainer yang merupakan cara bertindak dalam menghadapi limitasi dalam proyek melahirkan arsitektur berkualitas dengan atmosfer yang diharapkan

    Cooked by Annisa" is a home-based culinary business established in 2020, focusing on offering high-quality food products such as pastries and Japanese specialties. The business faces several challenges, including limited production capacity, restricted market access, and a shortage of human and financial resources. This article outlines proposed solutions to address these issues through digital marketing strategies, a pre-order and pick-up point system, new product development, operational enhancements, and the adoption of digital technologies. These initiatives aim to boost competitiveness, expand market reach, and transform the business into a sustainable and adaptive MSME in the global food sector. The article also presents risk analysis, and key lessons learned in managing a digitally driven and innovative-focused small enterprise. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia: Cooked by Annisa" adalah usaha kuliner rumahan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dan berfokus pada penyediaan produk makanan berkualitas, seperti pastry dan hidangan khas Jepang. Dalam perjalanannya, usaha ini menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan kapasitas produksi, akses pasar yang terbatas, serta minimnya sumber daya manusia dan pembiayaan. Artikel ini membahas solusi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut melalui strategi pemasaran digital, sistem pre-order dan pick-up point, pengembangan produk baru, serta peningkatan operasional dan adopsi teknologi digital.     There are currently many institutions, industries (corporations), as well as educational institutions facing performance and sustainability problems. The demand for productive performance is a necessity to excel or at least survive in difficult times like now, especially due to the pandemic. The important things are the role of students in understanding and implementing sustainability, the role of management in implementing governance and the role of lecturers in the tridharma to maintain sustainability. It is deemed necessary that we lecturers as part of community service (Pengabadian Kepada Masyarakat/PKM) want to carry out activities at a university in North Sumatra. This activity will discuss how to socialize sustainability in higher education institution settings, how to improve performance, especially in relation to the tridharma of higher education institution, as well as equip students to learn about corporate cases and the role of governance to achieve sustainability in an institution. This Community Service (PKM) was carried out at the Surya Nusantara Adventist College in North Sumatra. The response to this event was very good considering the benefits for students, lecturers, staff, and management. This was reflected in the response during the event and the response to the results of filling in the questionnaire

    One of the pillars of the economy in Indonesia that plays a role in economic growth is MSMEs. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is influenced by internal entrepreneurial factors, namely entrepreneurial innovative behavior, entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial motivation, by taking the object of research as MSME actors in Greater Tangerang. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of internal entrepreneurial factors. Research data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires conducted online. Then collected and processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The research process began with a pre-test of 30 respondents, then continued with actual data collection from 275 respondents. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial leadership with business performance. Conversely, no significant relationship was found between entrepreneurial innovative behavior and business performance

    ANALYZING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AMONG GENERATION Z: A LITERATURE REVIEW BASED ON JOB DEMANDS-RESOURCES MODEL, SOCIAL EXCHANGE THEORY, AND SELF-DETERMINATION THEORY

    This paper presents a systematic literature review on the factors influencing employee engagement among Generation Z based on Job Demand-Resource Model, Social Exchange Theory, and Self Determination Theory. By examining empirical studies focusing exclusively on Generation Z employees, this review identifies key factors: psychological (job stress), leadership style, organizational factors (organizational support, organizational commitment, work meaningfulness, wellbeing, value fit), work life balance, and workplace flexibility. Findings from various studies are combined to formulate strategic recommendations for developing managerial policies and work environments adaptive to the unique characteristics of Generation Z in the lens of Job Demand-Resource Model, Social Exchange Theory, and Self Determination Theory. The results indicate that interventions targeting key factors identified in this review are critical to enhancing employee engagement among Generation

    ENHANCING JOB PERFORMANCE: EXPLORING THE IMPACT OF PERSON-JOB FIT, JOB AUTONOMY, AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE

    The examination in this research investigates the relationship between the employee’s performance to the person-job fit and job autonomy with work-life balance being the variable of interest. Using the quantitative method, data in forms of surveys were collected from 166 employees and analyzed in SmartPLS to check for correlation between the variables. The findings indicate that work life balance strengthens the link between both person job fit and job autonomy and job performance. It stresses that employees who are granted autonomy perform better and are more innovative whereas with work life balance lowers tension and enhances concentration and performance. This study encourages the managers to take into account both the workers’ preferences as well as the targets of the company in order to increase the level of effectiveness and motivation. It adds to the body of HR management by suggesting a practical approach to achieve a higher productivity of the office and to improve the living standards of its employees. &nbsp

This workshop introduces high school students to artificial intelligence (AI) as a powerful tool for building and growing sustainable businesses. Through interactive presentations and hands-on activities, students will learn basic AI concepts, explore its applications in business, and understand how AI can enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and increase competitiveness. Real-life case studies and AI simulations will help students identify practical opportunities and challenges in business. Students will also create and present their own AI-based business ideas, enabling them to apply what they’ve learned to real-world contexts. This experience builds foundational skills in AI and entrepreneurship, encouraging creative and strategic thinking.     The Effect of Budget Management Participation and Budget Management Experience On Budget Performance: The Moderating Role Of SIMA SIPKD

    This study analyses the influence of budget management participation, and budget management experience, on budget performance and strengthened by SIMA SIPKD (IT). The sampling technique used is total sampling with the number of research samples to be analysed is the same as the population of 155 respondents, which are all members of the Aceh Government TAPA Team. The results showed that Budget Participation, and the experience of budget managers had a positive and significant effect on budget performance. SIMA SIPKD (IT) does not moderate the relationship between Budget Participation, budget manager experience and budget performance. The findings of this study agency problems in local budgeting are related to the experience of budget managers

    The Influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Enjoyment and Subjective Norms on Satisfaction with Customer Experience Through Brand Engagement for Sephora Application Users in Surabaya

    This study aims to examine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Enjoyment, and Subjective Norms on customer experience satisfaction through brand engagement for Sephora application users in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods with data collected from 130 respondents who are active users of the Sephora application. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software to analyze the relationship between variables through multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Enjoyment, and Subjective Norms have a significant influence on brand involvement, which then affects the level of customer satisfaction in using the Sephora application. Enjoyment and Perceived Usefulness factors are shown to be the main predictors that influence brand engagement and user satisfaction. These findings provide insights for companies in optimizing factors that can enhance customer experience through strong brand engagement

    Tokopedia Kalbe Animal Health Digital Marketing Strategy to Increase Product Sales

    The global Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted various sectors of life. In the economic sector, many companies have faced declines in sales, losses, and even bankruptcy. For instance, PT Agroveta Husada Dharma, a company focused on animal health, has experienced a decrease in sales for livestock due to selling prices for live chickens and cows being consistently below the cost of production. The restrictions on community activities during the pandemic have compelled companies to leverage digital technology for marketing efforts, enabling them to continue operations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study utilizing a case study method with the aim of determining the digital marketing strategies employed by Tokopedia Kalbe Animal Health to boost sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection involved in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The study's findings revealed that PT Agroveta Husada Dharma's sales increased as a result of implementing an adaptive digital marketing strategy on Tokopedia, specifically using the SOSTAC framework
