Peran Media Sosial dalam Meningkatkan Kasus Pembajakan Buku Digital di Indonesia: Analisis Penegakan Hukum Berdasarkan UU Hak Cipta 2022 pada Platform Shopee (Studi Kasus 2020-2025)
This study examines the role of social media in escalating digital book piracy in Indonesia and the effectiveness of law enforcement under the 2022 Copyright Law on the Shopee platform (2020–2025). The case study reveals that social media algorithms, e-commerce features, and closed online communities form a structured ecosystem for distributing pirated content. Data indicates a 78% increase in piracy cases over five years, driven by low pricing (5–30% of official prices), technological adaptations (VPN, preorder via private messaging), and the normalization of illegal consumption among students and young professionals. Law enforcement analysis highlights significant limitations: only 3% of cases were legally processed due to perpetrator anonymity, institutional coordination gaps, and Shopee’s ineffective take-down notice system in preventing reappearing content. The study recommends AI-integrated real-time detection systems, regulatory harmonization adopting notice-and-stay-down mechanisms, and multistakeholder collaboration to enhance copyright literacy and digital forensic capacity.
This Study looks at how capital market legal education is urgently needed for the younger generation to help them overcome the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) in equity investing. The FOMO phenomenon leads the younger generation to rush investment choices without sufficient research, which might financially hurt them. Conceptually and legally, the normative legal approach is used to investigate the legal and regulatory elements connected to capital market legal education and the protection of young investors. Furthermore, a literature study was done to grasp the significance of early capital market knowledge and the influence of FOMO. The findings of the research show that developing clever and legally protected young investors depends much on capital market legal education included into the educational curriculum from elementary school to college. By raising knowledge of capital market risks and procedures, this education is meant to offset FOMO and help to build a healthy and sustainable investing culture among the younger generation. This paper advocates for financial institutions, regulators, and educational organizations working together to provide inclusive and efficient capital market legal education courses
Menelusuri Integritas Pasar Modal Indonesia Melalui Studi Kasus Manipulasi Saham PT Sekawan Intipratama Tbk
This study addresses the issue of weak legal protection for investors in the Indonesian capital market, particularly concerning stock price manipulation. The case of PT Sekawan Intipratama Tbk (SIAP) is examined as a concrete example. SIAP's shares experienced an unusual price surge, unsupported by corporate actions or financial fundamentals. The sudden increase followed by a sharp decline caused significant investor losses and a default by one securities firm, raising concerns about the effectiveness of market supervision and law enforcement.
This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, case-based, and conceptual approaches. Data are collected through literature review and consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The analysis focuses on Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Market, especially Articles 91, 92, and 104, which regulate prohibitions against manipulation and the associated sanctions. The study also examines the roles of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs), including the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and the Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI).
Findings indicate that although Indonesia’s legal framework on capital markets is normatively comprehensive, enforcement remains weak. Law enforcement is reactive, early detection mechanisms are underdeveloped, and inter-agency coordination is lacking. Legal responsibility for manipulation extends beyond individuals to issuers, directors, commissioners, and securities companies.
The study concludes that reform is necessary through the adoption of advanced surveillance technologies, enhanced supervisory capacity of OJK and SROs, and widespread investor education. These efforts aim to foster a fair, transparent, and trustworthy capital market ecosystem in Indonesia

Nursing Students’ Learning Through ACLS Simulation: A Scoping Review
Simulation learning is widely used in nursing education to improve clinical competence and emergency preparedness. In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), simulation provides nursing students with realistic scenarios to enhance decision-making, teamwork, and technical competencies. This scoping review aimed to explore: (1) the learning experiences of nursing students participating in ACLS simulation and (2) the barriers to its implementation in nursing education. Although numerous studies support the effectiveness of simulation, there remains limited synthesis on how nursing students learn through ACLS simulations, the challenges involved, and the outcomes achieved. These methods used a scoping review that followed the Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines and the PRISMA flowchart. English-language articles published between 2015 and 2025 were retrieved from three electronic databases. Five studies met the inclusion criteria and were critically appraised using the Quality Assessment with Diverse Studies (QuADS) tool. A total of five studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the review. Three overarching themes emerged: (1) learning processes encompassing cognitive, psychomotor, and non-technical skills development; (2) student experiences characterized by increased confidence and emotional growth; and (3) barriers such as emotional distress, limited team communication, and technological constraints. These findings show that ACLS simulations provide valuable experiential learning but require supportive facilitation. The Conclusion ACLS simulation significantly supports the learning experience of nursing students, improving clinical judgment, skills, and confidence. However, barriers, including emotional strain, communication challenges, and limited institutional resources, must be addressed to ensure effective implementation and sustained learning outcomes. Recommendation is that educators should promote emotional safety, structured debriefing, and ensure equitable access to simulation resources to maximize the learning outcome. ABSTRAK

DIGITAL DYNAMIC MARKETING CAPABILITY FOR GREEN HOSPITALITY TRANSFORMATION IN EMERGING COUNTRIES : A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW AND EMPIRICAL TREND ANALISYS
This study explores the role of Digital Dynamic Marketing Capability (DDMC) in advancing green hospitality in emerging countries by integrating theoretical and empirical insights. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA protocol analyzed 30 peer-reviewed articles from 2020 to 2024, sourced from Scopus and Web of Science, and supplemented by empirical data from WTTC, UNWTO, and Statista to validate trends. The findings highlight four key themes: technological adaptability, sustainability-driven digital communication, organizational agility, and customer eco-engagement. DDMC strengthens branding, fosters eco-innovation, and enhances service personalization, though its adoption, particularly of advanced technologies like AI and blockchain, varies across regions due to infrastructural and resource disparities. The study’s reliance on secondary data limits its ability to establish direct causal relationships, suggesting a need for further empirical research. Practically, it offers strategic insights for hospitality leaders and policymakers to develop adaptive, sustainable marketing practices that align with eco-hospitality goals. By extending dynamic capabilities theory to green digital marketing, this paper contributes an original conceptual framework tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of emerging markets, providing a roadmap for sustainable transformation in the hospitality sector.
Hypoalbuminemia as a Predictor of Outcomes in Acute Myeloid Leukemia: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Background : In acute myeloid leukemia (AML), hypoalbuminemia has been observed at diagnosis and during treatment, often correlating with poor clinical outcomes such as reduced remission rates, increased treatment-related toxicity, and shorter overall survival (OS). This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to investigate the prognostic value of hypoalbuminemia in patients with AML.
Methods : A comprehensive literature search was conducted across PubMed, EMBASE, and Scopus to identify relevant studies published up to January 5, 2025. The search strategy included a combination of Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms and keywords such as “hypoalbuminemia,” “acute myeloid leukemia,” “AML,” “serum albumin,” “prognosis,” and “outcomes.” Boolean operators (AND, OR) were applied to refine the search.
Result : This systematic review and meta-analysis included 10 studies with a total sample size of 4,105 participants, of which 2,134 were male, comparing normal albumin levels to hypoalbuminemia across diverse populations. The meta-analysis comparing OS between AML patients with hypoalbuminemia and normal serum albumin levels shows a pooled HR of 1.08 (95% CI: 0.81–1.44).
Conclusions : While this meta-analysis suggests a potential association between hypoalbuminemia and poorer OS and DFS in AML patients, the lack of statistical significance and high heterogeneity caution against definitive conclusions
The Use of Proton Pump Inhibitors in Managing Preeclampsia: A Systematic Review
Background: Maternal mortality remains a major global challenge, with preeclampsia (PE) as a leading cause after hemorrhage and infection. PE, a hypertensive disorder after 20 weeks of gestation, affects over. 4 million pregnancies annually, causing 50,000–70,000 maternal deaths. If untreated, it can lead to severe complications like eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, organ failure, and death. It also increases risks for the fetus, including low birth weight, preterm birth, and perinatal mortality. Early and effective management is crucial. Research suggests proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) may help by reducing sFlt-1 secretion, offering potential treatment options.
Methods: A literature search was conducted in PubMed, ScienceDirect, Directory of Open Access Journals, and Cochrane Library, yielding 354 studies. Two studies meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in this review.
Result: Omeprazole and esomeprazole reduced sFlt-1 levels and increased PlGF levels in PE pregnancies, although the changes were not statistically significant. Esomeprazole increased sFlt-1 levels specifically in placental tissue. No adverse effects were reported with PPI use in the included studies.
Conclusions: PPIs (omeprazole or esomeprazole 40 mg) show potential as safe therapies for managing preeclampsia, with minimal side effects, by reducing sFlt-1 levels and increasing PlGF levels. Further research is needed to confirm these findings
