Pemenuhan Pemenang Lelang Hak Tanggungan Aset Cessie Setelah Proses Lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Lelang Bogor
The economic development in Indonesia has emphasized the importance of guarantee institutions that provide legal certainty, including the implementation of security rights auctions through the State Asset Management and Auction Office (KPKNL). Security rights auctions serve as a mechanism to resolve debtor defaults against creditors, conducted through public auctions in accordance with Law Number 4 of 1996. However, this process often encounters challenges such as unsold assets, legal disputes, or administrative obstacles. This study aims to analyze the implementation of security rights auctions at KPKNL Bogor and post-auction legal efforts for auction winners at KPKNL. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through interviews with KPKNL officials, auction houses, and reviews of relevant legal documents. The findings indicate that the auction process adheres to applicable regulations but is frequently hindered by administrative issues, lack of transparency, and post-auction disputes. These challenges impede legal certainty for auction winners and often require time-consuming legal resolutions. The study concludes by recommending the strengthening of more specific auction regulations, increasing transparency in auction processes, and educating the public to understand auction procedures. Synergy between KPKNL, auction houses, and related authorities is also necessary to ensure the smooth execution of auctions and the protection of auction winners' rights. These efforts can make security rights auctions a more efficient mechanism for resolving debt disputes.
The protectionist trade policies implemented by former United States President Donald Trump have posed serious challenges for Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that rely heavily on exports. Increased tariffs, technical barriers, and market uncertainty have become external factors disrupting the stability of Indonesia’s national exports. This study aims to analyze the strategies and measures that the Indonesian government can adopt to protect export-oriented MSMEs, as well as the potential impacts of these policies on the capital market. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through literature review, policy analysis, and secondary data related to international trade and MSME development. The findings indicate that the government should promote export market diversification, provide fiscal incentives, and enhance the production capacity and competitiveness of MSME products through training, technology, and improved access to financing. In addition, economic diplomacy and the strengthened role of overseas trade representatives are crucial to maintaining market access amid global policy turbulence. The study recommends strong synergy between central and local governments and the private sector to formulate sustainable and responsive protection policies in light of global dynamics. With the right strategies, Indonesian MSMEs can remain competitive and continue to contribute to national economic growth despite the pressure of trade policies imposed by major trading partners such as the United States
Analisa Kasus Monopoli yang Dilakukan oleh Google LLC dalam Putusan Perkara Nomor 03/KPPU-I/2024
Fair business competition is a fundamental pillar of a market economy, driving efficiency, innovation, and consumer protection. However, in practice, the market power held by certain business actors can lead to monopolistic practices that harm both the business ecosystem and consumers. This paper examines the monopolistic practices conducted by Google LLC in Indonesia through the mandatory use of the Google Play Billing (GPB) payment system imposed on Android app developers. The Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU) found that such practices violated the principles of fair competition by limiting consumer choices and burdening developers with high service fees. The KPPU’s decision to impose an administrative fine of IDR 202.5 billion on Google serves as an important precedent in the enforcement of competition law in the digital era. This research applies a normative legal method with a statutory approach, combining an analysis of Law No. 5 of 1999 with secondary data from literature, court decisions, and expert opinions. The study aims to elaborate on the forms of violation committed by Google and to analyze the legal and economic implications of the decision, particularly for business actors and consumers in Indonesia. The findings are expected to contribute to strengthening regulation and law enforcement in facing the dominance of global digital platforms
Kemampuan Regenerasi Planaria Ditinjau Melalui Sistem Kerja Sel Neoblast dan Mekanisme Persinyalan
Planaria have extraordinary regenerative abilities. Adult planarians can regenerate almost all lost tissue through the activity of large numbers of parenchymal cells called neoblasts. Neoblasts are a population of mature cells that actively divide and collectively produce other types of mature cells. This research aims to determine the working system of neoblast cells and the potential for utilizing Wnt/β-catenin signals in the field of biotechnology. The method used is literature study by collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information from relevant literature studies. Neoblasts respond to injury by increasing their rate of proliferation. The peak of the initial proliferative response will increase after 6 hours of injury followed by a proliferation phase that continues around the wound after 48 hours. In the planarian regeneration process, there is a special signaling mechanism, namely Wnt/β-catenin. This signaling pathway has enormous potential to be utilized in the field of biotechnology, especially in the development of drug research because it has very complex polarity, the presence of bioelectric signals, and the ability to activate genetic pathways.
Stress-Induced Belly Dancer’s Dyskinesia in A Young Woman: A Rare Case Report
Background: Belly dancer’s dyskinesia (BDD) is a movement disorder characterized by involuntary and slow writhing, rhythmic contractions of the abdomen. This rarely encountered phenomenon has not been sufficiently explored, with limited evidence regarding its exact pathophysiology, etiology, and treatment. We present a rare case of stress-induced BDD in a 30-year-old female.
Case summary: A 30-year-old female presented with a 2-month history of involuntary abdominal movements that were sudden in onset, approximately lasting 5-10 minutes, with preserved consciousness. Her symptoms were initially precipitated by stress. However, they worsened within the past week during her menstrual period. Past medical history was significant for long-standing anxiety disorder and depression, for which she took vortioxetine 10mg/day, clonazepam 0.75mg/day, and lorazepam 0.5mg/day routinely. Upon examination, undulating and continuous movements of the abdominal wall were observed. A diagnosis of BDD was made and the patient was treated with an increased dose of clonazepam 1mg/day. Her symptoms significantly improved within three days.
Discussion: Aside from an underlying psychogenic factor, our patient did not have other risk factors for BDD, such as exposure to neuroleptics or history of abdominal trauma. Although certain drugs have been reported to induce BDD, the medications she took have never been reported to cause this condition. Thus, it is most likely that her dyskinesia was stress-induced.
Conclusion: Clinicians may not be familiar with BDD due to its infrequency, and the lack of standardized diagnostic and management strategies makes it challenging to diagnose and treat. Therefore, further research and exposure to BDD are imperative
Seeing the Potential of Community-Based Tourism In the Indigenous Dayak Iban Community in Sungai Antu Village
This paper analyzes the tourism potential of the community in Sungai Antu Village located in the Putusibau area of Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan. A community of people who live in the categorization of the 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost) area closer to the state capital in Kuching, Sarawak Malaysia, this makes the transaction of currency usage in this village use a lot of Ringgit currency value rather than Rupiah, therefore to revive the economy of the community must work creatively without expecting assistance from the Indonesian government which is very limited for the village. one of them is to maintain the tradition by making weaving art done by the majority of housewives and teenage girls. Ornament motifs on woven fabrics typical of the Dayak Iban community make this artwork part of the identity of the Dayak Iban tribe in Sungai Antu village and are able to revive the community’s economy besides living in the cultural customary community system of the Dayak Iban tribe and becoming palm oil farmers as the most important livelihood.
This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely a research method using procedures that produce written data focused on problems based on facts that can be proven in the field through the interview process, direct observation and studying existing documents.
The expected result of this research is that it will be known about how far the people living on the border of a country can be part of a potential community of people to become a form of community-based tourism which will certainly be able to have an impact on economic and cultural factors that are increasingly developing by applying local wisdom values that continue to be maintained by indigenous peoples in Sungai Antu Village
The Influence of Vivianne Faye Interior’s Design Principles in Creating the Ideal Design
In the process of designing an interior, all designers would have a guiding principle which is a result of numerous influences from various aspects of their lives. These guidelines are often referred to as design principles When it comes to interior design firms, it is often the case that the design principles upheld by the firm are a combination of the design principles of the principal and the workers in it which will produce an ideal design according to the design firm. This also happens to Vivianne Faye Interior, which has several design principles: sense of balance, personal touch, form follows function, material juxtapositions, and geometric & organic. These design principles will produce ideal design results based on VF’s standard which covers several aspects, namely functional, ‘curated’ rather than ‘decorated’, innovative, client-centered, and modern but respectful to the past. In the research, the author will use data gathering in the form of observations and interviews that are written into fieldnotes. Then the data will be processed and analyzed using an interpretative approach and supported by collective study cases method. Through the data and analysis, the author aims to see how the VFs’ design principles can create an ideal design according to VF as well
