Rehabilitasi Pendidikan Indonesia Melalui Konsep Pendidikan Humanisme Ki Hajar Dewantara [Rehabilitation of Indonesian Education Through Ki Hajar Dewantara's Concept of Humanist Education]
Education stands as the foundation for nurturing and touching each soul then turns it into a compassionate one. Through learning, students are guided to uncover and fulfill their unique identities and potential optimally. When education focuses only on intellectual achievement, it risks detaching learners from their communities. In Indonesia, this imbalance has been stark, while cognitive development is prioritized, emotional and creative, and character-building dimensions often receive little attention. The high incidence of student violence that continues reflects a deeper crisis that one rooted not in academic shortcomings alone, but in the absence of holistic character education. Therefore, this study aims to examine how Ki Hajar Dewantara’s principles offer meaningful responses to today’s challenges and how it can be integrated with the existing and modern educational frameworks. Through this paper, the author conducts research based on literature review using a three-step method (theoretical, reflective, and applicative) to delve into the humanistic philosophy of education by Ki Hajar Dewantara. By anchoring the research in Ki Hajar Dewantara’s holistic approach, this study hopes to contribute toward reviving our national education identity, where academic excellence intersects with emotional intelligence, cultural rootedness and moral integrity
Screen Time pada Pembelajaran Daring untuk Anak Usia Dini: Sejauh Mana Dampaknya? [Screen Time in Online Learning for Early Childhood: What Impact Does It Have?]
The current rapid development of science and technology and the limitations of face-to-face learning during the Covid 19 pandemic, have required online learning. This affects the length of screen time, especially in the early childhood stages. The impact of online learning and increased screen time in early childhood needs to be investigated to become a reference for learning methods and strategies for both teachers and parents. This study was conducted by comparing some of the literature on online learning and screen time in early childhood. This study shows that the positive impact of online learning is that it allows children to be able to learn from anywhere and at any time, increases the time and cost efficiency, and allows children to have a wealth of unique learning experiences. While the negative impacts are the uneven quality of internet connections, especially in remote areas, limited access to learning tools to support online learning processes, limited digital skills of children and teachers, and limited interaction between teachers and children. The side effects of excessive amounts of screen time in early childhood can be detrimental to physical and mental health, causing speech delays, and limiting opportunities to develop social skills

Survei Penerapan Teori Behaviorisme Skinner Pada Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah XYZ
Character education is an important aspect in shaping students' behavior and morals. This study aims to evaluate the application of B.F. Skinner's behaviorism theory in character education and analyze its influence on improving students' morals and ethics at XYZ High School. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach to collect data from 34 students (55.74% of the population of 61 students) at XYZ High School Gading Serpong. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 15 statements measuring five character indicators: religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity, using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data were analyzed using a validity test (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.82), a normality test (p-value = 0.38), and a regression test. The results showed that the five character indicators had a positive and significant influence (F-count = 51.54 > F-table = 2.934) on students' character formation, with an average character index of 60% (high category). These findings indicate that the application of Skinner's operant conditioning theory through conditioning the school environment and forming repetitive habits has proven effective in improving students' morals and ethics. This study recommends the development of behaviorism-based character education, taking into account the challenges of the digital era and the influence of social media
OPTIMIZING HUMANISTIC COMMUNICATION IN INTERGENERATIONAL INTERACTION IN TEENS COMMUNITY
The humanist communication training at Teens Community aims to improve intergenerational communication skills based on human values. In the era of Society 5.0, dependence on technology has reduced human interaction to medium-based communication, thus reducing the quality of face-to-face communication. Teens Community, a Christian youth community aged 12-18 years under the auspices of GBI Rosypinna, faces challenges in building effective and humanist communication, especially in delivering messages based on empathy, respect, and compassion. The training method involves delivering materials, group discussions, and interactive debates, which allow participants to practice intergenerational communication scenarios directly. The training was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, with materials arranged based on community needs. The results showed increased participants' understanding of the importance of humanist values in communication. Participants could apply the principles of humanist communication, although this training was still partial. The literature supports that ongoing training is needed to strengthen the impact and sustainability of the program. The conclusion indicates that this training provides substantive benefits both for participants in improving communication skills and for the implementing team as an effort to apply knowledge. The program's continuation is recommended to create a more profound impact on the Teens Community in building communication based on humanist values
