SISTEM INFORMASI UNTUK PENGELOLAAN SERVIS MOBIL BERBASIS WEB
Setiap kendaraan, termasuk mobil, memerlukan perawatan dan perbaikan secara berkala. Saat ini, sebagian besar bengkel mobil hanya menyediakan dua metode pemesanan layanan, yaitu melalui sambungan telepon atau dengan kunjungan langsung ke lokasi bengkel. Metode pemesanan tersebut masih bersifat manual dan belum efisien, karena bergantung pada interaksi manusia yang berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan (human error), serta kurang praktis karena memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bengkel, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses pemesanan layanan, pengaturan jadwal servis, penyampaian keluhan pelanggan, estimasi biaya servis, hingga koneksi dengan sistem pembayaran.
Selain itu, sistem tersebut juga harus dapat mengoordinasikan berbagai aktivitas lain di dalam bengkel, seperti pengelolaan daftar layanan servis, data karyawan, informasi pelanggan, serta inventaris suku cadang. Sistem informasi pengelolaan servis mobil ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD), khususnya melalui metode prototyping. Untuk perancangan sistem, digunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan menyusun beberapa diagram, seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan table relationship diagram. Proses pengembangan sistem didasarkan pada data yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dengan pihak bengkel, serta survei kepada pelanggan.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan layanan servis mobil. Sistem ini dirancang untuk diakses oleh lima tipe pengguna, yaitu super admin, admin servis, petugas layanan pelanggan, kasir, dan pelanggan. Sistem yang dibangun diharapkan dapat mendukung dan mengoptimalkan proses bisnis yang berlangsung di bengkel mobil
ANALYZING CELEBRITY IMPACT ON TIKTOK ON CAMILLE BEAUTY'S PURCHASE INTENTION
In recent years, the rapid growth of social media platforms like TikTok has changed how beauty brands market their products, especially to younger audiences. This study, "Analyzing Celebrity Impact on TikTok on Camille Beauty's Purchase Intention,” looks at how celebrity endorsements on TikTok affect consumer behavior, focusing on Camille Beauty. The main goal is to see how Nadya Shavira's personal branding on TikTok impacts brand awareness, recall, and purchase intentions for Camille Beauty products. Data was collected from 100 respondents who follow Nadya Shavira on TikTok and engage with Camille Beauty's products. The findings show that Nadya Shavira's personal branding positively affects brand awareness and recall among her followers. Additionally, brand awareness and recall significantly boost the purchase intentions for Camille Beauty products. The study also finds that personal branding alone has a strong direct effect on consumers' purchase decisions, emphasizing the importance of influencer credibility and authenticity in the competitive beauty industry. These results show TikTok's effectiveness as a marketing tool for increasing brand awareness, recall, and purchase intentions through celebrity endorsements. Future research could build on these findings by looking at different social media platforms and a broader range of influencers to validate and generalize the results. Camille Beauty, a well-known local brand in Indonesia, is famous for its organic skincare products, especially its popular organic masks, which sell over 700,000 units per month. To higher purchase intentions. This underscores the importance of influencer credibility and authenticity in the beauty industry. The findings suggest TikTok is an effective platform for beauty brands to increase brand awareness, recall, and purchase intentions through celebrity endorsements. The research offers valuable insights for beauty brands and marketers to design better social media strategies by leveraging personal branding and influencer marketing. Future research could explore the impact of different social media platforms and a wider range of influences on consumer behavior, helping to validate and generalize the results across various contexts and industries, thus providing a clearer understanding of the role of social media in modern marketing strategies
DIGITAL MARKETING PADA UMKM DI SULAWESI UTARA : SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS
Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) terhadap studi-studi terkait digital marketing pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Sulawesi Utara yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu tujuh tahun terakhir (2018–2025). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, karakteristik metodologis, serta fokus strategis yang berkembang dalam studi-studi tersebut. Delapan kategori analisis digunakan dalam kajian ini, yakni: Analisis Bibliografi, yang menunjukkan puncak jumlah penelitian terjadi pada tahun 2022 (7 studi), kemudian menurun pada 2023 (3 studi) dan naik kembali pada 2024, serta memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas artikel diterbitkan pada jurnal berindeks SINTA 6, disusul SINTA 5 dan SINTA 4; Area Penelitian, yang didominasi wilayah Manado dan Minahasa; Fokus Industri, yang paling banyak diteliti adalah industri kuliner dan aneka industri; Desain Penelitian, dengan dominasi pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan kualitatif deskriptif; Alat Analisis, yang paling sering digunakan adalah analisis naratif dari hasil wawancara serta analisis regresi; Metode Pengumpulan Data, didominasi oleh penggunaan kuesioner dan wawancara; dan Implementasi Strategi, di mana sebagian besar studi membahas penerapan digital marketing secara umum, disusul oleh fokus pada pemasaran media sosial dan content marketing. Temuan ini memberikan pemetaan awal yang penting untuk memahami arah dan karakteristik penelitian digital marketing pada UMKM di Sulawesi Utara, serta dapat menjadi landasan bagi penelitian dan kebijakan lebih lanjut yang kontekstual dan aplikatif
ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI SMP PRINCE’S CRE@TIVE SCHOOL MENGGUNAKAN METODE IMPORTANCE-PERFORMANCE MATRIX
Education is a crucial factor influencing a country's development. As scientific advancements accelerate, competition among educational institutions becomes more complex, necessitating innovative teaching and learning methods. To address the declining enrolment at Prince's Creative School, a thorough understanding of the expected service quality is essential for attracting more students. This research aims to identify the key service quality indicators at Prince's Cre@tive School and propose enhancements based on these indicators. Data was gathered through questionnaires distributed to 66 students to pinpoint significant issues needing attention. Additionally, in-depth interviews with school management were conducted to gain insights into the root causes of the problems and to gather improvement suggestions. Further analysis of the questionnaire data was performed using the IPA Matrix and Fishbone Diagram techniques. The analysis revealed five attributes that require performance enhancement, along with recommendations to improve these indicators. The principal emphasized the importance of addressing student needs (EE6), noting that while the mean importance was 3.52, the mean performance was 3.38. Other key areas included administrative staff assistance in providing necessary information (A2), with mean importance at 3.61 and mean performance at 3.41, as well as the comfort of the school hall (F2), which had a mean importance of 3.50 and mean performance of 3.36. Webinar ini akan membahas bagaimana pelajar SMA dapat memilih jurusan kuliah yang tidak hanya relevan dengan perkembangan zaman tetapi juga memiliki prospek karier yang luas dan strategis. Akuntansi tidak lagi sekadar mencatat angka, tetapi menjadi pusat inovasi dalam bisnis dan keuangan digital. Dengan strategi yang tepat, generasi emas Indonesia dapat menjadi pelaku utama dalam era industri yang semakin dinamis.
Keikutsertaan dalam Webinar ini menunjukkan antusiasme yang cukup tinggi, dengan jumlah peserta yang terus bertambah seiring berjalannya sesi. Lebih lanjut, hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa tujuan Webinar ini tercapai dengan baik, sebagaimana tercermin dari cukup tingginya tingkat persetujuan dalam kuesioner. The Influence of Financial Distress and Profitability on Audit Report Lag in Consumer Cylicals Sector Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022
This study aims to examining the effect of Financial Distress and Profitability on Audit Report Lag in companies operating in the Consumer Cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and S&P Capital IQ platform. The independent variables used in this study are Financial Distress and Profitability. The dependent variable in this study is Audit Report Lag. The sample collected and used in this study is secondary data from the financial statements of Consumer Cyclicals companies available on the official website of the IDX from 2020–2022. The technique for collecting samples was using the purposive sampling method and analyzed using the multiple regression method with a total sample of 276 data using STATA software. The results of this study indicate that Financial Distress has a positive effect on Audit Report Lag and Profitability has no effect on Audit Report Lag in Consumer Cyclicals companies listed on the IDX during 2020–2022
The Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Sales Growth, and Firm Size Toward Profitability of Property Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Current ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward profitability. The population in this research is all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019 - 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample selection technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method and by using the specified criteria, 58 companies were obtained as research samples. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, and sales growth have positive and significant effects on profitability. Meanwhile, current ratio and firm size don't have a significant effect toward profitability. The simultaneous result showed that all independent variables have a significant effect toward profitability of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Empowerment of Young Entrepreneurs Through Informal Education In Cikoleang Bogor
The community empowerment team from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) has held 4 workshops to develop business plans of the Tunas Cikoleang group which consists of young people from Cikoleang Bogor in Indonesia. Problems faced by young people in the local community include a lack of knowledge and skills as entrepreneurs as well as a lack of funds to start and/or run their businesses. At the first meeting, the community service team from UPH focused on the importance of entrepreneurship spirit and the knowledge through informal education as a success factor. Through the 2 times following workshops, in accordance with the needs of the Tunas Cikoreang group, namely their lack of appearance and knowledge as entrepreneurs and funding, the UPH Team disseminated the necessary knowledge such as the importance of marketing, record keeping, black-even points, and the use of various online applications and helped them create a business plan to increase access to funding other than capital. Influence of Application Design, Customer Service, Privacy Security, and Fulfillment on Customer Loyalty in Language Learning Platforms: The Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction Among Cakap Users in Jakarta
The rapid growth of digital platforms has transformed the landscape of online education, making customer satisfaction and loyalty critical to the success of subscription-based services. This study investigates the impact of four key service quality dimensions application design, customer service, security, and fulfillment—on customer satisfaction and its mediating effect on customer loyalty, using the Cakap language-learning application as the research context. Data were collected through a structured survey from 255 respondents residing in Jakarta, selected through purposive sampling to ensure relevance. Respondents were required to have completed at least two learning modules on the Cakap platform within the past year, providing a valid and experienced sample for analysis. The findings provide both academic and practical insights. Academically, the study enriches the understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty dynamics in educational technology platforms, especially in an emerging market context like Indonesia. Practically, it offers actionable recommendations for digital service providers, such as continuously enhancing app design, strengthening security protocols, and optimizing fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations. These strategies are essential for platforms like Cakap to maintain user satisfaction, foster loyalty, and secure sustainable growth in a competitive market
