Lactate Dehydrogenase as A Potential Prognostic Biomarker in Subarachnoid Haemorrhage: A Systematic Review
Background: Subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) lacks specific prognostic blood markers, but lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), linked to cellular damage, shows potential for predicting adverse outcomes in SAH patients. Elevated LDH levels may reflect anaerobic metabolism and tissue injury following SAH, providing insight into disease severity and complications. This review explores the relationship between lactate dehydrogenase levels and outcomes in SAH patients.
Method: A systematic review was conducted using PubMed, Europe PMC, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, searching for terms like "Lactate Dehydrogenase," "LDH," "Subarachnoid Haemorrhage," and "Outcome" up to March 3, 2025. Studies comparing LDH levels with Modified Rankin Score (mRS) and secondary outcomes such as Hunt-Hess grade, Fisher grade, complications, and mortality were included.
Result: Seven studies involving 5,985 participants met inclusion criteria. Higher LDH levels correlated with worse mRS scores, increased delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI), postoperative pneumonia, severe Hunt-Hess and Fisher grades, and higher mortality. Using the ROBINS-I tool, four studies showed low risk of bias, and three had moderate risk.
Discussion: Elevated LDH levels predict adverse outcomes in SAH, highlighting its prognostic value. As a marker of cellular damage and anaerobic metabolism, LDH reflects tissue injury and hypoxia post-SAH, explaining its link to complications like delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) and pneumonia. This physiological basis supports its role in risk stratification, aiding early identification of high-risk patients for targeted interventions and improved outcomes.
Conclusion: Early measurement of LDH levels after SAH onset may help predict patient outcomes and complications, aiding clinical decision-making and improving patient management strategies
The Competitive Advantage of CCC in Integrated Services of Construction in Indonesia
In the background of global infrastructure construction and the transformation of the construction industry to an integrated service model, this study draws on strategic management theory, especially Porter's theory of competitive advantage and the resource-based view (RBV), to explore the research questions: 1. What are the strategic factors that contribute to the competitive advantage of CCC? 2. How are the strategic factors applied/implemented to contribute to the competitive advantage of CCC. And draw the competitive advantages of CCC to maintain its leading position in the highly competitive integrated building services field. This study is mainly based on interviews, through qualitative research and literature analysis, to explore the factors that CCC uses to build differentiated competitive advantages. The development of CCC in Indonesia shows that Chinese enterprises should pay attention to the comprehensive balance of technical capabilities, quality control, social responsibility and employee development in the process of "going out" to achieve a high-quality and responsible international development path. The researchers hope that this study can provide some reference for peer companies to enhance their competitive advantages, and at the same time provide strategic inspiration for international customers and other researchers to understand how Chinese integrated building service providers can gain competitive advantages in the evolving global infrastructure ecosystem

Pemahaman Guru di Sekolah Katolik Terhadap Keragaman dan Inklusivitas: Studi Kasus di TK XYZ
In recent years, Indonesia has faced increasing social conflicts related to diversity, some of which have also affected the education sector. Discrimination against children with HIV/AIDS, rejection of students with special needs, and religious-based restrictions highlight the urgent need for inclusive education. Early childhood education is expected to foster tolerance and respect for diversity from the very beginning, ensuring equal opportunities for all children as mandated by national law. his study employed a qualitative approach to explore teachers’ understanding and practices related to diversity and inclusive education in a Catholic-based kindergarten (TK XYZ) in East Jakarta. The findings indicate that teachers possess a generally positive understanding of inclusive education, emphasizing acceptance and accommodation of diverse student needs. TK XYZ demonstrates inclusive elements through a strong sense of belonging among staff and students, classroom practices encouraging collaboration, and a curriculum that introduces diversity from early themes. Hidden curriculum elements, collaboration with parents and external stakeholders, and supportive school policies further strengthen inclusivity. Challenges mainly arise from initial attitudes of students and parents, addressed by the school through discussions and modeling inclusive behavior. TK XYZ has effectively implemented inclusive education principles, integrating acceptance, collaboration, and policy support. However, continuous training, systematic parent engagement strategies, and reinforcement of inclusive practices remain essential for sustainability

GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND JOB PURSUIT INTENTION: MEDIATING ROLE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL REPUTATION
This study investigates the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Organizational Readiness (OR), and Job Performance Improvement (JPI) within a sustainable organizational framework. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4, data were collected from employees across various sectors to examine the direct and indirect relationships among the constructs. The findings reveal that GHRM significantly and positively affects both CSR and OR. While GHRM does not directly influence JPI, it enhances JPI through the mediating role of OR. Furthermore, the relationship between CSR and JPI was found to be statistically insignificant. These results suggest that fostering an environmentally responsible HRM approach not only supports broader corporate social goals but also enhances the organization’s readiness for change, which in turn leads to better job performance. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on sustainable HRM practices and offers practical implications for managers aiming to build resilient and high-performing organizations. Limitations include the study's cross-sectional design and the focus on a specific context, which may affect generalizability. Future research is encouraged to use longitudinal approaches and consider additional mediating factors to deepen the understanding of these dynamics in different industries and cultural settings
