In order to justify key ambitions of intended study, the constructs were measured using a questionnaire-based survey from transport infrastructure development departments of Lahore, Pakistan. Validation of theoretical model was confirmed by means of structural equation modeling using Amos. Study findings suggest that innovative-work behavior of project employees completely mediates effect incurred by leadership competencies on project success. Likewise project type with respect to strategic importance, contract type, application area and complexity moderates the relationship concerning innovative-work-behavior and project success. This study accounts for practical findings benefiting project managers in capitalizing on their leadership capabilities and promoting innovation within their teams for successfully accomplishing transport infrastructure projects. This study examined the influence of employee psychological ownership (PO) and creative self-efficacy (CSE) on employees\u27 creative performance (ECP) and whether CSE moderates the impact of PO on ECP. The study design was cross-sectional and quantitative, while data were collected from 148 public and private organizations. The participants comprised 54.7% women and 45.3% men, with a mean age of 39.75 (SD = 8.45). The statistical tests applied to the data were regression analysis (complemented with the PROCESS tool) and executed SPSS version 27. The hypotheses tested were confirmed as predicted. PO and CSE independently positively affected ECP, and the interaction of CSE and PO on ECP was significant. Simple slope analysis revealed that the positive influence of PO on ECP was more potent when CSE was high than when it was low

The analyses allowed us to identify the most influential authors, the most cited articles, the most highly cited journals, and the countries that have made the most relevant contribution to building this field of knowledge. Likewise, we conducted a references co-citation to identify the author and topics that constitute the foundations of this topic in the business area. Likewise, the co-occurrence network analysis for popular keywords was conducted, obtaining 4 clusters that indicate the main streams of the study of social sustainability research. Besides, a content analysis was conducted in the five resultant clusters of bibliographic coupling identifying the main themes studied in social sustainability in the business and management field. Finally, a co-citation analysis was conducted. This bibliometric mapping research concludes that social sustainability has acquired an increasing academic interest by scholars, according to the number of publications retrieved in WoS. Furthermore, result is corroborating by the co-word analysis, which shows that social sustainability in business and management has been mainly centred on corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. Data was collected in total from 450 employees ranging from the first line workers i.e., 350, while 100 managers / supervisors within the time span of 2 weeks. The SPSS and AMOS v23 software were used for the data analysis of survey results. This study used ambidexterity theory for leadership and for employees’ perspective used to broaden and build theory. This study hypothesized that there is a relationship between ambidextrous leadership, self-resilience, and trust in supervisor that affects the innovative performance of employees, such that ambidextrous leadership has the strongest positive relationship with innovative performance when employees have high levels of self-resilience and trust in supervisor. Moreover, creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship between the ambidextrous leadership and employee innovative performance. Results indicate that there is a positive effect of ambidextrous leadership on employee innovative performance when the self-resilient of employees are high and they trust their managers or supervisors at work place

The findings tell us that inclusive leadership negatively and significantly influences knowledge hiding. Further, the findings exhibit thar interpersonal trust mediates, and, affective commitment, reveals a moderating connection between inclusive leadership, and knowledge hiding. This could be considered one of the pioneer studies which tend to contribute to the literature of knowledge hiding and leadership, by strengthening association between inclusive leadership and knowledge hiding behaviors, converging on the mechanism and boundaries of the relationship

Aim of this study is to identify the effect of network embeddedness on innovative performance of small and medium enterprise (SME) firms. Further, this research also seeks the mediating role of absorptive capacity of SME firms based upon a resource-based view and social network theory. Data is analyzed by applying multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS respectively. Findings of this study reveal that network embeddedness and innovation performance are positively related and absorptive capacity fully mediates between network embeddedness and innovation performance. This study explains how and when network embeddedness positively influences innovation performance for developing new products and creating new technologies for competing with other players of SME firms based upon the theoretical concept of social network theory and resource-based vie

Dynamic Common Correlated Effects of Public Debt on Energy Poverty Alleviation in OIC Member Countries: Does Institutional Performance Matter?

    Get PDF
Extensive literature explored debt-growth, growth-energy usage, and growth-poverty link. However, the debt and energy poverty (EP) has received less focus. Despite having a significant impact of these two on economic performance and millions of people\u27s lives. This study employs a modern sets of econometrics approach to resolve the cross-sectional dependency (CSD) and heterogeneity influence of debt on EP alleviation and also explore the moderating role of institutional quality (IQ) from 2000 to 2017 in developing countries of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Energy poverty alleviation index is obtained by recruiting four different indicators of energy poverty. We employ dynamic common correlated effect estimator introduced by Chudik and Pesaran (2015) that is suitable in case of cross-sectional dependence and slope heterogeneity. Long run outcomes of the study disclose nonlinear association between public debt and EP alleviation indicating that public debt is conducive for EP reduction up to certain level, but after that, any additional public debt hurts the energy poverty alleviation. Results of the interaction term of the study show that IQ strongly impacts the effect of public debt. On the base of empirical outcomes, it is recommended that public debt should be maintained at a certain level and also the developing countries of OIC should strength their institutional efficiency as it enhances the EP alleviation. This is the novel study that investigates properly the role of institutional performance in debt-energy poverty link in OIC developing countries
