Role of Macroeconomic Factors, Institutional Quality and Digitalization Towards Performance of Islamic Microfinance Institutions
Islamic microfinance is widely accepted in Muslim-majority countries as Islamic microfinance products are based on Islamic principles. However, despite the extreme need and widespread popularity of Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFI), this sector is lagging behind conventional microfinance institutions with scarce literature to exhibits its performance at country-levels. The success of microfinance institutions is uneven in achieving both objectives, some achieve one objective, either financial or social, while some fail to achieve any objective altogether. In this line, study uses panel data of 35 Islamic microfinance institutions of OIC countries to investigate the impact of macroeconomic, macro institutional factors and digitalization on the financial and social performance of microfinance institutions in OIC countries from 2008 to 2019. The results from Pooled-OLS and System-GMM by using STATA found that macroeconomics and country-level institutional variables have complementary and rivalrous effects in IMFIs. In addition, digitization has a significant impact on the performance of (IMFIs). The study recommends to consider country-level environment and adoption of digitalization in policy making to enhance the simultaneous development of IMFIs

Inter-Organizational Relationships and Perceived Innovation Performance: The Moderating Role of Social Capital and Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing
This study aims to analyze the role of inter-organizational relationship in boosting innovative performance of ICT enterprises through knowledge sharing supported by social capital. Gaining sustenance from Dynamic Capability View (DCV), the study investigates perceived enterprises’ innovation performance as a result of inter-organizational relationships embedded with social ties and knowledge sharing among each other. Crosssectional data were collected from managerial level employees working in ICT enterprises in Pakistan. The study findings based on Process Hayes Macro regression analysis using SPSS stated that the ICT businesses in knowledge hub are collaborating to build strong social relationships while sharing practical experiences and support each other through abstract resources for achieving higher levels of innovative outcomes. Inter-organizational relationships have an affirmative impact on innovation performance, invariably, knowledge sharing mediates the correlation between both. The influence of interorganizational relationships on innovation performance through knowledge sharing is significant for firms with strong social capital. Consistently, social capital considerably moderates the relationships, as such organizations co-ordinate and work jointly with other organizations for driving service and product improvements. The research contributes by steers focus towards developing relationships among ICT enterprises, building ties based on faith and exchanging key information consistently to help and polish each others innovation capabilities. Strong social ties among ICT enterprises will help acquire and capitalize on diverse knowledge to improve their innovation performance
How Does Customer Advocacy Influence Brand Loyalty? A Serial Mediation of Brand Relationship Quality and Brand Trust
A variety of psychological and brand-related consequences are connected to customer advocacy. The possible processes behind these correlations are yet not fully understood. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation that exists between customer advocacy and brand loyalty in the retail banking sector of Pakistan. The brand relationship quality and customer trust act as mediators between customer advocacy and brand loyalty. It is based on a sample of three hundred and fifty consumers from Pakistani retail banks. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data set and to test the proposed model. The findings provide support to the idea that brand trust and the brand relationship quality may mediate the positive association between consumer advocacy and brand loyalty. These results highlight the importance of brand relationship quality and brand trust in promoting brand loyalty and give some foundational knowledge about how these two factors could interact to boost brand loyalty. This study is the first attempt to investigate the relationship between consumer advocacy and brand loyalty using serial mediation in Pakistani context

The Influence of Destination Experience on Destination Loyalty in an Emerging Economy
Destination loyalty has gained prominence because of the growing competition among tourist destinations. This study aims to test the influence of destination experiences (experience authenticity and experience quality) on destination loyalty. Further, tourist engagement was tested as a mediator between destination experiences and loyalty. Survey data were collected onsite from 600 random tourists visiting the Swat and Chitral districts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan and analyzed through structural equation modeling techniques using Smart PLS 3.9 software. Experience authenticity is the stronger antecedent of destination loyalty. Furthermore, the relationship between destination experience component and destination loyalty is mediated by tourist engagement. This study differentiates between extraordinary and ordinary destination experiences, represented by experience authenticity and experience quality. A theoretical network was validated, connecting destination experience, tourist engagement and destination loyalty. Destination management organizations can use this model to coordinate the efforts of attractions, service providers and tourists to co-create optimal destination experience
Remittance Inflows, Technological Innovations, Financial Development and Ecological Footprint: A Global Analysis Using PSQR Approach
The present research aims to investigate the influence of remittance inflows on the ecological footprint (EFP). It also seeks to evaluate the interactive effects of technological innovation and financial development on the ecological footprint covering the panel data for 94 countries from 1980 to 2021. Estimation is performed using the software Stata 15 and applying the pooled ordinary least squares (POLS) and panel simultaneous quantile regression (PSQR) techniques. In a worldwide panel, the findings indicate that both remittance inflows and technological innovations reduce EFP. Remittance inflows, in contrast, might degrade environmental quality by encouraging technical advancements and financial development. In addition, the study’s finding confirms the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) theory in most of the quantiles. The overall findings imply that, while remittance inflows are beneficial to environmental quality, they may also degrade it through technical progress and financial development. Therefore, regulating and redirecting remittances toward environmental sustainability will assist governments in meeting their environmental objectives
