Muhammad Uthman El-Muhammady dalam Pemikiran Politik: Muhammad Uthman El-Muhammady in Political Thought
Get PDFThis article discusses about Muhammad Uthman El-Muhmamady’s thought which an observation of his philosophy in political thought is. His political thought can be expressed in three important components in namely as Nationhood, Partisan, Leadership and Administration. The discussion also focuses on the concept of democracy in Islam, sprit of asabiyyah and nationalism, and good governance from the Islamic perspective. Using a qualitative approach, this study is based on two methods of assessment, namely data collection and data analysis. In the data collection methods are used to collect data that has related to Politic’s El-Muhammady. In the process of data analysis, deductive methods are used to generate or collect information continuously to clarify the problems studied. The study found that El-Muhammady’s political thought influence by traditional philosophy Islamic Ahli Sunnah Wal-Jamaah.

Artikel ini membincangkan tentang pemikiran Muhammad Uthman El-Muhammady dalam konteks falsafah politiknya. Pemikiran politik beliau dapat di bahagikan kepada tiga komponen penting iaitu kenegaraan, kepartian, kepimpinan dan pentadbiran. Perbincangan juga akan terarah kepada konsep demokrasi secara Islam, kepentingan semangat Nasionalisme dan asabiyyah, serta good govenance dari kaca mata Islam. Kaedah kualitatif digunakan dalam kajian ini dengan cara pengumpulan data dan analisis data. Dalam kaedah pengumpulan data, penulis mengumpulkan data-data yang mempunyai perkaitan dengan politik El-Muhammady. Kaedah deduktif turut diguna pakai untuk mengumpulkan maklumat bagi menjelaskan masalah yang dikaji. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa pemikiran politik El-Muhammady sentiasa berpaksikan kepada aliran tradisional Ahli Sunnah Wal-Jamaah

Get PDFThe study of the Quran has been widely practiced by the Muslim community. As proof of this is the tendency of the Malaysian Muslim community to study the Quran in Malaysia as well as abroad. This development is also in line with the efforts of the Quranic scholars to devote themselves to the Muslim community. Through the development of technology, especially the technology of transportation facilitates, the learning process of talaqqi and musyafahah whether a Quranic scholar visits a country, or a student visits a Quranic scholar worldwide. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the Quranic chain’s Shiekh Kuraim Raji? and his contributions to the field of qiraat. The examine of Quranic chain focus in riwayat Hafs from Imam Asim. While, the research method was applied with qualitative method which is document analysis. In addition, the library research method was also adopted in this study. The results showed that the quranic chain between Sheikh Kuraim Raji? and Rasulullah saw only 28th holder.

Pengajian al-Quran secara bersanad mendapat perhatihan yang meluas di kalangan masyarakat Islam Malaysia. Sebagai buktinya ialah kecenderungan masyarakat Islam Malaysia menekuni ulama al-Quran di dalam Malaysia mahupun di luar negara. Perkembangan ini juga selari dengan usaha ulama al-Quran memberi sumbang bakti kepada masyarakat Islam. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi khususnya teknologi pengangkutan memudahkan lagi proses pembelajaran secara talaqqi musyafahah sama ada seorang ulama al-Quran menziarahi sesuatu negeri atau pun seorang pelajar menekuni ulama al-Quran di seluruh dunia. Oleh yang demikian, kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sanad al-Quran Syeikh Kuraim Raji? dan sumbangannya dalam bidang qiraat. Sanad yang diteliti adalah bacaan qiraat riwayat ?afs ‘An ‘Asim. Metode kajian adalah menggunakan kaedah kualitatif yang mana analisis dokumen diaplikasikan dalam kajian ini. Selain itu metode kajian perpustakaan juga diadaptasikan dalam kajian ini. Get PDFUnderstanding the contents of the Quran is a major responsibility that all Muslims must fulfill. Various methods and mediums of presentation have been used in an effort to highlight the content of the Quran in the application of everyday life. This study will highlight the correlation between the story of Moses in the Quran and the main character in Ramlee Awang Mursyid's novel title ‘Sunan Musafir’. This study is a qualitative study using the thematic analysis method in the study material. The results show that there are seven similarities between the story of Moses and the main character in ‘Sunan Musafir'. The study on similarities is an important early finding, to prove that the adaptation of the story and teaching of the Quran in the current context can be done more broadly and interestingly, in line with human intellectual development and current media development. Understanding Quranic stories in a broader dimension helps to present the Quran to the community in a more creative way of thinking and translating, while also benefiting the entire Muslim community in fulfilling the responsibility to understand the contents of the Quran.

Memahami isi kandungan al-Quran merupakan tanggungjawab utama yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh seluruh umat Islam. Pelbagai kaedah dan medium penyampaian telah digunakan dalam usaha mengetengahkan isi kandungan al-Quran secara aplikasi dalam kehidupan seharian. Kajian ini akan menonjolkan kolerasi yang terdapat antara kisah Nabi Musa a.s dalam al-Quran dengan watak utama dalam Novel Sunan Musafir karangan Ramlee Awang Mursyid. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode analisa tematik pada bahan kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati, terdapat tujuh persamaan antara kisah Nabi Musa a.s dengan watak utama dalam novel Sunan Musafir. Penelitian terhadap persamaan elemen pengkisahan ini merupakan satu tinjauan awal yang penting, bagi membuktikan bahawa adaptasi kisah serta pengajaran al-Quran dalam konteks semasa mampu dilakukan dengan lebih luas dan menarik, selaras dengan perkembangan intelektual manusia dan kemajuan media semasa. Pemahaman kisah-kisah al-Quran dalam dimensi yang lebih luas membantu untuk mengetengahkan al-Quran ke dalam masyarakat dengan cara fikir dan terjemah yang lebih kreatif, selain memberi manfaat kepada seluruh umat Islam dalam usaha memenuhi tanggungjawab untuk memahami isi kandungan al-Quran
Hubungan Antara Cinta Ilmu dan Al-Falah Menurut Al-Quran
Get PDFThe wisdom culture in the Muslim community has begun since the first revelation of Quran. However, this culture became wore off from time to time because of the hedonistic and technology-based lifestyle nowadays. Therefore, this article aims to explain the relationship between love for knowledge and al-falah from the Quranic perspective. The verses of al-Quran had been analyzed in a thematic way based on these two themes. The results showed that the relationship between love for knowledge and al-falah is based on piety (taqwa). Wisdom accompanied by faith will generate piety which were the main requirement of al-falah. This proved that the purpose of education in Islam is not limited to academic success only but also emphasized the personality and faith aspects.

Pembudayaan ilmu dalam masyarakat Islam telah bermula sejak zaman penurunan al-Quran. Wahyu pertama yang mengandungi perintah membaca membuktikan kepentingan ilmu dalam Islam. Namun, budaya ilmu ini dikhuati semakin luntur saban hari kerana disibukkan dengan cara hidup hedonistik yang berkait rapat dengan perkembangan teknologi maklumat. Justeru, makalah ini bertujuan untuk menghuraikan hubungan antara cinta ilmu dan al-falah menurut al-Quran. Kajian dilakukan dengan meneliti ayat-ayat al-Quran secara bertema dan mendapatkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan antara cinta ilmu dan al-falah adalah didasarkan kepada ketakwaan kepada Allah SWT. Ilmu yang disertai dengan iman akan menatijahkan takwa yang merupakan syarat utama al-falah. No full textThis study is classified under the field of Islamic literature that emphasizes the story of Malay socialism, based on the fact that the writer is a Muslim and it contain as Islamic concept. The study focuses on two aspects; firstly, the Islamic concepts mentioned in the story, and secondly he is successful the writer is in presenting the Islamic experience. This study comes in four points: the introduction of the story, the content of the story, the Islamic features, and the purpose of the story. The method of this study is based on the inductive methods, that is done by reading the story, and translating and explaining some texts that consist of Islamic concepts. The first chapter is about the writer, the main and the secondary characters. The second chapter is a quick summary of the story's events. For the third point, researcher discusses four concepts: the voice of the enlightened conscience, the request to prevent the act of guilt, the basmalah and its blessing, and the reminder to self. The fourth point is the summary of what was presented in the story and its purpose. The approach of the writer, Rahmat Harun, in his story is found to be the best in the keepings of Malay Islamic literature.

Get PDFIslamic medicine in the Malaysian context is undergoing a more positive and encouraging transition in line with the passage of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 (Act 775). The inclusion of the Islamic medical category in this Act is regarded as the benchmark for the recognition and acceptance by the Malaysian government of the important role that Islamic medicine plays in enhancing the quality of health of Malaysian mainstream society in line with modern medicine. The booming of community response to Islamic medicine today can also be identified through the establishment of an increasing number of Islamic medical organizations and associations that have led to the merging that brings together thousands of Islamic medical practitioners in Malaysia under single main organization known as the Malaysian Association of Islamic Therapists (GAPPIMA). This article aims to identify the proficiency and contributions of one of Malaysia's most prominent Islamic medical founders and therapists, Dato' Dr. Haron Din. The study data were collected through document analysis methodology and unstructured interviews. The findings of the study are based on historical and descriptive data analysis. There are 11 criteria that indicate that the respondents have met the standard of competence required to be identified as a significant figure and contributor in Islamic medicine in Malaysia.

Perubatan Islam dalam konteks Malaysia mengalami transisi perkembangan yang semakin positif dan memberangsangkan sejajar kewujudan Akta Perubatan Tradisional dan Komplementari 2016 (Akta 775). Kemasukan kategori perubatan Islam dalam akta ini disifatkan sebagai tanda aras pengiktirafan serta penerimaan kerajaan Malaysia terhadap peranan penting yang turut dimainkan oleh perubatan Islam dalam meningkatkan kualiti kesihatan masyarakat Malaysia arus perdana seiring dengan perubatan moden. Sambutan masyarakat yang memberangsangkan terhadap perubatan Islam pada masa kini ini turut dapat dikenal pasti menerusi penubuhan organisasi, persatuan dan pertubuhan perubatan Islam yang semakin banyak sehingga mencetuskan penggabungan di bawah organisasi induk yang menghimpuan belasan ribu pengamal perubatan Islam di Malaysia iaitu Gabungan Persatuan Perawat Islam Malaysia (GAPPIMA). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti ketokohan dan sumbangan salah seorang tokoh pengasas dan perawat perubatan Islam yang terkenal di Malaysia iaitu Dato' Dr. Haron Din. Data-data kajian dikumpul menerusi metode analisis dokumen dan temu bual tidak berstruktur. This relationship stands on the basis that the knowledge of Nahu is one of the most important sources in the field of Usul Fiqh as profound knowledge of the knowledge of grammar is the main requirement of ijtihad members in the determination of Shari'a Hukm. Hence, the aim of the article is to study the grammatical significance that influences the determination of Shari'a Hukm descriptively based on the important books which discuss properly relation between Arabic grammar and Shari'ah Hukm, Al-Kaukab Al-Durri Fi Takhrij Al-Furu’ Al-Fiqhiyah, written by Imam Asnawi and Athar Al-Dilalah Al-Nahwiyyah Wal-Lughawiyah Fi Istinbat Al-Ahkam written by Imam Al-Saadi. One of the most important conclusions reached by the researcher is that the significance of huruf has a clear effect in the determination of Shari'a Hukm.

Get PDFThis study aims to build a mobile application among university students for the subject of Takhrij Hadith in order for them to learn the method used by Imam Muslim particularly the symbol of ‘ha’ (?). This letter indicates the transmission of hadith between the chain of narrators (sanad) to one another, which majorly applied by Imam Muslim in his collection of hadith: Sahih Muslim. The purpose of this symbol is to simplify the chain of certain narrators without repeating the amount shared between them. This process is shortened by the symbol of ‘ha’ (?) among the narrators which meet with each other in the sanad, and it has clear direction of the conversation. The symbol may be placed after mentioning part of the text, where the difference of the two versions begins. The problem arises when there is a need to visual the syajarat al-asanid if the symbol of ‘ha’ (?) is found in the sanad. Therefore, a mobile application which was developed in this study will help students to understand the arrangement of sanad and visualizing syajarat al-asanid in an accurate form.
