Digital Transformation Strategy Model To Improve The Competitiveness Of Msmes: A Systematic Literature Review-Based Analysis
This study aims to analyze digital transformation strategy models for enhancing corporate competitiveness, focusing on MSMEs in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method combined with bibliometric analysis, this study analyzed 67 articles published between 2018 and 2024 from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The results reveal that an effective digital transformation strategy is multidimensional, synergistically integrating aspects of technology, human resources, business strategy, and organizational culture. The bibliometric analysis identified three main research clusters: the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on digital acceleration, the specific context of Indonesian MSMEs, and the relationship between digital transformation and performance and strategic roles. Key findings indicate that successful digital transformation depends not only on technology adoption but also on the ability to build dynamic capabilities, digital leadership, and cultural adaptation. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that integrates sustainability, resilience, and local wisdom in the digital transformation strategy of Indonesian MSMEs, while also identifying research gaps for further study

The Effect of Mathematics Anxiety and Mathematics Self-Efficacy on Mathematics Academic Achievement
The students’ mathematics achievement at SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan remains relatively low, as indicated by the documented results of their daily mathematics tests. This issue can be attributed to several factors, including mathematics anxiety and mathematics self-efficacy. This study examines the influence of mathematics anxiety and self-efficacy on the mathematics achievement of 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative ex post facto causal model. The sample consisted of 188 students, selected through cluster random sampling, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula. The research instruments included questionnaires measuring mathematics anxiety and self-efficacy and documenting the students’ mathematics achievement. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of Jamovi software. The partial analysis results showed that mathematics anxiety significantly negatively affected students’ mathematics achievement, with the obtained linear regression equation being . Additionally, mathematics self-efficacy significantly positively affected students’ mathematics achievement, with the linier regression equation being . Simultaneously, the analysis revealed that mathematics anxiety and mathematics self-efficacy had a significant combined effect on students’ achievement, accounting for 24.8% of the variance, with the multiple linear regression equation being . Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that both mathematics anxiety and self-efficacy significantly influence students’ mathematics achievement, individually anf collectively

AI and the Cognitive Reshaping of Consumers: A Paradigm Shift in Marketing and Advertising
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has long been viewed as a tool to enhance marketing efficiency. However, we are now entering a deeper, less explored phase of the AI-marketing relationship — one that directly affects consumer cognition, autonomy, and identity. This article offers a perspective on how AI technologies are not just influencing behavior but are actively reshaping the cognitive architecture of consumers.
