E-Governance Communication Strategies: Evaluating The Integration Of Digital Media In Citizen-Centric Public Administration In Nigeria
This study investigated how digital media contributes to citizen-centred governance through effective communication strategies. It sought to examine the use of digital media for citizen engagement, evaluate its impact on service delivery efficiency, and determine its role in promoting participatory governance. The study was anchored on the Uses and Gratifications Theory and Participatory Communication Theory, which explain active media consumption and citizen involvement in governance processes. A mixed-methods approach combined surveys of 300 respondents with interviews of 15 e-governance officials. Findings revealed that digital media significantly improves citizen engagement through interactive platforms that allow direct feedback and dialogue, enhance service delivery by reducing bureaucratic delays and providing timely information, and encourage participatory governance as citizens actively contribute to policy discussions online. The study concluded that digital media has become a vital tool for advancing citizen-centred governance in Nigeria, as it enhances citizen engagement, improves service delivery efficiency, and fosters participatory governance, though its effectiveness is constrained by infrastructural, institutional, and responsiveness challenges that must be addressed for it to achieve its full potential. The study recommended, among others, that government agencies should strengthen their digital communication strategies to encourage active citizen engagement through responsive and inclusive platform

Unpacking the Landscape of Digital Ecosystem Readiness: A Decade of Insights Through Bibliometric Analysis: A Decade of Insights Through Bibliometric Analysis
Recently, the urgency of preparing digital ecosystems for rapid change has attracted growing scholarly attention. This study explores how research on Digital Ecosystem Readiness (DER) has developed over the past five years, focusing not only on organizational preparedness but also on broader system-wide dynamics. While earlier studies mostly looked at small-scale details, this paper seeks to identify new trends, themes, and missing areas by reviewing 57 articles published between 2021 and 2025, taken from Scopus and Google Scholar. Using PRISMA guidelines to choose articles, the data were examined with VOSviewer, which created various visual tools like co-occurrence networks and maps showing how authors work together. Key findings show a shift from internal technological adoption toward topics like platform governance, AI integration, and policy-based digital sustainability. Despite growing interest, research on ecosystem-level readiness appears fragmented, with limited cross-national academic collaboration. The study suggests that current models could improve by using a broader approach that includes Technology–Organization–Environment theory, dynamic capability perspectives, and multi-stakeholder governance methods. This integrative view is essential for designing inclusive readiness strategies that reflect the realities of a fast-evolving digital world
Analysis Of The Quality Of Service Of SPHP Rice Distribution In The Distribution Network (TPK And RPK) In Perum Bulog Regional Office Yogyakarta
This study aims to analyze the quality of rice distribution services in the Food Supply and Price Stabilization Program (SPHP) carried out by Perum BULOG Kanwil Yogyakarta through the Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) and Toko Pangan Kita (TPK) distribution networks. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires distributed to 100 distributors as respondents. The analysis was carried out using the SERVQUAL model which includes five dimensions of service quality: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The results showed that all dimensions of service quality were in the "good" category with an overall average score of 4.14, which reflects the level of distributor satisfaction with BULOG's services. However, the assurance dimension obtained the lowest relative score, indicating the need for improvements in the aspects of trust and competence of officers in maintaining rice quality. The implications of this study are the importance of improving officer training, strengthening communication with distributors, and handling complaints more responsively in order to increase distribution effectiveness and strengthen partner trust in supporting national food security
The Mediating Role of Consumer Trust in the Effects of Price, Product Quality, and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions among Used‑Car Consumers in Banyuwangi
This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, and social media marketing on purchase decisions, with consumer trust as a mediating variable among used car consumers in Banyuwangi. This research positions itself as a model development study that emphasizes the crucial role of trust in mediating the relationship between independent variables and purchase decisions. The rising prices of new cars have encouraged consumers to seek alternatives, such as used cars, leading to increased competition among showrooms like Al-Fatih, Rio Putra, and Rizki Mobil. Consumer trust is believed to play an essential role in shaping purchase decisions before price, product quality, and social media marketing exert direct influence. This study employs a quantitative approach using path analysis and involves 150 respondents. The results show that price, product quality, and social media marketing significantly influence both consumer trust and purchase decisions. Furthermore, consumer trust has a significant impact on purchase decisions and mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and purchase decisions. This study offers theoretical contributions by strengthening the role of trust as a mediator in consumer behavior and practical contributions for used car businesses to focus on trust-based marketing strategies
Seafood Restaurant Food Waste: Quantification, Causes, Valorization, and Circular Economy
Seafood restaurants generate significant food waste due to the high perishability of fish and shellfish, operational inefficiencies, and stringent quality standards. Globally, 30–35% of seafood is wasted, with 25–60% of raw mass discarded as heads, bones, viscera, and shells. The supply chain faces additional challenges, including rapid spoilage and cold-chain dependency, intensifying storage and preparation losses. Studies indicate that 45% of seafood restaurant waste occurs during preparation, 30–34% from plate leftovers, and 20–25% from poor storage management. The environmental impact is considerable, contributing to methane emissions and resource depletion, while, economically, seafood restaurants lose up to 54.5% of potential revenue due to poor waste management. Seafood waste holds valorization potential, such as chitosan from crustacean shells, gelatin and collagen from fish bones and scales, biodiesel from residual fish oil, and bio-nanocomposites for sustainable packaging. Emerging circular ecsonomy models integrate prevention, redistribution, and valorization, aligning with sustainable development goals. This review synthesizes over 50 studies, highlighting that integrated interventions—operational redesign, consumer nudging, staff training, policy incentives, and valorization technologies—can reduce seafood restaurant waste by 30–50%, while unlocking economic and environmental benefits
Implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program by the Office of Population Control and Family Planning of Mesuji Regency
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that has a serious impact on the quality of human resources (HR) and long-term economic growth. Mesuji Regency is one of the areas with a relatively high stunting prevalence rate in Lampung Province. This study aims to analyze the role of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (PPKB) in the implementation of stunting prevention policies in Mesuji Regency, evaluate its implementation, and identify program success indicators. The research method used is qualitative with a policy evaluation approach using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results show that the PPKB Office has a strategic role as a cross-sector coordinator in the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team (TPPS), an implementer of educational programs such as Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB), and regional innovations such as the Community Movement Against Stunting (GEBERMAS). Evaluation of the implementation indicated good achievements in the context and input aspects, marked by regulatory support, leadership commitment, and adequate budget allocation. However, challenges remain, including limited human resources, unequal basic facilities, and suboptimal coordination among government agencies. The decrease in the number of stunted children from 1,456 in 2022 to 1,083 in 2023 demonstrates the positive impact of the implemented policies. Strengthening cross-sector coordination, improving the availability of supporting facilities, and increasing community participation and awareness are essential to ensure the sustainability of stunting prevention programs
