Entrepreneurship In The Digital Era: A Systematic Literature Review
This research aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize relevant literature on entrepreneurship in the digital era through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Digitalization has significantly changed the entrepreneurial paradigm, driving the emergence of new business models, expanding market access, and requiring entrepreneurs to have adequate technological, cognitive, and social skills. This review analyzed 11 selected scholarly articles from reputable databases such as Scopus, Emerald, Sciencedirect, and SpringerLink, published between 2020 and 2025. The review shows that digital entrepreneurship is strongly influenced by technology adoption, organizational readiness, and individual factors such as digital efficacy. The research also uncovered gaps in the literature, such as the lack of studies in developing country contexts, the role of human factors in SMEs' digital transformation, as well as the need for integration of psychosocial factors. This study offers a new conceptual framework and model to support the development of sustainable and adaptive digital entrepreneurshi

The Relevance of Academic Achievement to the Development of Students’ Potential and Success in Elementary Schools from the Perspective of Authentic Assessment: A Literature Study
This study aims to analyze the relevance of academic achievement to the development of students’ potential and success in elementary schools from the perspective of authentic assessment. The background of this research lies in the continued dominance of academic grades as the main indicator of learning success, while the dimensions of process, creativity, and student character are often overlooked. The research gap stems from the lack of qualitative studies that explore the meaning, experiences, and processes of developing students’ potential through authentic assessment within the context of Indonesian elementary education.
This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a systematic literature review of scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025 from the Scopus, SINTA, and Google Scholar databases. Data were collected through the analysis of academic documents, educational policies, and research reports, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The analysis identified four main themes: (1) a paradigm shift in assessment toward process-based evaluation, (2) the role of authentic assessment in developing students’ potential and motivation, (3) challenges in implementing authentic assessment at the elementary school level, and (4) the interconnection between academic achievement, character, and 21st-century skills.
The findings indicate that authentic assessment not only enhances conceptual understanding but also fosters students’ sense of responsibility, creativity, and self-confidence. The implications of this research include the strengthening of constructivist theory in educational assessment, improving teacher competence, and formulating more holistic and humanistic assessment policies within the framework of Merdeka Belajar.

The Effect Of Entrepreneurship Training And Entrepreneurship Education On Entrepreneurial Motivation With Entrepreneurial Intention As A Mediating Variable (Case Study of High School Students in Mojokerto City)
This study aims to analyze the direct influence of Entrepreneurship Training and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Motivation, and to examine the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Intention in this relationship among high school students in Mojokerto City. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. Data were collected from 344 student respondents and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings indicate that both Education and Training have a strong, positive, and significant influence on both Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Intention. Entrepreneurial Intention was also found to positively and significantly influence Entrepreneurial Motivation. However, a key finding revealed a paradoxical mediation path: Entrepreneurial Intention negatively and significantly mediates the influence of Entrepreneurship Training (Indirect Coefficient: -0.196; p-value: 0.001) and Entrepreneurship Education (Indirect Coefficient: -0.189; p-value: 0.001) on Entrepreneurial Motivation. The study concludes that although education and training are effective in fostering strong intention, this intention does not always successfully translate into sustained entrepreneurial motivation. Strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem outside the classroom, such as continuous mentoring programs and adequate practical facilities, is necessary to ensure the formed intention develops into a solid motivation for action
Genetic Variation of Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) at Several Colchicine Concentrations Based on Agronomic Characteristics
Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) serves as an alternative food source to rice due to its rich nutritional content. The development of sorghum through breeding can be facilitated using colchicine. This study aimed to: (1) identify sorghum varieties exhibiting the best performance based on agronomic traits; (2) determine the effective colchicine treatment for increasing genetic variation in sorghum varieties; (3) identify agronomic traits with high genetic variability influenced by multiple genes; and (4) evaluate the best interaction between colchicine and variety based on sorghum agronomic traits. The study was conducted from January to April 2025 in the Greenhouse of the Agricultural Assembly and Modernization Agency, Gorontalo. The experiment employed a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), where the first factor consisted of two varieties, Numbu and Kawali, and the second factor comprised four colchicine concentrations: 0 ppm, 750 ppm, 1000 ppm, and 1250 ppm. Each treatment was replicated three times, resulting in a total of 24 experimental units. The results indicated that the Numbu variety exhibited the highest genetic variability based on leaf area; a colchicine concentration of 750 ppm effectively enhanced sorghum plant variability; plant height, panicle length, and leaf area displayed high genetic variation and were controlled by multiple genes; and the interaction of the Numbu variety with 750 ppm colchicine showed the most favorable performance based on the selection traits of panicle length, plant height, and leaf area. Therefore, this combination holds potential for the colchicine-based development of sorghu
