    No full text
Village-based tourism plays an important role in promoting inclusive and sustainable local economic development, particularly in rural areas with strong natural and cultural potential. However, tourism development in many villages is constrained by uneven entrepreneurial capacity and limited supporting economic infrastructure. This study aims to develop and validate a tourismpreneurship measurement model based on Village Index dimensions, focusing on the economic dimension, using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The research was conducted in Kerinci Regency, Indonesia, involving 285 villages through a full sampling approach. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS AMOS. The economic dimension was operationalized through two latent constructs: Village Production (four indicators) and Economic Support Facilities (eight indicators). The CFA results indicate an acceptable model fit (CMIN/DF = 2.439; GFI = 0.928; RMSEA = 0.071). Village Flagship Products (λ = 0.866) and Postal and Logistics Services (λ = 0.616) emerge as the most influential indicators. The moderate correlation between constructs (r = 0.403) confirms discriminant validity. These findings support the use of the Village Index framework to strengthen tourismpreneurship and village tourism competitiveness. This study contributes theoretically by integrating tourismpreneurship within the Village Index framework and methodologically by validating a multidimensional economic model using CFA

Japanese Disaster Cinema as Lessons Learned in Disaster Education in Indonesia

    No full text
This study aims to systematically review the development of studies on Japanese disaster cinema and identify its implications for the development of disaster education in Indonesia. The study uses a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review (SLR) following the PRISMA-based selection process. Literature was collected from international academic databases and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of meaning and trends in studies. The result of the study show that research on Japanese disaster cinema developed dynamically in the period 2012-2025 and can be classified into four main themes. The first theme relates to disaster narratives and social meaning construction, which positions film as a medium for reflecting on trauma, risk, and social charge. The second theme highlights trauma and collective memory, where cinema functions as a cultural archive that records and negotiates post-disaster experiences. The third theme discusses the relationship between humans, nature, and technology, showing how cinema represents disasters as the result of complex interactions between ecological systems, modernity, and human responsibility. The fourth theme examines the implications of cinema as a pedagogical medium capable of bridging the cognitive and affective dimensions of disaster education. The research findings confirm that cinema not only functions as a cultural representation, but also as a space for social reflection and learning that has the potential to increase risk literacy, social empathy, and critical awareness. Therefore, the use if visual media and cinematic narratives can be a complementary approach in the development of more contextual, participatory, and culture-based disaster education in Indonesia

    No full text
Occupational accidents in shipyard industries remain a significant concern due to the complex and high-risk nature of shipbuilding and repair activities. Operations such as working at heights, confined space entry, welding, heavy lifting, and exposure to hazardous substances contribute to elevated accident rates and severe consequences, including fatalities and economic losses. This study aims to analyze occupational accidents in shipyards by integrating Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The objective is to identify dominant accident types, prioritize critical risks, and determine root causes to support evidence-based safety improvements. The research employed a systematic literature review method by collecting peer-reviewed articles from major scientific databases published between 2010 and 2024. Relevant studies were selected based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were extracted and synthesized to identify common failure modes, risk parameters (Severity, Occurrence, Detection), Risk Priority Number (RPN) values, and causal relationships derived from FTA models. The PRISMA framework was applied to ensure a transparent and structured selection process. The results indicate that the most dominant occupational accidents in shipyards include falls from height, confined space incidents, fire and explosions during hot work, crushing injuries from heavy lifting operations, and electrical accidents. FMEA analysis revealed that confined space operations and welding activities consistently present the highest RPN values. FTA findings demonstrate that these accidents are commonly caused by a combination of human factors, equipment failures, inadequate supervision, insufficient safety procedures, and weak organizational safety culture. The integration of FMEA and FTA provides a comprehensive analytical framework that combines quantitative risk prioritization with qualitative root cause identification. This integrated approach enhances the effectiveness of occupational risk assessment in shipyard environments. Academically, the study contributes to the development of integrated risk analysis methodologies, while practically it offers structured recommendations for improving safety management systems in shipyard industries
