    This study aimed to identify the role of educational supervision in developing classroom management skills among English language teachers in basic schools in Jerash Governorate, where the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach to identify its suitability to the nature of the current study. The study population consisted of male and female English language teachers in basic schools in Jerash Governorate. A random sample of (164) male and female teachers working in these schools was selected. The results showed a statistically significant relationship at a significance level of (P≤0.05) between the role of educational supervision include (guidance and instruction, planning the lesson and competence and evaluation) and developing classroom management skills among English language teachers in basic schools in Jerash Governorate. Based on these findings, educational supervisors of English language should organize more effective teacher training activities in basic schools throughout Jerash Governorate to help English language teachers address their possible flaws and discover their strengths. The supervisor’s interests' should not be limited to teachers' flaws; instead, students should interact and speak with teachers to better understanding for students' strengths and shortcomings

    ملخص البحث: يرتبطُ مصطلح النصوص الأصيلة بتعليم اللغة الثانية، وتُعتبرُ وسيلة فعَّالة في تمكين متعلم اللغة الثانية وسدّ الفجوة بينه وبين الناطق الأصلي، وفي ظلِّ نشاط تصميم المناهج التعليمية زخرت كتب تعليم العربية لغةً أولى وثانية بالنص المصنوع؛ بغية تطويع النصوص لأهدافٍ محددة. وتبحث هذه الدراسة -بتوظيف المنهج الوصفي- تأثيرَ النصوص الأصيلة على قدرة المتعلم اللغوية، وتحديدًا متعلم العربية لغةً أولى؛ ذلك لأن هناك افتراضًا عامًا أن مناهج تعليمها غنية بالنصوص الأصيلة، وهذا يخالف واقع المناهج التي تعجُّ بالنصوص المصنوعة.تكمن أهمية النص الأصيل في كونه تمثُّلًا لغويًّا وثقافيًّا، وتوظيفه في التعليم حقٌّ وضرورة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن النص التعليمي هو الوحدة الأساس في أي منهج، ويخضع اختياره لمعايير دقيقة، ويجب أن يُقدَّم بطريقة تضمن الإدراك والتفاعل مع كافة عناصره. ووجدت الدراسة أن للنصوص الأصيلة دورًا حيويًا في تهيئة المتعلم لما بعد التعلُّمِ، وعليه توصي الدراسة بتوظيف النصوص الأصيلة وفق منهجية مدروسة بإشراف مختصين نابهين ومتمكنين. الكلمات المفتاحية: النص التعليمي، النص الأصيل، الأصالة، تعليم العربية.ABSTRACT: The term "Authentic Text" is associated with second language acquisition, enhancing linguistic and cultural communication between learners and native speakers. However, many Arabic language teaching books, both for native and second language learners, use unauthentic texts to meet specific curriculum goals. This study examines the impact of reading texts on language ability, comparing Authentic and Constructed texts, and analyzing how well Saudi Arabian third-grade Arabic curricula in secondary school follow the criteria of selecting Arabic Language Teaching Texts. The study focuses on Native speakers, challenging the assumption that Arabic curricula are rich in Authentic Texts.The study emphasizes that Authentic Texts are vital for linguistic, cultural, and social representation in Arabic language teaching, and it concludes that the selection of educational texts must meet specific criteria to foster meaningful engagement. It recommends using Authentic Texts to enhance creativity and empower learners, suggesting a structured approach overseen by skilled educators.     Enhancing Private Healthcare in Saudi Arabia: the Integration of Total Quality Management and Leadership Dynamics for Organizational Success

    The healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia faces unique challenges that affect its operational efficiency and overall effectiveness. This study explores the integration of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices with leadership dynamics within private healthcare settings in Taif, Saudi Arabia. The research employed a quantitative methodology, gathering data from 346 healthcare professionals using structured questionnaires. Analytical tools such as SPSS and SmartPLS were utilized to examine the impact of TQM practices—specifically process management, customer focus, continuous improvement, and employee involvement—on organizational effectiveness, with a particular focus on the moderating role of leadership skills.The findings revealed that while TQM practices significantly enhance organizational effectiveness, the impact of customer focus was less pronounced compared to other TQM elements. Leadership skills were found to significantly moderate the relationship between TQM practices and organizational effectiveness, especially in the domains of process management and customer focus. This study contributes to the theoretical framework of TQM and leadership in healthcare, providing practical insights for healthcare managers and policymakers in Saudi Arabia.Recommendations for future research include conducting longitudinal studies to assess the sustainability of TQM practices, exploring regional variations within Saudi Arabia, and examining the integration of technology with TQM practices. This research underscores the importance of strategic leadership in enhancing the effectiveness of TQM implementations in healthcare settings, aiming to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 healthcare goal

    Relationship Between Work-Life Balance and Performance of Employee of Selected Money Deposit Banks in Anambra State, Nigeria

    The fact that many workers frequently deal with heavy workloads, long workdays, and high workplace demands that interfere with their personal time is a concerning issue. The banking industry is well known for its high standards, and as a result, workers frequently don't have enough time for personal hobbies, family time, or relaxation. Inadequate corporate work-life balance policies worsen this mismatch, making it more difficult for employees to successfully manage their personal and professional obligations. Therefore, in order to address the aforementioned issue, this study looked at the connection between employee performance and work-life balance at a few chosen money-deposit banks in Anambra State, Nigeria. Assessing the impact of remote work options on employee productivity in a few money-deposit institutions in Anambra State, Nigeria, was the explicit goal. The theoretical foundation of this investigation was structural functionalism. To ascertain the degree of the association between work-life balance and employee performance, a survey study approach was used. The Taro Yamane formula was used to establish the sample size, which consisted of 373 people out of the study's population of 5576 employees. The structured questionnaire in 373 copies was delivered with the aim of gathering the primary data required for the research. The study employed Spearman correlation analysis to test hypotheses and found a substantial positive connection (rho = 0.866, p-value = 0.000) between staff productivity and the possibility to work remotely in a subset of money-deposit institutions in Anambra State. In conclusion, money-deposit banks that emphasize and put this work-life balance strategy into effect, stand to gain from increased staff productivity, which will ultimately improve organizational results. In order to ensure that core operational hours are covered while granting employees the autonomy to manage their time effectively, the study suggests, among other things, that the management of money-deposit banks in Anambra State implement more remote work options by creating policies that allow employees to choose their working hours within a certain range

The cultural environment in which transformational leadership is practiced has an effect on the way it is carried out. This style of leadership is characterized by its emphasis on inspiring and motivating followers. In the environment of Saudi Arabia, which is characterized by a high-power distance, collectivism, and strong religious and traditional values, the success of transformational leadership and its execution may be different from what is seen in other cultural settings. The purpose of this review is to provide a synthesis of the existing research on the ways in which cultural aspects influence the practice and outcomes of transformative leadership in Saudi Arabia. It does so by providing insights into the challenges and opportunities that leaders face when functioning in this distinctive cultural setting. This research makes a significant contribution to a more in-depth knowledge of the ways in which cultural influences influence leadership styles and effectiveness in Saudi organizations
