Authentication for 5G Mobile Wireless Networks
Discussions regarding 5G mobile wireless networks frequently involve the impact they will create to our daily lives. Some view 5G as a disruption while some are questioning the need to deploy the network when conventional mobile networks are still performing optimally. The economic and lifestyle impact of 5G is rather subjective, but it is definite that there will be consequences to the security and privacy discussion sphere with an emphasis on authentication. As it arrives with new mechanisms, there is certainly a whole new attacking avenues to be capitalised. This paper surveys the state of 5G mobile wireless networks in terms of authentication. It further discusses the security features and challenges in the 5G mobile wireless networks, and future directions will also be charted.

Study of Electrical Performance of Hetero-Dielectric Gate Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (HDG TFET): A Novel Structure for Future Nanotechnology
Although, dynamic power in portable mobile devices can be reduced by reducing power supply VDD on the cost of increased leakage current. Therefore, maintaining low leakage current in the device is serious issue for minimizing overall power consumption of the circuit and improving the battery life. The conventional Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) requires at least 60 mV of gate voltage for better current drive at room temperature which is difficult to achieve due to thermal limit. This limitation of gate voltage requirement degrades the performance of the device at lower VDD. Tunnel Field Effect Transistor (TFET) is a potential candidate to replace CMOS in deep-submicron region due to its lower subthreshold slope SS (< 60 mV/decade) at room temperature. Steep switching in TFET can extend the supply voltage scaling with improved energy efficiency for both digital and analog applications. Despite those advantages, TFETs are suffering from lower ON current and larger ambipolar current. To overcome these shortcomings, a new structure, known as Hetero-dielectric gate TFET (HDG TFET), has been proposed in the literature. Since, in the absence of the compact analytical model, it is difficult to understand the electrical behaviour of the HDG TFET device, therefore, the present paper presents an analytical model of transconductance parameter of HDG TFET device. The electrical performance analysis of HDG TFET device reflects that on current can be increased considerably by choosing gate material of higher work function near the source region which also suppresses the ambipolar current. It is also observed that a thinner silicon film and larger drain bias result in larger transconductance value.

Optimizing Vaccine Distribution Using Sine Cosine Algorithm with Mutation
Vaccination is the best approach in curbing the spread of a pandemic. However, during pandemic one of the challenge is limited number of vaccine due to limited manufacturing capacity and high demand. Therefore, optimal vaccine distribution is needed to ensure maximum effectiveness in decreasing the total infections in the population. In this paper, the vaccine distribution is optimized using sine cosine algorithm improved with mutation (SCAmut). The SEIR model of H1N1 pandemic in 2009 is used as the case problem here. The effectiveness of SCAmut vaccine deployment is studied using two factors, which are vaccine coverage percentage and vaccine releasing time. The algorithm's result is compared with three traditional methods and original SCA without mutation. The findings suggested that the proposed SCAmut is able to provide more effective vaccination distributions better than the three traditional methods and also the original SCA.

The Relationship between the Perception of Social Media Credibility and Political Engagement in Social Media among Generation Z
The growing emphasis on the perception of social media credibility has been an important factor in transforming the way Generation Z natives engage on social media. Subsequently, many people now tend to put tremendous priority on whether the information they find on social media in the realm of politics is presumed as credible which then shapes the way they engage politically. The Generation Z despite being digital natives, are not immune to the repercussions in the process of evaluating the credibility of social media and the misuse of social media in political aspects. Therefore, this research aimed to study the credibility of political information on social media perceived by Generation Z, the political engagement in social media among Generation Z, and the relationship between the perception of social media credibility and political engagement in social media among Generation Z. Quantitative research was carried out on a sample of Generation Z young adults aged 15 to 25 years old residing within Klang Valley, Selangor. From the data analysis of 400 valid responses, it was found that the Generation Z cohort has a positive perception of social media credibility and they show high political engagement in social media. Additionally, the findings indicate that the perception of social media credibility has a significant relationship with political engagement in social media among Generation Z. This paper would be useful to future researchers in studies based on this communication area as well as social news site journalists who produce content and target Generation Z audience in particular

Masked Face Recognition Attendance System Using A Modified Convolutional Neural Network
In this paper, a masked face recognition based attendance system is developed by modifying a version of convolutional neural network (CNN). In this regard, a Support Vector Machine is integrated in the CNN to replace its original Softmax classifier to perform the task. The performance of the modified CNN in recognizing masked faces in a 5-fold cross validation was compared that of other CNNs. The experimental results show high effectiveness of the proposed CNN (i.e. 98.92%) in recognizing masked faces for recording attendance.

Disputes Emanating from the Infringement of Articles 74(3) and 83(3) and Optional Exception under Article 298(1)(a)(i) of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea
Maritime delimitation, which ensures the jurisdiction exertion and effective use of maritime spaces of coastal States, never involves minimal efforts. In the transitional period pending the final delimitation agreement of overlapping areas in the exclusive economic zone or continental shelf, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) sets out obligations for State Parties to take provisional measures under Articles 74(3) and 83(3). The violation of these obligations may lead to disputes between States that will potentially be brought before the compulsory dispute settlement procedure under UNCLOS. Whether disputes arising from the violation of Articles 74(3) and 83(3) fall into the scope of application of optional exception under Article 298(1)(a)(i) remained debatable. Accordingly, this research paper is conducted to analyse the separation and independence between the interim regime and maritime delimitation to support the opinion that disputes emanating from the infringement of Articles 74(3) and 83(3) are not disputes ‘relating to sea boundary delimitation’ under Article 298(1)(a)(i). This paper uses the doctrinal approach on the provisions in international treaties or conventions, international customary law, and decisions and awards of international courts and tribunals
Incorporating Semi-Automated Approach for Effective Software Requirements Prioritization: A Framework Design
Software Requirements Prioritization (SRP) is one of the crucial processes in software requirements engineering. It presents a challenging task to decide among the pool of requirements and the variance of the stakeholder’s needs in prioritizing requirements. Semi-automated requirements prioritization is implemented in both manual and automatic processes. When prioritizing requirements, these aspects such as importance, time, cost and risk, should be taken into account. The emergence of machine learning is advancing to improve and automate the SRP process whereby decision making can be performed with minimal human intervention. Incorporating machine learning approaches in prioritization techniques can be implemented in the ranking process and classifying the priority group of the software requirements. A Semi-Automated Requirements Prioritization framework (SARiP), which implements semi-automatic process in requirements prioritization is proposed. SARiP concentrates on the areas related to prediction of requirements priority group and ranks requirements using classification tree and ranking algorithm. SARiP has been successfully evaluated in the government sector domain by the i-Tegur team from the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia (KPKT). 80% of the participants agreed that SARiP is extremely likely to help the participants in prioritizing the requirements for their projects. All participants agreed that SARiP is reliable and useful. Recording the requirements and results for the prioritization will be considered for future work and traceability function will be included to trace the requirements changes
