Analysis of WLAN Network Quality Improvement at Bank Mandiri Palembang Sudirman Area using Per Connection Queue Method
With the internet's and information technology's rapid expansion, IT has emerged as a crucial component of many areas, particularly computer networks. Network monitoring is crucial because it can assist in locating network issues precisely, and ongoing monitoring can help spot any problems early on and take proactive measures to fix them before they negatively affect users. The purpose of this study is to track and evaluate the functionality of the Palembang Sudirman area's Bank Mandiri WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network). Three steps make up the action research approach used in this study: diagnosis, analysis, and assessment. This allows adjustments to be made to the scenario-specific protocols that could otherwise result in alterations. Based on Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON) standards and Quality of Service (QoS), the analysis concludes that Bank Mandiri's WLAN is rated as exceptional. The delay value decreased from 32 ms to 8 ms and the number of packet losses decreased from 1.5% to 0 when the PCQ method was implemented
Prevalence of Diabetic Foot Ulcers among People with Diabetes Mellitus
Introduction: With 8.6% prevalence, India tops the list in terms of the burden of diabetes. A major complication of diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot ulcer, which affects type 2 diabetes more frequently. This study's objective was to determine the prevalence and risk variables that contribute to the development of diabetic foot ulcers.
Method: A hospital-based cross-sectional survey was conducted with 108 type 2 diabetic patients who were chosen from the outpatient department of a major diabetic care facility. The socio-demographic data was gathered. The clinical biochemistry lab attached to the hospital performed the measurements of biochemical variables. The Wagner Meggitt Classification was used to stage each patient's diabetic foot.
Results: Prevalence of Diabetic Foot Ulcer was 10.2%. Grade III was the most prevalent stage of presentation, followed by Grade IV according to classification system by Wagner Meggitt. No significant correlation between the DFU group and other metabolic parameters such hypertension, retinopathy, neuropathy, HbA1c, cholesterol, HDL, and LDL were discovered.
Conclusions: There were 10.2% of diabetic individuals presented with foot ulcers. Diabetes related foot ulcers were more common in males with an average age of 56.08± 0.69 years
Integrated Care for Aged Parkinson’s Disease Patient: A Case Study
Few research articles emphasizing on integrated care in Parkinson’s disease with Malaysia context.
Most of the researchers are focusing on the non-motor symptoms in integrated care. In this report,
we were integrating the holistic treatment with a case study. Case Report: Mr. J, who had a known
history of Parkinson’ disease with severe motor symptoms. He showed tremendous improvement
after integrated treatment was applied. More analytic research is needed in future to provide
validation. Physiotherapy approaches: Balance training plays a vital role in reducing the risk of
falls in individuals with PD. Evidence suggests that group exercises targeting mobility,
coordination, and social interaction can positively impact individuals with PD. Stationary cycling,
or pedaling, can have a positive impact on PD symptoms. Relaxation techniques, such as deep
breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery have a high impact on patients.
Evidence-based exercises targeting neck range of motion, neck muscle strengthening, and
promotion of good posture. Conclusion: On the progression of the physiotherapy approaches and
integrated care, Mr. J's performance in activities in daily living improved and he gained his
confidence and independence

Assessing the Acceptance of Quizziz in 'Game Research and Society' Classroom: Impact on Perceived Readiness for Final Year Projects
This study is to explore the integration of a gamified quiz within the "Game Research and Society"
classroom, focusing on its impact on student acceptance and readiness for their third-year final
year projects. The research aimed to address the need to assess gamified educational tools'
effectiveness in enhancing learning experiences and adequately preparing students for their
culminating academic projects. With the guidance of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), a
small scale of 41 students that is currently in their second year is selected to take part in the pre
and post-test assessments were conducted through surveys to evaluate student acceptance,
perceptions of usefulness, ease of use of the gamified quiz, and readiness for final year projects.
A paired T-test were conducted and show a significant increase in student acceptance and positive
perceptions after the gamified quiz implementation, correlating with enhanced readiness for final
year projects. This research highlights the transformative potential of gamified educational tools
in both improving learning experiences and adequately preparing students for academic
milestone
Using Transformer Models for Stock Market Anomaly Detection
Anomaly detection is an important task in financial markets. Detecting anomalies is difficult due
to their rarity, multitude of parameters, and lack of labeled data for supervised learning models.
Additionally, time series data used in financial models present unique challenges such as
irregularity, seasonality, changing trends, and periodicity in data. While prior anomaly detection
approaches have used ARIMA and LSTM models, in this paper, we employ a new transformer�based model called TranAD to compare stock market data with its predicted version, measuring
deviations from normal price data for anomaly detection. We find that TranAD is an effective
approach for financial anomaly detection with a high level of accuracy. We expect that this
research will contribute to better detection of financial anomalies and improve market surveillanc
Requirement Analysis and Digitalization of Seafood Market Management
Digitalization is the process of transitioning to a digital business and involves using digital
technologies to alter a business model and offer new prospects for income and value creation. The
study in this paper was carried out to identify the requirement analysis situated in Karang Agung
Ilir Seafood District, Indonesia. The local market sells seafood, including prawns, crabs, and squid.
Our findings indicated that the fishermen use conventional markets and rely on the surrounding
village area or community market with fluctuating cost control. In this view, we have proposed
the digitalization of the traditional market to expand the market locations but reduce costs for
example transportation costs, increase efficiency, and avenues for revenue regeneration.

Effect of Proprioceptive Training and Strength Training on Agility amongTable Tennis Players
Background: Table tennis is a dynamic sport. Proprioception is an important sensory and motor
function for all mobility action which also plays an important role in sports and contribute greatlyto
the performance of athletes. Strength training involves the performance of physical exercise thatare
designed to improve strength. Agility is the ability to move and change the direction and position of
the body quickly and effectively under control.
Objective: To find out effect of proprioceptive training and strength training on agility among table
tennis players.
Methodology: The study design was experimental study, conducted in KG college of Physiotherapy
with total sample of 20 players were included in the study with 10 players each in the group. Sampling
method was convenient sampling. Study duration was 6 months and individual training was 6 weeks.
Male table tennis players, aged between 18-25 years who were practicing and playing table tennis for
more than one year were included in the study. Players withany soft tissue injuries, recent fractures,
recent musculoskeletal surgeries and neurological problems, irregular in training regime have been
excluded.
Result: The post-test mean values of proprioceptive training group (N=10) was 9.38 whereas the
players who are underwent strength training (N=10) was 10.20. Thus, proprioceptive training reflects
better agility when compared with the strength training.
Conclusion: Agility involves starting, stopping, changing the direction, rotation, reaction and
complex movements. Table tennis realize heavily on agility. Thus, proprioceptive training and
strength training has to been given for better agility among table tennis players who are underwent
proprioceptive training showed significant improvement in agility than strength training
Effect of Scapular Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Versus Scapular Mobilization on Pain and Function in Adhesive Capsulitis – A Pragmatic Randomized Clinical Trial
Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of scapular proprioceptive
neuromuscular inhibition technique and scapular mobilisation on pain, range of motion and
function in participants with adhesive capsulitis. Methods: 30 participants were randomly
allocated into two groups: Group A – Scapular PNF+ conventional physiotherapy, Group B -
Scapular Mobilization + Conventional physiotherapy. The intervention was applied for 6 days/
week for 2 weeks. The Numerical Pain Rating Scale, Shoulder range of motion and Shoulder pain
and disability index was taken before and after the intervention in both groups. Results: Non-parametric tests were used to analyse the data. Within the group data was analysed with Wilcoxon
signed rank test. Between the group data was analysed with Mann Whitney U test. Result was
found to be significant, p value 0.001 for within group. Between group analysis showed p value
<0.05, suggesting significant difference between the effect of two interventions. Conclusion:
Scapular mobilisation along with conventional physiotherapy was found to be more effective in
reducing pain, improving range of motion and function in participants with Adhesive Capsuliti
Application of Decision Trees in Athlete Selection: A Cart Algorithm Approach
This study investigates the application of Decision Trees (DTs), a non-parametric supervised learning method, renowned for its simplicity, interpretability, and wide applicability in various domains, including machine learning for classification and regression tasks. The focus of this study is on the use of DTs, employing the Classification and Regression Trees (CART) algorithm, in the initial screening of athletes. This involves analyzing 11 sociodemographic and anthropometric variables within a dataset of 113 prospective athletes, encompassing both numerical and categorical data. The DT model exhibits outstanding performance, achieving accuracy and precision rates exceeding 0.8. Further analysis, varying impurity criteria and tree depths, indicates that the Gini index at a depth of 3 optimizes accuracy. Notably, weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI) exhibit the highest significance among the other variables. Looking ahead, future research could explore enhancing DTs' predictive capabilities in athlete selection by incorporating more variables or employing ensemble learning techniques. This study lays the groundwork for further investigations aiming to refine athlete screening processes and broaden the utility of DTs in sports-related predictive modeling
