No full textDomestic saving is one of the important financing sources for private
investment, so this study aims to show the impact of domestic saving on
private investment in Algeria, through a standard study of annual data using an
autoregressive model for the distributed slow periods during the period 1990-
2018, and the study found that there is no A significant impact of domestic
savings on private investment, and these results appeared incompatible with
economic theory, due to the lack of diversification of the Algerian economy and
its dependence on the oil sector, in addition to the weak absorptive capacity of

L’effet de l’urbanisation sur l’instalation de la Cigogne blanche dans la Wilaya de Mila
No full textOur study focuses on the Eco-ethology of the white stork (Ciconia ciconia) in the region of Mila during a period of 5 months, lasted from December 2020 until April 2021. During this period, we have clarified the biological cycles of this species (courtship, laying and brooding). According to the timetable of these phases our bird has attended various environmental media (cultivated land, natural grasslands etc ...) as well as anthropogenic places such as dumps. These last have been used mainly to feed activities (77% of all activities). The species also shows a remarkable degree neighborhood, most of the nests were installed on electric poles by 54% and the roofs of buildings by 27% (N = 104). The same results were obtained the colonies most of them are implanted in cities (Garden City Mila). This study allowed us to highlighted the situation of the White Stork in a part of the province, the results are encouraging and we hope that this work be complemented by other studies that covers all the territory of this region.Notre étude porte sur l’éco-éthologie de la cigogne blanche (Ciconiaciconia) dans la région de Mila durant une période de 5 mois, étalée de décembre 2020 jusqu'à avril 2021. Pendant cette période, nous avons élucidé la chronologie du cycle biologique de cette espèce (parade nuptial, ponte et couvaison). Selon le calendrier de ces stades notre oiseau a fréquenté des divers milieux naturels (Terres cultivées, des prairies naturelles...etc.). Ainsi que des endroits anthropiques tels que les décharges publiques. Ces dernières ont été utilisées principalement aux activités d’alimentation (77% de l’ensemble des activités). L’espèce montre aussi un degré anthropophile très remarquable, la plus part des nids ont été installés sur les poteaux électriques par 54 % et les toits des édifices par 27 % (N = 104). Des mêmes résultats ont été obtenues concernant la repartions des colonies, la plus part entre eux sont implantées au sein des villes (jardin de la ville de Mila). Cette étude nous a permet de mettre en évidence la situation de la Cigogne blanche dans une partie de la wilaya, les résultats sont encourageantes et il est souhaitable que ce travail soit complété par des autres études qui couvrent tous le territoire de cette région

No full textThis study aimed to highlight the role of financial evaluation with financial indicators in evaluating the financial performance of an economic institution represented by Batimetal for achievement during the period (2018-2020)، relying on the descriptive analysis method in the theoretical aspect. A case study approach the applied side by the financial statements represented in The budget and the table of results accounts، where the financial performance of the institution was evaluated using financial balance indicators، financial ratios and profitability ratios، and we found that it achieved financial compliance with financial balance indicators، and we also found that it has the ability to automatically finance، which helped it raise capital and pay its debts، despite the fact that the company had negative results in (2018-2019) it bounced again in (2020)، and it was not
affected by the Covid19 pandemic، it is also not financially independent. No full textDue to the development of technology and modern life, listening skills have become more important than ever before. Teaching foreign languages has proven to be ineffective without adequate listening comprehension and the use of a variety of materials that foster these vital skills. These materials are not always appropriate for learners for different reasons. As a result, the ultimate solution is the adaptation of these authentic textbook materials to meet what teachers and instructors are searching for via the curriculum and the objectives set for any course. The key goal of this research is to investigate how adapting textbook listening materials enhances the listening comprehension of English foreign language (EFL) learners. Data for this work was gathered from 25 second year Experimental sciences pupils at First November High School at Rouached, their teacher and 20 Algerian teachers from different schools through the use of a test, an interview and a questionnaire. These tools demonstrate that teachers frequently adapt textbook listening materials to meet the needs and interests of their students. The results of the study confirm the hypothesis, which implies the fact that adapting textbook listening materials improves learners’ listening competence

No full textThe present study aims to investigate English as a Foreign Language (henceforth, EFL) sophomores’ preparedness for distance learning. In this research study we explored the extent to which second year English students at Mila University are prepared for web based learning. The sample of this study consisted of forty student out of 219 which form the whole population. In order to find out the students’ perception of the use of technology in learning, this descriptive exploratory study used two questionnaires: one for the teachers and another for the learners. The results demonstrated the students’ unwillingness to receive courses online. The gained data clearly defined that the absence of teacher, lack of equipment and poor internet connection are among the obstacles which prevented the majority of learners to complete their courses virtually. Besides, the teachers’ questionnaire analysis showed that the minority of the sample like to deliver online courses. However, most of the teachers were against this new form of learning because it is distracting and time consuming. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed and suggestions for further research were volunteered
