LEMBAR REVIEW (Evaluation of Public Needs for Trans Koetaradja Bus Transport in Banda Aceh City)
The use of the budget for the trans Koetaradja operations from 2016 to 2018 has spent funds reaching Rp. 13,852,000,000 of that amount is quite large because the function of the Trans Koetaradja as public transport is not optimal. The function of Trans Koetaradja has not been maximized because the first is that many people still use private transportation, then add to road congestion and waste costs incurred by the government (Source, Department of Transportation, 2018). The general objective of this research is to analyze the level of public demand for mass transportation, especially the Trans Koetaradja BUS in Banda Aceh City. This research was conducted in the capital city of Aceh Province on all Trans Koetaradja BUS routes, which currently number three routes, namely Route 1 (Keudah-Darussalam), Route 2a (Keudah-Ulee Lheu), Route 2b (Keudah- Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport). Route 3 serves routes (Pasar Aceh-Mata le) and route 5 serves routes (Pasar Aceh Aceh-Ulee Kareng-Blang Bintang). The data used include: 1). Primary data includes the number of passengers, vehicle frequency, time of departure and arrival at the terminal. 2). Secondary data includes location maps, transportation routes, number of fleets and route lengths. The data analysis method used is the load factor model, vehicle capacity, circulation time, vehicle stop time, intermediate time and the number of fleets. The demand for Trans Koetaradja buses in general shows an excess supply because the average passenger for each trip is still below 30 percent, this condition shows that supply is greater than demand. The time between (headway) Routes Keudah-Darussalam, Routes Keudah- SIM Airport, Routes Keudah - Ule Kareng - SIMs have not met the standards of the Director General of Land Transportation, namely 5-10 minutes, so the headway is too short. The time between (headway) for the Keudah - Ulee Lheue Route has met the standards of the Director General of Land Transportation, which is 5-10 minutes.

Hasil Uji Plagiasi (Pengelolaan Pasca Panen Kopi Arabika Gayo Aceh)
Coffee is one of the important export potentials in world trade. Indonesia is classified as the fourth largest coffee exporting country in the world after Brazil, Vietnam, and Colombia. (AEKI, 2020). Aceh province is one of the producers of gayo arabica coffee centers in Indonesia. There are three main production areas for gayo arabica coffee, namely the districts of Central Aceh, Bener Meriah and Gayo Lues. Coffee is the main agricultural commodity for the people in the three districts. Post-harvest processing is the second stage after the coffee cultivation process or production management. This stage is important because the final result in the post-harvest processing
determines the added value or selling value of the harvest. The post-harvest processing aspect is also an important aspect in the development of coffee farming in Bener Meriah Regency. After harvesting, the next process is postharvest processing, so that to support good coffee quality is the correct processing. In general, coffee processing can be divided into two, namely wet processing and dry processing. Arabica coffee produced in the Gayo Highlands
(Central Aceh and Bener Meriah districts) is generally processed by wet processing. The processing process of coffee beans in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah districts consists of harvesting, peeling fruit skins, fermentation, washing, drying, peeling the coffee grain husk, sifting (grinding) and polishing, roasting process, manual sorting, warehousing, packaging and packing and process control and quality control. The quality of coffee is largely determined
by its handling during harvest and post-harvest. Coffee that is picked when it is old, is coffee with high quality, otherwise coffee that is not red but has been picked will result in less aroma and taste. General standards of testing on coffee beans are carried out in two ways, namely physical tests and organoleptic tests. There are two standards that serve as guidelines for physical tests, namely the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the Specialty Coffee
Association of America (SCAA) Standard.

Permanent Deformation and Fatigue of Semi Flexible Pavement Incorporating Waste Tire Rubber and Natural Zeolite
Abstract. Due to repeated loads, the pavement structures will experience repeated stresses and strains resulting in permanent deformation even though the working loads are still smaller than the design load. The permanent deformation will lead to cracking and fatigue failure with the life of the pavement. This phenomenon can be reduced by increasing the stiffness, flexibility, durability,
stability and water absorption of the pavement. Material modification including the utilization of waste tire rubber (WTR) and natural zeolite is one of the efforts to increase those parameters in semi flexible pavement (SFP). The aim of this study therefore, to assess the deformation and fatigue
failure of SFP incorporating WTR and natural zeolite under cyclic loading. The WTR was used as an additive at the level of 3% of asphalt content while natural zeolite was used as cement replacement at the 0, 5, 15 and 25% replacement levels. Permanent deformation tests were conducted by applying wheel tracking loads with the pressure of 6.4 ± 0.15 kg/cm on the surface of the specimens with 1260 cycles per hour while fatigue tests were conducted on the simple supported beams with the span length of 30 cm by applying forth point loading at the frequency of 10 Hz. The test results showed that the best performance in sustaining cyclic loading was achieved at the zeolite content of 5%
