No full textThe purpose of this study is to to the Circular Number of the Director General of Islamic Guidance: P006/DJ.III/Hk.00.7/06/2020 dated June 10, 2020, regarding online marriage registration services through the Website: Simkah.Kemenag.go.id. The location of this research is KUA, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to determine the policy of online marriage registration services through Simkah Web for prospective brides at the Office of Religious Affairs, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The theoretical perspective used is policy theory according to Edward III (Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure and Communication). The research method used is qualitative research with the technique of determining informants using purposive and snowball techniques. The data were obtained by using the methods of observation, interviews, and documents. The results showed
that: 1) The availability of human resources at the Office of Religious Affairs in Banda Sakti Sub-district
was still very lacking who became SIMKAH WEB Operators so that it was difficult to deal with people who registered for marriage which in almost a month reached an average of 45 pairs. 2) Lack of socialization of the Simkah Web Application by KUA Banda Sakti District to the community so that there are still many people who do manual marriage registration. 3) There is no clear Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) for online marriage registration.

Government Policy in Strengthening Social Capital for Poverty Reduction of Farmers. Journal of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing. (Q2) Vol 5 No 3, 2021
No full textThe government policies on the agricultural sector have led to a breakthrough on various platforms for
Indonesian farmers, and this strengthens social networks. The policies formulated include training,
counseling, and establishing banking networks for capital access to increase social capital. Therefore,
this study aimed to improve the quality of the Indonesian farming community and increase their rice
yields. The data was collected from Tamiang, Central Aceh, and Pidie Jaya regions using the
qualitative method. The results showed that the government had an integrated poverty reduction model
with various strategies, including a) enhancing the social capital in Aceh by encouraging the
utilization of vacant land, b) opening access to capital and farmer insurance, c) strengthening the
capacity of extension workers, d) leading comparative studies and training for farmers, and e)
providing business capital aid through government grants. This model successfully reduced the
poverty rate in Aceh from 18.58% in 2012 to 15.33% in 2021. However, every implemented
government program needs to be periodically evaluated to ensure its success

No full textThis paper explores efforts in improving teacher professionalism through Subject Teacher Congress.
This research was conducted in Aceh Tamiang, Indonesia. Under qualitative methods. The sampling
technique was carried out by purposive sampling. This research used primary and secondary data. The
preliminary data were derived from non-participant observation and in-depth interviews with teachers,
the head of the Ministry of Religion of Aceh Tamiang District, and the coordinator of subject teachers.
The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Performed Data analysis in three
stages; data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Research showed that subject teacher congress
has a positive impact on the development of teacher professionalism. The Subject Teacher Congress
(STC) contributes to teachers' capacity upgrades. As their knowledge and skills improve, teachers will
also strengthen their capacity in lesson delivery. STC has a significant contribution in enhancing
teachers' competence. The Teacher Congress congress has a strong correlation in improving teacher
professionalism

No full textThis study aimed to examine the influence of the Islamic ethical indentity disclosure, agency cost, and intellectual capital to the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank in 2016-2018. Secondary data were used from annual report were published on the website etch Islamic bank between 2016-2018. The purposive sampling method using in this research, so there are theerten Islamic banks are object of research. The analytical method used is multiple linier regresstion analysis using the SPSS 20 softwer program. The results of this study shows that partial of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure have not effect on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank, the agency cost have effect negative on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank, and intellectual capital have effect positif on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank in 2016-2018
Proposed Improvement for Divorce Resolution in Aceh And Malaysia: A Comparative Study
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the solution of divorce cases among the people of Aceh and to study the
best practices that can be learned from Malaysia in order to create a model of a divorce case that can be
practised in Aceh. This qualitative study used the interview method which was conducted in Aceh and Malaysia
to learn how similar cases were resolved in Malaysia, while the secondary data was obtained through a library
study. The study concludes that the Customary Court has jurisdiction to resolve divorce cases, involving either
registered or unregistered marriage. However, the Customary Court failed to distinguish between criminal and
civil trial cases, which led to all cases of divorce claims being processed and subsequently allowed, but the
decision was only a fine. However, the Syariah court resolved divorce cases involving only registered marriages
as well as cases which impose imprisonment. This study proposes the need to create a Comprehensive Divorce
Case Settlement (PKPK) model which shows that divorce cases in the Customary Court can be brought before
the Syariah Court by the leader of the village who is entrusted to resolve the matter

Get PDFPenduduk Kecamatan Meurah Mulia sebagian besar bekerja pada bidang pertanian. Penghasilan utama yang ada di Kecamatan ini salah satunya adalah padi. Penduduk pada Kecamatan ini sangat tergantung pada padi. Agar ketersediaannya selalu terpenuhi, maka diperlukan suatu perencanaan yang matang. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peramalan panen padi di Kecamatan Meurah Mulia menggunakan Metode Double Exponential Smoothing yang di implementasikan menggunakan web dan GIS. Metode ini tergolong dalam metode time series (runtut waktu) yang menggunakan data masa lalu untuk meramalkan sesuatu di masa yang akaan datang. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil panen padi dari 48 desa yang ada di Meurah Mulia dari Tahun 2015-2019. Sistem yang dibuat memberikan hasil yang cukup baik. Salah satunya Desa Paya Sutra diramalkan menghasilkan padi pada Tahun 2020 adalah =270,3184Ton, Tahun 2021 adalah =270,35136 Ton, Tahun 2022 adalah =270,38432 Ton, Tahun 2023 adalah =270,41728Ton, dan Tahun 2024 adalah =270,45024 Ton, dengan kesalahan peramalan untuk SSE sebesar 0,002172723%, MSE sebesar 0,001086362%,dan MAPE sebesar 0,012189313
