No full textThis study examined the causality relationship between economic growth, exports, and foreign debt in Indonesia. This study used time-series data during 1984-2020. The data analysis methodsused were the vector error correction model (VECM) and the Granger causality test. The results showed that in the long run, exports and the exchange rate had a significant and negative effect on economic growth, while foreign debt had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. According to the Granger causality test, there was a two-way relationship between exports and economic growth and exports as the determining factor for economic growth. There was no Granger relationship between foreign debt and economic growth, although the foreign debt was a determining factor for economic growth. There was a Granger relationship between the exchange rate and economic growth, but the exchange rate was not a determining factor for economic growth, and there was also a Granger relationship between the exchange rate and exports, but the exchange rate did not determine exports.

EXPLORING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING FROM ALTRUISTIC BEHAVIOR IN THE REALITIES OF ACEHNESE COMMUNITY
No full textWell-being as a psychological construct that has multiple interpretations according to the context of the social, cultural, or religious beliefs of each individual/society in this world is an interesting study in the reality of psychological studies. This study aims to explore the well being construct of altruistic behavior in the aspects of knowledge, appreciation, and realization of citizens’ behavior in the reality of Aceh by taking a sample of residents of North Aceh, Aceh Province. This study was designed qualitatively with a thematic analysis model. The participants were chosen using random sampling. The research findings provide information that in the knowledge aspect, participants perceive well-being as a goal according to their religious beliefs. Likewise, the record of the appreciation and meaning of well-being also follows their religious beliefs. Based on the aforementioned, the realization/tendency of behavior is based on the uptake of their religious doctrines, prioritizing virtue in all aspects, including cultural practices/traditions that prevail in the surrounding social reality
KEBAHAGIAAN PADA MASYARAKAT GAYO DITINJAU DARI TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN
No full textKebahagiaan dapat menggambarkan kesenangan dan ketenteraman hidup lahir dan batin dari seseorang. Kebahagiaan juga berarti suatu pengalaman perasaan positif berupa perasaan senang, damai, rasa sejahtera, kepuasan hidup serta tidak adanya perasan tertekan ataupun menderita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kebahagiaan masyarakat Gayo Lues ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif terhadap 100 orang Gayo Lues. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Kebahagiaan (α= 0.911). Analisis data menggunakan One Way Anova (p= 0.008) menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, maka semakin tinggi tingkat kebahagiaan. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat yang berpendidikan tinggi lebih merasakan kebahagiaan dibandingkan dengan yang berpendidikan rendah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dengan menempuh pendidikan tinggi, akan berkontribusi pada rasa bahagia dan memungkinkan pencapaian kualitas hidup
