Full text linkThis research examined the influence of farmer groups, the role of cooperatives, and derivative products on the
income of farmers of palm oil in East Aceh Regency. There were 100 oil palm smallholders appointed to
represent all oil palm smallholders in East Aceh Regency using convenience sampling. The data were collected
using questionnaires distributed by research assistants. The question items were based on the indicators of each
variable and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicated that farmer groups significantly and
positively affected the income of farmers. The role of cooperatives and derivative products had no significant
effect on the income of farmers. The results provide theoretical implications about the substantial roles of farmer
groups formed based on adjacent plots of land in increasing the income of oil palm farmers. Oil palm
smallholders need to build local community cohesion, values, and principles of togetherness among farmer
members, between cooperatives and cooperative members to realize higher welfare for oil palm smallholders.

Full text linkAssessment Kompetisi Minimum (AKM) is an assessment of the basic competencies possessed by students on a national scale. One of the skills required to participate in the AKM is numeracy literacy. To train these abilities, students must get used to working on numeracy literacy questions. However, at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan which is located in Labuhanbatu, the treasury of numeracy literacy questions is still lacking and those that use the socio-cultural context of Labuhanbatu do not yet exist. So it is necessary to develop numeracy literacy questions using the socio-cultural context of Labuhanbatu. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of the results of developing numeracy literacy questions using the socio-cultural context of Labuhanbatu and to determine the numeracy literacy skills of students using these questions. The questions referred to the Minimum Competition Assessment (AKM). The type of this research is Design Research type Development Study which has been modified. This research consists of a stage preliminary, self-evaluation, expert review, and field test. Based on the validation from the validator, all questions can be used for field tests. The results of the field test consist of 14 questions with the criteria "very adequate for use", 2 questions with the criteria "adequate for use", and 1 question with the criteria "considered for use". All questions are included in the final product. The final product is used to see the students' numeracy literacy skills. The percentage of students' numeracy literacy skills is 3% "high" and 97% "low". The average percentage of students who answer questions at the cognitive level of knowing, applying, and reasoning are 50% and 32%, respectively. and 18

the good or bad or the positive and negative of it. The use of animation media in learning other than providing many conveniences, there
are also obstacles, causing various student perceptions. Students' perceptions of the use of learning media can be seen by gender. This
study aims to determine students' perceptions of learning using animation/powton in SMP/MTs based on gender. Based on the data colοΏ½lected, this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire in collecting
data from primary and secondary sources. In this study, the primary data was the result of a perception survey through a questionnaire
conducted to SMP/MTs students. In contrast, secondary information is obtained from a literature review regarding online learning sysοΏ½tems and virtual classes. The data analysis technique uses percentages. The results of data analysis are presented descriptively in the folοΏ½lowing subchapter. Based on the results of research and discussion, it has been known that students' perceptions of learning mathematics
using Powton media are perfect. Both male and female students positively perceive learning mathematics by using Powton-based learnοΏ½ing media in SMP/MTs. Students get an average student answer of 100% and fall into the "Very Good" category. it explains that animaοΏ½tion media is beneficial for students in understanding the lesson
