An Empirical Study on Continuance Using Intention of OTT Apps with Young Generation.
Today, Over-The-Top (OTT) apps have become more popular in many countries in the world. Although the development of OTT apps has contributed a lot of benefits to human life, its growth also has many disadvantages for traditional media suppliers. Therefore, with the goal of providing suppliers and managers with many methods to improve their apps services, this study examined factors that influence on continuance using intention OTT apps with the young generation in Vietnam. A survey of 288 Vietnamese consumers in the age from 18 to 35 was conducted to test the theoretical model and structural equation modeling was employed in the subsequent data analysis. The result indicate that four factors including satisfaction, habit, emotional trust, perceived usefulness directly influence on using intention with OTT apps. In addition, the mediation effects of satisfaction were found between perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, socialites and intention to use. And perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment also have indirectly impacts on using intention. Based on these findings, several implications and recommendations are discussed
Interpretative Analysis and Testing Statistics to test questions testing the Mobile Government questionnaire against the model of readiness and successful adoption,

The purpose of this study is at the level of readiness and success of mobile government users through analysis. Research questionnaires about the mobile government that will be obtained will be analyzed using SMARTPLS 2. which includes testing. This research produces interpretive data to confirm the results of statistical analysis in testing the cellular government questionnaire. The results of this study are expected to be a reference and literature for the government in developing cellular governance and can provide solutions for further development of cellular governance. From the results of this study, 67% of respondents have the ability to use mobile at the level of 81-100%. and 63% of respondents stated that the position is very ready to use the mobile government (m-Gov)

There is also a relationship between the organizational strategy, the Total Quality Management (TQM), and the organizational performance, with the mediating rules of TQM. This research is to identify and measure the level of factors that influence the effectiveness of work performance of employees who work in petroleum companies by identifying variable relationships including transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and TQM. This paper aims to determine the relationship between the variables mentioned above and the performance of employees in the oil and gas industry in Balikpapan Indonesia as samples using data from 250 employees. Analysis of the study using multivariate namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows that transformation leadership has positive effects on total quality management and employee performance. Second, transactional leadership has positive effects on total quality management and employee performance. Third, total quality management has positive effects on employee performance. An Analysis of Tax Audit Compliance Factors and Model
This research paper explores the underlying factor structure of a set of observed compliance variables. The purpose is to determine the significant factors in the multidimensional construct. The study was conducted with a sample of 250 service tax licence holders in Malaysia. Compliance data for the three-year audit period are obtained from questionnaires, audit cases and a supporting database. Factor Analysis is conducted to examine the possible variables and validate the number of factors. The results obtained show there is inter-relationship or causal
relations existing among the factors of taxpayer compliance; and that the Taxpayer Audit Compliance Construct (TACC) is a 4-factor structure. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis
outcomes indicate that ten items load well onto four latent factors, represented by: (1) ‘deficiency claim level, audit outcome’; (2) ‘annual taxable sales, returns submission’; (3)‘penalty on return, number of offence type, nature of offence’; and (4) ‘licence period, auditing experience and age’. Finally the result of this path analysis is validated through the conceptual framework - adapted Fischer et al. (1992) Tax Compliance Model. The TACC Model provides a
good fit to the data and can serve as a compliance audit checklist or tool to assist public and private sector organisations in managing risks. The study also contributes to knowledge on taxpayer audits and compliance
The Relationship between Learning Style and Training Effectiveness Using Communication Technology for General Insurance Agents.
Attaining training effectiveness will be beneficial for General Insurance Agents in performing their daily activities. The training expenditure for General Insurance Agents, which is accounted in the company’s book under the Agency Related Expenses (ARE), applies to all the practitioners in the general insurance agency force with effect from 1st January 2005 where the training hours and related requirements stipulated in the guidelines set by the Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM) must be complied with. The Financial Mediation Bureau (FMB), now known as Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS), a unit under the Central Bank of Malaysia, had recorded 609 customers complaints in 2015, 660 in 2014 and 742 in 2013 for General Insurance products. This report shows that the people who introduces the insurance products to the public are not well versed with the products thus the knowledge imparted were different from what it is all about. In the insurance industry, the people who plays the role as link between insurance companies and customers are widely known as agents. This research was conducted in two training session where agents were evaluated to find the best way to improve their basic understanding of product knowledge thus connection to the higher-level knowledge is possible. Results indicate that agents are more comfortable, open-minded and less stressful while learning with their peers compares to instructors. The approach using learning style was developed and had resulted a more relax and conducive learning environment and the training effectiveness achieved served as evidence of improved agents’ performance.

Gender and age: Do they really moderate mobile tourism shopping behavior?
With the growing popularity of mobile devices (m-devices) and technological advancement in wireless networks, a new form of shopping channel has emerged in the tourism industry. Mobile tourism shopping refers to the use of m-devices to shop for tourism products and services. Given
the benefits and potential of this channel, the acceptance however is not widespread and currently
an under-addressed topic among academicians. Specifically practitioners are also sceptical if consumers are ready to accept this alternative channel. Drawing upon the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) as a baseline model, the proposed model was
integrated with flow theory, psychological characteristic, social environment and security concern
factors to study on the mobile consumers' behavioral intention. Through the use of Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling of 503 mobile respondents, it was discovered that some of the structural paths are not consistent with past literatures. Additionally, a non-parametric permutation approach has also been conducted to discover the gender and age differences
in the decision making. The findings however are mixed and therefore require further testing. This study has valuable contributions to academicians, practitioners, and society. Academically, the integrated framework contributes to the tourism and marketing literatures by uniting UTAUT, flow theory, psychological characteristic, social environment and security concern factors.
Practically, by focusing on the important factors affecting consumers’ decision to adopt mobile tourism shopping, organisations can create effective mobile marketing campaigns. Socially, the study contributes to job creations and revenue generation for the host country
