Statistical lCharacteristics For Identification Defect of Solar Panel with Naive Bayes
Energy that comes from the sun is energy without limits and never runs out. This energy is alternative energy that can be converted into electrical energy, namely by using solar cells. But people who live in remote areas will have difficulty getting electricity. Solar panels are an alternative power source. Solar panels are an alternative way to produce electricity. The production of good solar panels is an important thing that must be done to produce the desired electrical energy. The uncontrolled production process causes various types of defects that appear in solar panels. This study applies the Bayes theorem to classify data by estimating the probability that tuple X is in a class. Using thirty samples consisting of fifteen images of undamaged solar panels and fifteen images. The level of accuracy of image processing for identification of flawed solar panel textures by the Naive Bayesian Classifier method or Simple Bayesian Classifier is around eighty three percent. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for the initial detection system of damage that occurs on the surface of the Solar Panel
Keywords: Energy, image processing, a defect of solar panel, Bayesian Classifier

Evaluation of Stock Listing Impact on Corporate Performance of Agro-Food Companies in Vietnam.
This thesis investigates the effect of the stock market listing on corporate performance of agricultural and food processing (agro-food) companies listed in the Vietnamese stock market. Most important data is extracted from published annual report of agro-food companies listed on the stock exchange of Vietnam. We also use data and information from a survey carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development of Vietnam on activities of 200 agricultural companies in 10 provinces of the country and data from annual surveys by the Vietnam General Office of Statistics. While the descriptive statistics serve to compare corporate performance before and after the stock market listing, regression models are used to determine the relationships between independent variables and dependent variables. A total factor productivity (TFP) model is modified for the case of Vietnam in order to examine the impact of the stock market listing on the value added, which is a proxy of corporate performance of these companies. The results show that in general, being listed in the stock market has positive effect on corporate performance, but the effect on ROC and EPS is clearer than on other performance proxies. The review and analysis of policies affecting agro-food corporate performance in Vietnam is also carried out for analyzing impact factors and for providing recommendations. Main findings lead to different groups of recommendations for Vietnamese Government and companies in this sector. In general, the Vietnamese Government should push up the equitization of SOEs in the agro-food sector and encourage them to improve corporate performance by different ways, of which, being listed in the stock market is an important one
Integrating the Readiness and IS-Impact Constructs in the Rural Area Context: A Model Development
Abstract. The purpose of this research is to develop a new model by integrating the impact and readiness of the model that has been done before. The steps are taken a start from adopting, combining and adapting the previous model, namely by identifying the impact of ICT readiness
in the countryside. The researchers developed the model based on the input-process output logic and the processional and causal model of the IS impact models. This study has identified 9 variables and 45 indicators that have a relationship between impact and readiness. The findings of this study are the limited number of human resources who control ICT, the inequality of networks, the adequacy of institutional needs and the existence of budget support from authorized institutions and information systems that have not accommodated all
service needs and have not been implemented in all villages. The conclusion of this study is combination model by integrating four preparedness model variables and five variables from the success model. In addition to the development process, clarity of coherent relationships between models, variables, indicators, and questions from each indicator are also presented in this study
Factors Influencing Consumers' Behavioral Intention to Purchase Online Tourism Products via Mobile Device
Traditionally purchasing tourism products were confined to either brick-or-mortar store or online, on a desktop computer. With the growing popularity of mobile devices (mdevices) and technological advancement in wireless networks, a new form of shopping channel has emerged in the tourism industry. Consumer can now purchase via mdevices. Given the benefits and potential of this channel, the acceptance however is not widespread and currently an under-addressed topic among academician. Specifically, practitioners are also skeptical if consumers are ready to accept this alternative channel. Drawing upon the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) (i.e., Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions) as a baseline model, the conceptual framework was integrated with Flow Theory (i.e., Perceived Enjoyment), Psychological Characteristic (i.e., Personal Innovativeness in Information Technology and Mobile Perceived Compatibility), Social Environment (i.e., Perceived Critical Mass) and Security Concern Factors (i.e., Perceived Risk and Wireless Trust) to study on the consumers' behavioral intention to purchase. Through the use of Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) of 503 mobile respondents collected through self-administered questionnaires, it was discovered that some of the structural paths are not consistent with past literatures. A Post Hoc Multiple Mediation Analysis has been included to discover some of the non-supported findings. Additionally, a non-parametric Permutation approach has also been conducted to discover on the gender and age differences in the decision making. The findings are mixed and therefore requires further testing. This study has valuable contributions to academicians, practitioners, and society. Academically, the integrated framework contributes to the tourism and marketing literatures by uniting UTAUT, flow theory, psychological characteristic, social environment and security concern factors in the Asian context. Practically, by focusing on the important factors affecting consumers’ decision to adopt mobile tourism shopping, organisations can create effective mobile marketing campaigns. Socially, the study contributes to job creations and revenue generation for the host country
The Empirical Study on Alternative Assessment of Portfolio Based on Saaty's Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)
Purpose - Digital knowledge has been recognised as an indispensable asset in today’s world. As an educator, how can we help students to acquire the 21st century skills? Digital learning technology plays an important role in the assessment. A variety of assessment formats has been recommended to engage and motivate students’ learning. Portfolio / e-portfolio has been recommended by many studies (UNSW, 2019; Kampylis, Punie& Devine, 2015; McDonald, 2011) as one of the effective ways to document and communicate students’ learning process. However, the portfolio is a very subjective form of assessment. This paper attempts to conduct an empirical study on alternative assessment of portfolio based on Saaty’sAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The assessment framework called “3AHP” is established against the course learning outcomes (CLOs). Approach - Two sets of portfolios submitted by undergraduate students for two different courses applying for course exemption through Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) were assessed respectively by both the traditional way of rating scales with rubrics and 3AHP. A comparison of both rating scale assessment versus 3AHP is discussed. Assessment criteria for both rating scales and 3AHP are discussed. Findings - Results of this study indicate that both rating scales and 3AHP generate similar assessment results. Implications - 3AHP assessment approach simplifies the portfolio assessment processes. In addition, 3AHP approach standardizes and minimizes the variation in portfolio assessment among different assessors. 3AHP assessment approach is generic in nature. It can be applied to assess the portfolio of formal, informal and non-formal learning. It can also be implemented in different disciplines and to simplify the task of assessors at institutions of higher learning
Web Vulnerability Assessment and Maturity Model Analysis on Indonesia Higher Education
College websites are websites that are used as media and means of campus information. Since the website is widely accessible, the level of security on the website must always be maintained. To see the level of web security, it can be done by testing the security vulnerability of the web. The test results using the tools Nessus and Skipfish, on the websites of several universities in Jakarta, show that there are still several vulnerabilities. This vulnerability will affect the maturity level of the web site security. The results
of vulnerability testing show that as many as 60% of the total 33 web sites have a maturity level below number 3. This indicates that the level of vulnerability on the web site is still high
Measurement of Zakat Impact Through Sustainable Livelihood Impact Assessment on Balai Ternakin Tanah Datar
Purpose: This paper measures the impact of zakat on beneficiary mustahiq beneficiaries in Tanah Datar Animal Husbandry programs.Design/methodology/approach: This research uses quantitative methods with a measurement model of Sustainability Livelihood Impact Assessment (SLIA). Findings: The results showed that the Tanah Datar Animal Husbandry program had quite an impact on the increase in Mustahik Community Assets. This is seen from the increase in 5 (five) SLIA assets with a variant value of 1.09 points. The highest increase occurred in Social
Assets with a variant value of 1.25. Meanwhile, the lowest increase was in Natural Assets with a variant value of 0.93 points. For Financial Assets, there was an increase in changes with a variant value of 1.19,
which shows the high impact of the Tanah Datar Animal Husbandry program on increasing the income of mustahik families. This increase was influenced by the sale of organic fertilizer and compost processed from goat manure. The aspect of vulnerability that can affect the Tanah Datar Livestock Center is a fairly high outbreak of livestock disease which results in the death of the mother and child during childbirth. Originality/value: Originality / value: The authenticity of this study is to
assess the impact of zakat on the beneficiary's mustahik. Another new aspect of this research is the methodology that uses Sustainability Livelihood Impact Assessment (SLIA)
Methods of Financing Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and Entrepreneurship Education to Support Skills Development in Lusaka Province, Zambia
Technical and Vocational Education and Training
(TVET), and Entrepreneurship Education are vital components in the economic development equation of any country. However, these training systems can only be effective where sustainable methods of financing TVET and entrepreneurship training are in place.
In order to obtain information on the most appropriate methods of funding skills development in the two specific skills categories, it was deemed necessary and important to obtain reliable empirical quantitative and qualitative data from the government officers, the industry experts and administrators in vocational
institutions. A questionnaire was administered in all the eight districts of Lusaka Province among purposely selected sixteen TVET administrators. Interviews were conducted with the sixteen purposely selected senior government officers, and sixteen parents of TVET learners selected using snowball sampling. Two respondents were drawn from each respondent group across the eight districts. Since the study adopted a mixed research
approach with a concurrent triangulation design, data were analysed through a thematic approach and also utilising descriptive statistics from the Statistical Package for SocialSciences (SPSS). This article focuses on the evaluation of the most appropriate methods of financing TVET,and Entrepreneurship education
with the rationale of improving skills development to mitigateunderdevelopment which has mainly contributed to
unemployment leading to abject poverty in Lusaka province. The findings of the study revealed seven appropriate methods of financing TVET and Entrepreneurship education. Furthermore,
results showed that lack of funding or inadequate funding were cited as some of the causes of poorly resourced vocational institutions leading to inadequate tools, equipment, shortage of teaching materials in vocational schools and low motivation among the teaching staff and other faculty members
