Facebook as a platform to convey messages and emotional contents become popular and most shared by utilizing its sophisticated features, become popular in Z Generation. This research purpose is to examine and compare the effect of Z generation’s experience as mediating variable on the relationship of emotional content (happiness, sadness, uniqueness, and contradiction), towards Facebook Usage. Besides, this research also explains the pattern of Generation Z in using Facebook by applying the AIDA Model. The research involved 242 Generation Z respondents, with quantitative method with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Sobel Test to detect the mediation effect. Direct effect of the Emotional Content –Contradiction on Facebook Usage is not significant (0.518>0.05), while happiness, sadness, and uniqueness are significant. After being mediated by the Experience, the direct effect becomes significant (0.000<0.05). It shows that the Experience variable mediates the relationship between Emotional Content (esp. Contradiction contents) and Facebook Usage

industry. Based on literature review, a conceptual model has been developed for a cross-sectional sample survey study. Primary data were collected following simple random sampling method from 354 different garment factories in Bangladesh. The partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was used by Smart PLS 3.2 software for data analysis and necessary hypothesis inferences. A Conceptual Framework on the Success Factors of Asnaf Entrepreneurs
The success of asnaf entrepreneurs is a form of accountability of the zakat institution entity to strategic stakeholders, which in turn is accountable to Allah SWT. However, determining the success of these entrepreneurs is a problem. Therefore, this study aims to identify and describe the success factors of asnaf entrepreneurs. Charting the Field method to sort articles by topic, discussion, year, and the source was used in this study. Meanwhile, data was obtained from a literature review of various sources, including reference journals for 2016-2020. This study produces a conceptual framework regarding the success factors of asnaf entrepreneurs, namely: motivation, competency, and productive zakat. From the results, 5 aspects in the success of asnaf entrepreneurs were identified, namely, financial performance, non-financial performance, life-improvement, rich materially, and rich spiritually. Also, the success of these entrepreneurs has positively impacted the good governance of zakat and transformed them from mustahiq to munfiq and eventually muzaki. This study enriches previous limited studies on asnaf entrepreneurs and contributes to academic development, entrepreneurial asnaf, poverty alleviation, and good zakat disbursement
The Development of a Teacher Continuous Professional Theoretical Framework for Malaysian Secondary School Teachers: A Case Study
In Malaysia, the public schools are government schools under the centralized national education system. The private schools selected in this study are Malaysian Chinese Independent Secondary Schools (MICSS). They are self-funded and supported by a Board of Directors from the Chinese community. An Analysis of Oil and Gas e-Learning Culture Pre-Covid-19, During and Post-Covid Era
Since the 1920s, the Oil and Gas industry has adopted numerous approaches in learning. Increased collaborative knowledge management is a crucial effort in retooling
the human capital. Remote learning via the digital platform is a win-win situation for the employer and employee. This paper discusses the challenges and recommendations of elearning. A qualitative study was conducted with a Malaysian Oil and Gas establishment to study its organizational management trends. The research findings and literature review highlighted three main phenomena of exchanging knowledge in this industry. Due to global expansion, virtual collaboration is a norm even before the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings suggest the adoption of an operational matrix to dynamic resource
management as a digital platform (or technology) that is the catalyst to becoming a sustainable post-Covid organization. In part 2, all the sampling and data analysis will be demonstrated to confirm the e-learning approach to the proposed conceptual framework as
described in part 1

Leadership Behaviours in the Inclusion Programme for Students with Visual Impairment in Saudi Arabia
This study was designed to examine principal leadership behaviors and their influence on successful inclusion of visually impaired students in public schools in Saudi Arabia. The following research questions framed this study: 1)What are the factors identified by principals, general and special education teachers that support or inhibit inclusion program, 2) What are the resources principals use to support the change process toward
inclusive program? 3) What are the contextual factors surrounding the school which
affect the principal’s change strategies? and 4) What changes, if any, occurred as a
result of the principal’s efforts to implement inclusive? program for visually impaired
students? Qualitative inquiry techniques were employed to determine the effective administrative
practices from the perspective of principals and teachers. Depth interviews
were conducted with three principals, eleven special education teachers, and sixteen
regular education teachers in the three separate public school. These elementary schools
were identified by key leaders in Al-Ahsa Educational Directory on the basis of participants’
favorable position toward inclusion.
The literature on effective schools and systemic change clearly states that the principal’s
leadership is crucial to successful implementation of any innovation. Various
studies indicate that the majority of successful attempts in the area of inclusion of students
with visual impairment are largely due to cooperation and commitment from principals.
Findings found that the 3 principals were generally distinguishable from traditional
educational administrators. Their roles were complex and their schools were improving
consistently even though problems surfaced that presently needed to be addressed.
In the 3 schools it was clear that leadership was shared and connected to the
process of achieving inclusion. Recommendations on this study were to encourage staff
development and help teachers realize they are a source of information for each other.
iii
The many factors identified in this study that seem to contribute to successful inclusion,
coupled with their success stories, can help educators and policy makers at all levels of
the educational system to understand that inclusive programs can be built and flourish
when responsible and committed principals choose to make a difference. The findings
in this study would be particularly useful to persons responsible for restructuring their
schools and implementing change to better meet the needs of all learners
A Measurement Model of Successful Muslim Entrepreneur
Approximately 1.4 billion of the world's population lives on less than USD 1 per day, and since 50% of the poorest people are in Muslim countries, the solution is to increase successful Muslim entrepreneurs. Hence, this study aims to create a conceptual model through a
literature review and descriptive-qualitative approach. These were employed to determine the indicators of successful Muslim entrepreneurs and the expected factors required to provide a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, four factors and indicators, each considered to influence successful Muslim entrepreneurs, were
identified. Subsequently, the results obtained were conceptual papers and hypotheses that required testing to ensure correctness. It was also used to produce new constructs validated for the individuals and communities of Muslim entrepreneurs. Therefore, this conceptual
model is hoped to motivate new, future research and has also been enhanced as a pioneer that has attempted to construct a model for successful Muslim entrepreneurs. Finally, a conceptual model was created, which is the initial contribution to solving poverty among the Muslim population in the world
