Islamic Banking Loyalty in Indonesia: The Role Brand Image, Promotion, and Trust
This study aims to investigate the impact of brand image and promotion on customer loyalty in Islamic banking in Indonesia, with trust serving as a moderator variable. Specifically, the research aims to accomplish two objectives: (1) to examine the direct influence of brand image and promotion on trust and customer loyalty and (2) to investigate the indirect effect of brand image and promotion on customer loyalty through trust. The data were collected from 150 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, located in Jakarta Lenteng Agung Branch. To ensure the robustness of its findings, a rigorous quantitative analysis was conducted, utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS 3.3. The results indicate that each of the investigated variables holds statistical significance. In particular, it also reveals a partial direct relationship of brand image and promotion on trust. Moreover, the findings suggest that brand image and promotion have a significant influence on customer loyalty, either directly or indirectly through trust. Additionally, the study demonstrates a clear association between trust and customer loyalty. One of the original contributions of this study is the identification of trust's substantial mediating role in the relationship between brand image and promotion on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Jakarta Lenteng Agung Branch
Evaluation of Campus Sustainability in Teacher Education Institutes of Pakistan
Since the approval of Agenda 2030, higher education institutions (HEIs) have expressed increasing apprehension regarding sustainability matters. However, this does not satisfy societal constituents who are committed to innovation and excellence. All United Nations Member States endorsed the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015 as a universal call to action; they present a challenge for higher education institutions (HEIs) in terms of evaluating their performance and the endeavours required to achieve them. Nevertheless, the metric management system that higher education institutions (HEIs) swiftly adopted gave rise to rankings that contrast HEIs based on metrics unrelated to the sustainability aspects of the seventeen SDGs
Parameters Monitoring Automation Kiln Manufacture Based Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with The Template Matching Method
One of the pieces of equipment used in the combustion-based process of creating ceramic tiles is a kiln production machine or oven. To make sure the combustion process runs smoothly, 39 parameters on the kiln engine are closely monitored, and it is manually determined if the value of these parameters exceeds the minimum or maximum limits based on the data produced by the image on the kiln engine. Losses for the company are caused by human error, carelessness, and other characteristics while these metrics are being monitored. In order to minimize losses, a monitoring system that can automate the settings of ceramic tile combustion engines is required. The initial analysis's findings are obtained using a LAN (Local Area Network) sensor recorder, which displays parameter data that can be accessed as an image rather than as digital alphanumeric data that cannot be processed directly and must instead be converted into alphanumeric data as a data source. The image is turned into alphanumeric data using the template matching technique introduced with optical character recognition (OCR), and the generated data is then compared with the given minimum or maximum parameter values. This gadget will issue an early warning message if the conversion result is more than the minimum or maximum limit. The system prototype used in this study for converting image data into alphanumeric data achieved an accuracy of 100.00% and was able to send early warning notifications in accordance with parameters that were above the established minimum or maximum limits
The Role of Talent Management in Stimulating Human Resources Career Development
Amidst the competition between companies today, creating a competitive advantage is an absolute thing that organizations must fulfill. One way to create excellence is to have employees with the skills, knowledge, and competencies that meet your organization’s needs. Human Resources (HR) is one of the resources that play an important role in achieving the goals of an organization. While an organization has sufficient physical capital or the latest technology, people will still manage and nurture the implementation. The study uses quantitative methods to analyze the extent to which talent management impacts career development in HR organizations. A private university in LLDikti Region VI has shown a partial and simultaneous positive and significant influence on aptitude management, knowledge management, and job evaluation in employee career development. The existence of good talent management in the organization is expected to increase the potential talents within the organization to occupy crucial positions in developing the organization in a better direction

The Role of Government and Good Governance in BAZNAS with Trust as Moderating: A Conceptual Perspective
Previous studies reveal various variables that encourage better zakat management. However, along with the development of science and zakat empowerment, it is necessary to study more deeply to provide the latest knowledge that can support future studies on zakat for the benefit of the people, especially for efforts to increase zakat collection by BAZNAS as the only national zakat manager in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with the help of Publish or Perish and Vosviewer software. The findings reveal that there are articles that have been identified and grouped into four large clusters. Each cluster has its own set of alerts and can be used to see which data is the most dominant from each cluster. The results of the narrative mapping that the author has obtained from the Google Scholar and Scopus databases open up new opportunities for the role of government, good governance, and trust in management for the issue of collecting zakat, both conceptually with a variety of multidisciplinary sciences. In addition, the phenomenon of the development of digital media for mobile zakat management must be accompanied by a lot of research on these three variables

The use of i-THINK Mapping in teaching reading comprehension among ESL teachers
This study investigated the use of i-THINK Mapping in teaching reading comprehension by ESL teachers to a group of Form Five students, and the factors and challenges the ESL teachers faced in teaching reading comprehension using i-THINK Mapping. A qualitative approach, specifically a case study design, was employed in this study. Classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis of their lesson plans were used to collect the data. Four ESL teachers with a minimum of 5-year teaching experience in a rural secondary school in Hulu Selangor, Malaysia, were selected using a purposive sampling technique to participate in this study. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the data obtained from classroom observations and interviews. The findings show that the teachers had applied five i-THINK maps, including a Circle Map to define in context, a Bubble Map to describe, a Double Bubble Map to compare and contrast, a Flow Map to show the sequence of an event, and a Tree Map to classify different ideas. The i-THINK Mapping motivated the students to discuss, brainstorm, and cooperate with their peers to detect the details from the given reading texts. The teachers’ challenges include the time constraints in preparing the lesson with i-THINK Mapping and a low level of student English proficiency. One implication of this study is that teachers’ use of i-THINK Mapping to teach reading comprehension could assist students in generating ideas, expanding ideas, and expressing them orally
