Get PDFThe theme of the article is to create educational relationships in the work of a Polish language teacher. That relationship is the basis for creating ties between young and adults, and consists of several components. Firstly, boundaries and consequences as a framework for both sides. Secondly, time that the teacher should devote to students. Thirdly, the dialogue, which consists of formulating a friendly message, the ability to express emotions and attitudes focused on listening. The specificity of a educational relationship also builds classroom management style, which may be based on permissive attitude, restrictive or cooperating. The whole is crowned with the effectiveness of teacher performance based on specific skills and self-awareness.Tematem artykułu jest tworzenie relacji wychowawczych w pracy nauczyciela polonisty. Owa relacja jest podstawą więzi między młodymi a dorosłymi i składa się z kilku elementów. Po pierwsze granice i konsekwencje, jako ramy postępowania obu stron. Po drugie czas, który nauczyciel powinien poświecić uczniowi. Trzecim elementem jest dialog, na który składa się formułowanie przyjaznego komunikatu, umiejętność wyrażania emocji i postawa nastawiona na słuchanie. Specyfikę relacji wychowawczej buduje również styl kierowania klasą, który może być oparty na postawie przyzwalającej, restrykcyjnej lub współpracującej. Całość wieńczy skuteczność działalności nauczyciela, oparta na konkretnych umiejętnościach i świadomości własnych działań

The text is devoted to the ways how teachers work in the classroom on language training in secondary schools. Tekst poświęcony jest sposobom pracy nauczycieli na lekcjach z zakresu kształcenia językowego w gimnazjum. Analizie poddano materiał uzyskany podczas obserwowanych i nagrywanych lekcji w wybranych reprezentatywnie szkołach, biorących udział w badaniach IBE. Uwzględniono nie tylko strategie, metody, techniki i pomoce dydaktyczne, ale także przebieg interakcji między nauczycielami a uczniami

Get PDFIn Wisława Szymborska’s creative works the poetic humour links with philosophical investigations on the important problems, such as the place of people in the surrounding world. The poet exposures discrepancy between images in human consciousness and their realisation in reality. The both cathegories – humour and wisdom – create the complementary arrangment and belong to the domain of irony, self-irony and scepticism. Szymborska’s poetic humour has cognitive value. It verifies admitted truths.After the Nobel Prize (1996) the literaty „amusement switch” took place, because Szymborska published the humorous verses in periodicals – later collected in separate book Rymowanki dla dużych dzieci (Little Rhymes to the Adult Children, 2003). Here the aspects of social games and the creation of the new literary genres are very important. The poet continues the tradition of absurdity in poetry, modyfies the schemes of West and Polish limerick and developes the small „neo-genres”, such as „moskaliki” („Moscow little verses”), „lepieje” („better-do-something verses”), „altruitki” („altruistic verses”) and „podsłuchańce” („overheared pieces”) in the separate cycles. Also pay attension to Szymborska’s collages (forms linking pictures and words), in which the poet goes back to plays of the surrealistic artists. In this very short poems we have to admire poetic invention and cleverness of literary concepts.W twórczości Wisławy Szymborskiej humor poetycki łączy się z filozoficznymi dociekaniami poświęconymi tak ważnym problemom, jak bycie człowieka w świecie. Poetka ujawnia reguły sprzeczności między wyobrażeniami w ludzkiej świadomości a ich realnym spełnieniem. Dwie kategorie - humor i mądrość – tworzą uzupełniający się układ i należą do domeny ironii, autoironii oraz sceptycyzmu. Humor Szymborskiej ma wartość poznawczą, weryfikuje bowiem uznane prawdy.Po Nagrodzie Nobla (1996) następuje „zwrot ludyczny”, gdyż Szymborska ogłasza w periodykach wiersze żartobliwe, zabrane później w osobnej książce Rymowanki dla dużych dzieci (2003). Ważne są tutaj aspekty towarzyskiej zabawy, jak też tworzenia nowych literackich gatunków. Poetka kontynuuje tradycje poezji absurdystycznej, modyfikuje schematy zachodniego i polskiego limeryku, jak też w osobnych cyklach rozwija małe „neogatunki”, takie jak „moskaliki”, „lepieje”, „altruitki”, „podsłuchańce”. Warto też zwrócić uwagę na kolaże Szymborskiej (formy łączące obrazy i słowa), w których poetka powraca do zabaw surrealistów. W jej krótkich utworach podziwiamy poetycką inwencję oraz pomysłowość literackich konceptów

Get PDFThe article presents the modern concept of the process of burnout and the factors determining its formation. The teaching profession, because of the need to build social interaction, requires many skills, called personal resources. Their absence may be a predictor of burnout. Important personal resources are: internal locus of control, creative thinking, building personal relationships, giving social support and hardness. Prevention of burnout syndrome means developing these skills, enabling to cope with difficult situations more effectively.Artykuł przedstawia współczesną koncepcję procesu wypalenia zawodowego oraz czynniki determinujące jego powstawanie. Zawód nauczyciela ze względu na konieczność budowania interakcji społecznych wymaga wielu umiejętności, nazywanych zasobami osobistymi. Ich brak może być predyktorem wypalenia zawodowego. Ważnymi zasobami osobistymi są: wewnętrzne poczucie kontroli, umiejętność twórczego myślenia, budowanie relacji osobistych, dających wsparcie społeczne oraz twardość. Profilaktyka syndromu wypalenia zawodowego polega na rozwijaniu tych umiejętności, pozwalających efektywnie radzić sobie w trudnych sytuacjach
