Realidad económico financiera de los carnavales de Encarnación
No full textThe carried out investigation below the title: “ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL REALITY OF THE CARNIVAL OF ENCARNACION” has as main objective which is to decide with the closest possible approximation, the ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL REALITY OF THE CARNIVAL OF ENCARNACION, whose data have exclusively academic connotation. THE PERIOD OF REALIZATION of it IS THE YEAR 2010.
The focussing of the investigation is developed below the mixed paradigm, Quali-quantitative, with preponderance of the quantitative, and considers two of the aspects WHICH are generated with the realization of the carnivals IN encarnacion: The economic and financial capacitances of the human being. The first one, refered to generate utilities, by means of types of works, are these physical or intellectual, in order to grow and satisfy all or almost all their needs, meanwhile, the financial capacitance, it is the capacitance to face commitments assumed, honor them and prepare to grow.
THE AFFECTED UNIVERSE IS COMPOSED of various commercial sectors and citizens who are involved direct and indirectly,with their work, professional services, creative, multiple services, informal work etcetera., who generate revenue with these activities.
Were taken in the main social sectors considered direct players of the generating activity of econo-financial movements, to be applied to the data collection instruments, which were analyzed conveniently.
This investigation aims to give figures of the event that every year moves to the productive sector of the city of Encarnación.La investigación realizada bajo el título: “Realidad económico financiera de los carnavales de Encarnación” tiene como objetivo principal determinar con la mayor aproximación posible, la realidad económico-financiera de los carnavales encarnacenos, cuyos datos tienen exclusivamente connotación académica. El tiempo de realización de la misma abarca el año 2010.
El enfoque de la investigación se desarrollo bajo el paradigma mixto, cuali-cuantitativo, con preponderancia del cuantitativo, y considera dos de los aspectos que generan la realización de los carnavales encarnacenos: las capacidades económica y financiera del ser humano. La primera, referida a generar utilidades, mediante tipos de trabajos, sean éstos físicos o intelectuales, a fin de crecer y satisfacer todas o casi todas sus necesidades, en tanto que, la capacidad financiera, es la capacidad para afrontar compromisos asumidos, honrar los mismos y prepararse a crecer.
El universo estudiado está compuesto por los diversos sectores comerciales y ciudadanos se involucran directa e indirectamente, con sus quehaceres, servicios profesionales, creativos, múltiples servicios, labores informales, quienes generan una magnitud de ingresos con estas actividades.
Fueron tomados los principales sectores considerados actores sociales directos de la actividad generadora de movimientos econo-financieros a los que se aplicaron instrumentos de recolección de datos, los que luego fueron analizados convenientemente.
Con esta investigación se pretende entregar cifras sobre un evento que cada año mueve al sector productivo de la ciudad de encarnación

No full textFrom the investigation lineament “University Teaching: developing skills and teaching strategies”, is addressed in particular the way teachers teach and how students learn in the UNI, answering questions about the characteristics of T-L process, teaching resources used, concept of “learning” and educational paradigms that involve teaching. It aims to achieve the research objectives in order to obtain a diagnosis Of the current situation of the institution regarding the variables analyzed. The level of research is exploratory and descriptive, a mixed approach. The universe is composed of faculty members and students of UNI. The instruments were applied to 252 units of analysis in a population of 3,381. The sample provides 90% accuracy with 5% sampling error. The collection of data and information is performed during the months of June, July and August 2010 in the different academic units of the National University of Itapúa, Encarnación, Paraguay. The research results allow us to infer that the relevant characteristics of the T–L process are related to personal attitudes of professors, knowledge owned by them, knowledge of the objectives and usefulness of each item developed, that the type of teaching and learning strategies implemented favor knowledge processes and it is necessary to strengthen the structural organization of classes and highlights the awareness of students in that self-motivation is “their” responsibility. The teaching resources used in the development of classes contribute positively to their learning. Teaching practices are part of the educational paradigms that enable students to construct their learning, ponder over it and socialize.Desde la línea de investigación “La docencia Universitaria: desarrollo de capacidades y estrategias didácticas”, se aborda en particular la forma en que enseñan los docentes y la manera en que aprenden los estudiantes de la UNI, respondiendo las interrogantes sobre las características del proceso E-A, recursos didácticos utilizados, concepción de “aprendizaje” y paradigmas educativos que envuelven la enseñanza Se pretende lograr los objetivos de la investigación con el fin de obtener un diagnóstico sobre la situación actual de la institución con relación a las variables analizadas. El nivel de la investigación es exploratorio-descriptivo, con enfoque mixto. El universo está compuesto por Docentes y Estudiantes de la UNI. Los instrumentos fueron aplicados a 252 unidades de análisis en una población de 3.381. La muestra otorga un 90% confianza con 5% error muestral. La recogida de datos e informaciones se realiza durante los meses de junio, julio y agosto del año 2010 en las diferentes unidades académicas de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa, Encarnación, Paraguay. Los hallazgos permiten inferir que, las características relevantes del proceso E-A guardan relación con las actitudes personales de los docentes, los saberes que poseen, el conocimiento de los objetivos y utilidad de cada tema desarrollado; que las modalidades de enseñanza y estrategias implementadas favorecen el aprendizaje; que es necesario fortalecer la organización estructural de las clases y se resalta la conciencia de los estudiantes en cuanto a que la auto-motivación es “su” responsabilidad. Los recursos didácticos utilizados en el desarrollo de clases aportan favorablemente a sus aprendizajes. Botriomicosis Cutánea. Un caso infantil y uno adulto
No full textBotryomycosis is a bacterial infection and Staphylococus aureus is its most common etiological agent it can involve cutaneous or internal organs with nodules, abscesses or fistulae, with a chronic, recurring course and a typical poor response to treatment even with prolonged antibiotic courses. We report 2 cases caused by S. aureus in a 38 year-old female and in a 13 year-old boy; both with excellent response to treatment.La botriomicosis es una infección causada por bacterias, sobre todo Staphylococus aureus, que se agrupan en granos. Puede ser cutánea y manifestarse como nódulos, absecesos y fístulas, o visceral; es de evolución crónica y recurrente. El tratamiento se basa en antibióticos por periodos prolongados. Presentamos dos casos, un niño varón y una mujer adulta, solo uno con factores predisponentes, ambos por S. aureus y buena respuesta al tratamiento

No full textThe research examines the level and addressed the features presented by a group of professional graduates from the Commercial Engineering, Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Administration, with respect to their current occupation. We answer questions on forms of employment, satisfaction provided and regarded to their task, assessments of academic training received, among other variables. The objectives are to analyze the level of employment and job characteristics, describe the areas and positions held, to investigate the acquired skills, personal satisfaction and the perception of employers towards professional performance. The research is exploratory-descriptive multimodal approach. We obtain data, information and results of a population of 41 units of analysis that involves students and employers in the defined segment. Data collection was done between the months of May-June 2010 at occupation sites. The findings allow us to infer that all graduates are holding professional occupations, formal training received is according to the demands of the labor market, but it is not pertinent to the profile in some particular aspects, there is personal satisfaction of professional graduates and employers on work performance. It is detected the need, for the institution, to register the information about professional graduates who graduate each year-career, and that these information were communicated and known by students and other people involved in the labor market.La investigación abordada indaga el nivel y las características que presenta un grupo de profesionales egresados de las carreras Ingeniería Comercial, Licenciatura en Ciencias Contables y Licenciatura en Administración, con respecto a su ocupación laboral actual. Se responde a interrogantes sobre formas de la ocupación, satisfacciones que brindan y que poseen respecto a su tarea, apreciaciones sobre la formación académica recibida, entre otras variables. Los objetivos apuntan a analizar el nivel de ocupación y características laborales, describir las áreas y cargos ocupados, indagar las capacidades adquiridas, grado de satisfacción personal y la percepción de los empleadores respecto al desempeño profesional. La investigación es exploratoria-descriptiva con enfoque multimodal. Se obtienen datos, informaciones y resultados de una población compuesta por 41 unidades de análisis que involucra a estudiantes y empleadores del segmento definido. La recogida de datos se realiza entre los meses mayo-junio del 2010 en los lugares de ocupación laboral. Los hallazgos permiten inferir que todos los profesionales egresados están ocupados laboralmente, la formación académica recibida está acorde a las exigencias del mercado laboral no así al perfil de salida en aspectos particulares, existe satisfacción personal de los profesionales egresados y de los empleadores en el desempeño laboral, se detecta la necesidad de contar en la institución con un registro actualizado de los profesionales que egresan de cada carrera-año y que estas informaciones sean comunicadas y conocidas por los estudiantes y personas involucradas en el mercado laboral
Limitaciones de la energía eléctrica para la industrialización del Departamento de Itapúa
No full textThe summer of 2009/10 presented a difficult-to-imagine reality to the country, as it holds the title of the biggest exporter of electric power in South America.The crisis in the electric power supply was going to be a sad nightmare, being Paraguay, the co-owner of the two most important hydroelectric power stations in the world.
The deficits in the ability to access the available energy, in the transportation, processing and distribution infrastructure, as we enter the summer of 2010/2011, will necessarily affect the National Interconnected System (SIN, in Spanish) and selective blackouts will recur throughout the country.For being a part of this System, an identical scenario is presented to the Department of Itapuá. In turn, the cost of electric power rates will remain elevated in relation to other types of power, while the hydrogeneration is directly affected by the debts of the respective Binational Enterprises; this will discourage the production development with a growth based in the electric power of ANDE in Itapúa. The marked difference at least in the price of energy derived from wood or charcoal, and its still easily availability, explains the high incidence of biomass into the national energy sources.El verano de 2009/10 presentó al país una realidad que era difícil de imaginarse al ostentar el titulo de mayor exportador de energía eléctrica en Sudamérica. La crisis en el suministro de energía eléctrica pasaba a ser una triste pesadilla al ser Paraguay, copropietario de las dos centrales hidroeléctricas más importantes del mundo.
El déficit en la capacidad de acceso al parque de generación, en la infraestructura de transporte, transformación y distribución, a medida que se ingrese al verano 2010/2011, el SIN necesariamente se verá resentido, y se repetirán los cortes selectivos de carga en todo el país. Por formar parte, idéntico escenario se presenta para el Departamento de Itapuá. A su vez, el costo de la tarifa eléctrica seguirá elevado en relación a otros tipos de energéticos, mientras la hidrogeneración este directamente afectada por las deudas de los respectivos Emprendimientos Binacionales, desalentando con ello,el desarrollo productivo con base de crecimiento a la energía eléctrica de ANDE en Itapúa. La marcada diferencia a menos, en el precio de la energía obtenida a partir del bagazo, la leña o del carbón vegetal, y su aun fácil disponibilidad, explican la alta incidencia de la biomasa en la matriz energética nacional

No full textThis paper begins to represent the National University of Itapúa, at the “III Latin American Symposium on International Trade, Development and Integration” but subsequently has undergone changes and additions. It is based on the paradigm of modernization theory and globalization.
It tries to describe some public policies that can be applied by the municipal government, in addition to exposing the product to be industrialized in the short term to generate more local work force.
It also presents some necessary conditions that must exist in the country to contribute to the industrialization process of the local and national economy, whether by local entrepreneurs, domestic or foreign.
The context in which research is conducted due to the rapid development of local infrastructure, that it is not accompanied by the process of industrialization of the city,or the society evolution.Este trabajo se inicia para representar a la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa en el “III Simposio Iberoamericano sobre Comercio Internacional, Desarrollo e Integración” aunque posteriormente ha ido sufriendo modificaciones e incorporaciones. Está basado en el paradigma de la teoría de la modernización y la globalización, que manifiestan como Intenta describir algunas políticas públicas que puedan ser aplicadas por el gobierno municipal, además de exponer el producto que debe ser industrializado en el corto plazo para generar mayor mano de obra local.
También se presenta algunas condiciones necesarias que deben darse en el país para contribuir con el proceso de industrialización de la economía local y nacional, ya sean por empresarios locales, nacionales o extranjeros.
El contexto en el que se realiza la investigación se debe al rápido adelanto de la infraestructura local, que no es acompañado por el proceso de la industrialización de la ciudad, ni la evolución de la sociedad

No full textThe aim of the presten Studio consists in analize the effects of the teaching strategies and the relation between its implementation with the generation of significative learning in the students of Ciencias de la Educación Sciencie of Education career from Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación. Through application of questionnaire members of ruling body, teachers and students, like this the analysis of documents and the observation of classes, planned in an investigation of descriptive correlational type. The universe was adjusted for members of ruling body, technical personne, teachers and students. The pattern stay conformed by and academician, a technician, twenty two teachers and twenty five students. It could check and accept the formulated hypothesis, relationed to the academician focus that use the most of teachers at school, like this the comprobation of application of active an innovate strategies thak make a significative learning, showing the leading rolel of students in classes expandend for some teachers. The positive actitude from teachers and the institucional conditions, make the application of active strategies, almost the last aren’t determinant. Those results suggest the intervention in the kind of focus of teaching utilized by teacher for the classes, if reably wants to concrete the University Reform, so the pedagogical practice of them depend the expected change.El objetivo del presente estudio consiste en analizar los efectos de las estrategias de enseñanza y la relación que existe entre su implementación con la generación de aprendizaje significativo en los alumnos de la Carrera de Ciencias de la Educación de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación. A través de la aplicación de cuestionarios a directivos, docentes y alumnos, así como el análisis de documentos y la observación de clases, planificadas en una investigación de tipo descriptivo-correlacional. El universo estaba conformado por directivos, personal técnico, docentes y alumnos. La muestra quedó conformada por un académico, un técnico, 22 docentes y 25 alumnos. Se pudo verificar y aceptar las hipótesis formuladas, relacionadas al enfoque academicista que utilizan todavía la mayoría de los docentes en la Institución, así como la comprobación de que la aplicación de estrategias activas e innovadoras provocan un aprendizaje significativo. La actitud positiva del docente y las condiciones institucionales, enmarcan también la aplicación de las estrategias activas, aunque éstas últimas no son determinantes. Dichos resultados sugieren la intervención en el tipo de enfoque de enseñanza utilizado por el docente, si realmente se desea concretizar la Reforma Universitaria, pues de la práctica pedagógica de los mismos depende el ansiado cambio

No full textThe investigation looked for to analyze the aspects related to the uses and final disposition of the piles and batteries in partners’ of the Cooperative Pirapo, Department of Itapúa. The qualitative and quantitative methodology was applied, with descriptive focus. The study universe you conformed by bosses of the partners’ of the Cooperative families, urban and rural of the town of Pirapó that you/they represent a total of 135 active partners, it was carried out a sampling at random of partners similar to 25 partners, equivalent to 18.5% with units show Those interviewed indicated to use piles and batteries in a great variety of devices for hobbies and leisure, without considering that the same ones are of well-known origin or not. The type of more consumed pile is of AA with 38%, used in remote control, clock, toys, calculators and GPS, followed by the pile D in 35% that is used in the lanterns in most of the cases. Those interviewed use piles and batteries knowing their danger and they prepare them with scarce social responsibility, it is also related of direct form at the level of knowledge of the danger of the chemical components of these residuals, it founded that a relationship exists although very distant that is not significant according to that indicated in the obtained factorial analysis of multiple correspondences.La investigación buscó analizar los aspectos relacionados a los usos y disposición final de las pilas y baterías en unidades familiares de socios de la Cooperativa Piropo, Departamento de Itapúa. Se aplicó la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa, con enfoque descriptivo. El universo de estudio se conformado por jefes de familias de los socios de la Cooperativa, urbana y rural de la localidad de Pirapó, que representan un total de 135 socios activos, se realizó un muestreo al azar de socios igual a 25 socios, equivalente a 18.5% con unidades muestrales. Los encuestados indicaron utilizar pilas y baterías en una gran variedad de artefactos para pasatiempos y ocio, sin considerar que las mismas sean de origen conocido o no. El tipo de pila más consumida es de AA con 38%, utilizados en control remoto, reloj, juguetes, calculadoras y GPS, seguido de la pila D en 35% que en la mayoría de los casos es utilizada en las linternas. Los encuestados utilizan pilas y baterías conociendo su peligrosidad y las disponen con escasa responsabilidad social, además se halla relacionada de forma directa al nivel de conocimiento de la peligrosidad de los componentes químicos de estos residuos, se ha encontrado de que existe una relación aunque muy distante que no es significativo conforme a lo indicado en el análisis factorial de correspondencias múltiples obtenido

No full textThis work was developed from an investigation project that it has objectives like to analyze, to describe, to uphold, strictly scientific, underlying involvement to the teacher work, exactly about the motivation that the mathematic teacher generates during the process of teaching – learning.
The problem that turns around the teaching of Mathematics in education centers from Paraguay, considering the process of the educational reformation, in different levels, it is extremely complex with the purpose to look for the constant improvement through educational management,a research named “how to motivate during the teaching and learning process of Mathematics in middle education in Encarnación”.
To look for answers to the problem they have established as general objectives to find the way in which teachers of middle level in the area mathematics and their technologies of official schools in Encarnación motivate their students during the teaching and learning process to design a support theoretical model to the teaching direct to the improvement in classroom management, based in development considering the importance of motivation to achieve a significant learning.
About epistolary orientation, the process of research trying to know the reality, it founds two phases, the first was limited in the quantitative paradigm, framed in descriptive research, because it fundamentally consists on characterizing how the variables in study are presented, and the second phase is based on qualitative paradigm, based on phenomenology to be able to consider what the students feel and live every day in classrooms.
The reform of education was necessary and is also necessary to adjust aspects related to the Reform of Education, educational practices may be improved, but besides the will of the teacher is necessary to implement educational policies to tend toward daily improvement.
About results they mention necessary information to justify the initial hypothesis, the reflection done by the researcher helped to elaborate a project that will be presented to the educational authorities about teaching perfection and a teaching material where you find suggestions, experiences and interesting pieces of information for motivating students and achieve significant learnings.Este trabajo se desarrolla a partir de un proyecto de investigación que pretende analizar, describir y sustentar, con rigor científico, las implicaciones subyacentes de la labor docente, específicamente sobre la motivación que genera el educador de la matemática durante el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje.
La problemática que gira en torno a la enseñanza de la matemática en los centros educativos del Paraguay, considerando el proceso de reforma educativa, en los diferentes niveles, es sumamente compleja y con la finalidad de buscar la mejora constante a través de la gestión educacional, se realizó la investigación denominada “La motivación durante el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la Matemática y sus Tecnologías”.
Para buscar respuestas a la problemática se han planteado como objetivos generales, determinar la manera en que los docentes del nivel medio en el área Matemática y sus Tecnologías de los colegios oficiales de
Encarnación motivan a sus alumnos durante el proceso enseñanza - aprendizaje y diseñar un modelo teórico de apoyo para la enseñanza dirigido al mejoramiento de la gestión de aula, basado en el constructivismo considerando la importancia de la motivación para el logro de un aprendizaje significativo.
En cuanto a la orientación epistemológica, el proceso de investigación establece dos fases, la primera, se circunscribió en el paradigma cuantitativo, enmarcado en la investigación descriptiva; la segunda fase, se basa en el paradigma cualitativo, fundamentada en la fenomenología para considerar los sujetos sienten, piensan y viven día a día en el sala de clases.
La reforma educativa fue necesaria y también lo es ajustar aspectos relacionados a la misma, las prácticas educativas pueden ser mejoradas, pero además, de la voluntad del docente es necesario implementar políticas educativas tendientes al mejoramiento cotidiano.
En cuanto a los resultados se mencionan la información necesaria para justificar la hipótesis inicial, la reflexión por parte de la investigadora ha contribuido para elaborar un proyecto que será presentado a las autoridades educacionales sobre el perfeccionamiento docente y un material de apoyo donde se encontrarán sugerencias, experiencias y datos interesantes para poder motivar a los estudiantes y lograr aprendizajes significativos
