The work process for the promotion of students with special needs integrated in the kindergartens of regular education: the case of Israel
The Special Education Law in Israel was legislated on July 12, 1988. The law determined precedence and advance preference for the placement of special needs students in the regular educational system over the special education system. In the spirit of the law, methodical and painstaking processes that arrange the work with special needs students in the educational system were determined. This article presents two work processes implemented in parallel in the regular kindergartens. The first work process is with students who have functional difficulties, before their definition and as prevention of their definition as students with special needs. The second process is the work process with the special needs students who are integrated in the regular kindergartens, intended to prevent their referral to frameworks of special education. These processes reflect the development that occurred in the importance ascribed in the educational system in Israel to careful and adjusted work with students who have difficulties and special needs and are integrated in the kindergartens of regular education. Alongside the described development, the article presents the challenges and the questions that the implementation of the processes poses

First step is collecting documents, second is delivering to Poradnia Psychologiczno – Pedagogiczna, third waiting for the decision, fourth giving it to school and finally getting help. Wykorzystanie nowych technologii w orientacji przestrzennej osób z niepełnosprawnością wzroku
The fast development of electronic and information technology makes them becoming present in the lives of the blind and visually impaired people. The aim of this article is to present ways of mobility people with visual impairment to the use on a new technologies in particular. The article contains the classification and characteristics of electronic aids used in spatial orientation and mobility blind people. It also presents the benefits and difficulties of using this type of new technologies. Mechanizmy motywacji a wybór strategii uczenia się uczniów szkół gimnazjalnych z i bez specyficznych trudności w uczeniu się
The purpose of this article is to present the results of research concern setting of motivated and cognitive strategies in learning goals achieving by students with and without dyslexia in secondary school. The study included 110 students studying in secondary schools in the Mazovian region. The study used questionnaire Goal Orientations and Learning Strategies Survey (GOAL-S) M. Dowson and D.M. McInerney (2004) in the Polish adaptation of A. Dłużniewska and I. Kucharczyk. Detailed analysis of the results indicates the relationship between the kind of motivation and choice of cognitive and metacognitive strategies of learning. The current study allows to extract factors that are important in achieving success in academic achievements of students with and without special educational needs
Wspieranie rozwoju kreatywności dziecka jako element praktyki logopedycznej. O możliwych związkach logopedii z pedagogiką twórczości
Logopedics and pedagogy of creativity are the disciplines whose areas of research interests are different. Some may say that they have nothing in common. The main tasks and goals undertaken by the speech therapists are different from those by creativity educators. Speech therapists’ work is directly connected with prevention and therapy of speech disorders. Creativity educator supports, enhances and develops creative abilities, creative attitude of children, adolescents and adults. However, the goals of creativity education may become a part of the speech therapy practice. This article is an attempt to illustrate the possible relations between pedagogy of creativity and logopedics, and to show the practical ways in which the practice of speech therapy may become an opportunity to develop children’s creativity

In the following article, the author presents an analysis of meanings projected onto intellectual disabilities by the internet users by referring to the cultural model of disability, the theory of social constructivism, as well as, to the post-structuralist discourse theories. In accordance with the cultural model of disability theory, the author perceives intellectual disability as generated by social practices, and as a “product” of discourse. A discourse perceived as a “system of statements” and as a practice that shapes the subjects which it speaks of. From this perspective, intellectual disability is perceived as a phenomenon created by its continuing interpretations. By applying the critical discourse analysis, the article presents an answer tok users? The presented means of comprehending and perceiving intellectual disability, its revealed meanings included in the internet discourse dthe question: how is intellectual disability defined and interpreted within the internet discourse, what meanings are projected onto intellectual disability by the networetermine the current assortment of practices regarding how society responds to otherness.
