The Relationship Between Maternal Nutrition Knowledge and Energy Intake in Lunchbox and Children\u27s Nutritional Status
Nutritional status describes fulfilling nutritional needs through the intake and use of nutrients. Nutritional status is influenced by maternal nutritional knowledge, energy intake, and the status of working mothers. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal nutrition knowledge and energy intake in lunchboxes and the nutritional status of children in the kindergarten of the Pengharapan Sejati Indonesia foundation. The design of this study is cross-sectional; the sample uses a total sampling technique of 46 respondents. This research was carried out in September 2024 - January 2025 at the Yayasan Pengharapan Sejati Indonesia. The data analysis was descriptive, Spearman\u27s rank, and logistic regression. The results showed that the nutritional knowledge of the medium category of mothers was 23 respondents (50%). Energy intake for 25 children (54.3%) was in the low category. The nutritional status of malnourished children was 25 children (54.3%). The rank-spearman test results on the maternal nutrition knowledge variable were obtained with a p-value of 0.000. The variable energy intake in the lunchbox obtained a p-value of 0.002. The results of the logistical regression analysis of the nutritional knowledge variable with the nutritional status of the child obtained a p-value of 0.002 with an Exp B of 1.102, which means that every 1 point increase in nutritional knowledge provides a 1.102 times greater chance of a normal child nutritional status. The variable of energy intake in lunchboxes with nutritional status was obtained with a p-value of 0.264, meaning there was no relationship between the variable of energy intake in lunchboxes and nutritional status. This study concludes that there was a relationship between maternal nutrition knowledge and child nutritional status, and there was no relationship between energy intake in lunchboxes and children\u27s nutritional status.

Fostering Environmental Awareness and Responsibility in Young Students Through A Zero Waste Lifestyle
Environmental awareness, when nurtured from an early age, can develop into a positive habit that becomes embedded in one’s daily life. This community service partnership program was implemented at PAUD Mutiara Kids in Temanggung as a concrete step to build environmental awareness among young learners. Based on evaluations conducted by the community service team, 92% of the students were already able to distinguish between organic and non-organic waste. However, practical skills in waste utilization were still lacking, particularly in using recycled materials for educational purposes. In addition, environmental values had not yet been integrated into students’ daily routines. To address these issues, the “Zero-Waste Lifestyle” program was introduced as a strategic solution to empower teachers, students, and school staff. The program consisted of three key activities: (1) Introducing and promoting the “Zero-Waste Lifestyle” as a method for developing environmental literacy, (2) Facilitating collaborative workshops to create educational toys from recycled materials through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), and (3) Cultivating environmentally responsible behavior through consistent waste sorting habits. The program led to positive behavioral changes in students, particularly in waste management, and helped foster an environmental awareness aligned with the broader goals of sustainable development
Building Soft Skills for Village Officials: A Simulation-Based Public Speaking Training Approach
The regional autonomy program grants greater authority to local governments to manage their potential, improve public services, and encourage community participation. Ensuring public services are efficient and community-oriented poses distinct difficulties for village officials. Village officials’ service quality is significantly influenced by their competency. A lack of public speaking proficiency among village officials can obstruct effective message delivery and weaken public participation. This community service initiative aims to enhance the soft skills of village officials through public speaking training based on simulation method. This method enables participants to simulate situations similar to real-life conditions, enhancing comprehension, memory, and hands-on skills. The training combines oral teaching with hands-on practice, which is considered effective for experience-based learning. Training evaluation results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills related to fundamental public speaking techniques. The findings from this activity also emphasize the importance of training designs that are adaptive to participants’ needs, including the necessity for longer allocated time for simulation sessions and the use of additional learning media such as representative public speaking practice videos. The sustainability of the program will be strengthened through additional competency training fit with field needs and involving Karang Taruna to form an inclusive and participatory public communication ecosystem from an early age
Enhancing Local Economic Growth through Digital Cooperative-Based MSME Development in Support of the Village SDGs Program
MSMEs are an integral part of advancing the rural economy and realizing the SDGs at the grassroots/village level. Many rural MSMEs often seem not to feel the full impact of this potential, as they are hindered by a lack of digital literacy, limited application of marketing strategies, and only weak ties to the economy. The primary objective of this program is to enhance the economic potential of MSMEs in Kalisidi Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency, by utilizing an online cooperative application. A total of 30 MSMEs in Kalisidi Village participated in a community service program that included explanations and group coaching. Some of these activities included community training, presentations, and simulated use of a digital platform for a cooperative. The findings indicated that the trainees developed a deeper understanding of digital marketing and had high confidence in leveraging technology to conduct business. The digital platform also established an integrated business environment for MSMEs, facilitating collaboration in branding, shared resource deployment, and new market entry. This initiative demonstrates that implementing a digital cooperative model can effectively catalyze inclusive and sustainable economic development in rural areas. Furthermore, it contributes to the achievement of several SDG targets, particularly SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth) and SDG 811 (sustainable cities and communities). Digital integration rooted in local potential is key to building a resilient and independent village economy
Harmonizing Privacy Rights Protection in Electronic Transaction with Roscoe Pound’s Legal Principle
The rapid development of information technology is significantly impacting the lives of humans. This technology enables transfer between regions, thereby threatening the right to privacy. However, the progress of the era related to electronic transactions will continue, necessitating the protection of privacy rights in electronic transactions, through harmonization with the legal principles of Roscoe Pound. A normative legal study was conducted with a statutory and conceptual method, then data were collected through literature studies and analyzed using descriptive-qualitative statistics. Privacy data protection has been implicitly regulated in Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law, as well as Government Regulation concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions (PP PSTE). The concept of law as social engineering positions ITE and PDP as key instruments in the formation and development of society. Meanwhile, the balance is seen when a regulation has accommodated the interests, of both state, community, and individual, showing the legal thinking side of Roscoe Pound. Policymakers need to pay more attention to how policies are made in accordance with Roscoe Pound\u27s legal principle to achieve the main objective.
