La gestión educativa y el mejoramiento continuo en instituciones para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano
Get PDFObjective: contribute to the construction of knowledge that enable education for work and human development institutions to understand the importance of improvement processes joined to the development of their institutional educational project. Methodology: qualitative descriptive research, which allows addressing pertinently the management processes, limitations and relevance of institutions in the light of different references. Findings: the continuous improvement processes are relevant in educational institutions as they foster the culture of quality and autonomy. Conclusions: the reflection allows postulating the management and improvement as a possible course for the quality of education for work and human development from a perspective of educational innovation.Objetivo: aportar en la construcción de un conocimiento que permita a las instituciones para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano, comprender la importancia de los procesos de mejoramiento articulados a la gestión de su proyecto educativo institucional. Metodología: investigación cualitativa de tipo descriptivo, la cual permite abordar con pertinencia los procesos de gestión de las instituciones, sus limitaciones y relevancias a la luz de diferentes referentes. Hallazgos: los procesos de mejoramiento continuo son relevantes en las instituciones educativas porque a través de ellos se logra una cultura de calidad y autonomía. Conclusiones: la reflexión permite postular la gestión y el mejoramiento como trayecto de posibilidad para la calidad en la educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano desde una perspectiva de innovaciones educativas

Conclusions: the power of the methodology is demonstrated to understand the transformations of constructivism in the Colombian education.Objetivo: presentar el abordaje metodológico de la investigación “Concepciones de constructivismo en la revista colombiana Educación y Cultura. Metodología: análisis e interpretación de las concepciones de constructivismo presentes en la revista. Hallazgos: primó un constructivismo individual, general y extrapolativo. Conclusiones: se demuestra la potencia de la metodología para comprender las transformaciones del constructivismo en la educación colombiana
Hacia un currículo para la formación política y la construcción de paces en Colombia
Get PDFThis paper states a theoretical commitment to present the foundations that should be considered for the structuration of a curriculum proposal that pursues the political formation and the construction of peace in Colombia. Initially, the conceptual differences that exist among the curriculum theories and their rhetoric are analyzed with the purpose of determine which of both methods appears more suitable to achieve the purpose stated before. Afterwards, a criticism about the conventional manner to structure curricula from hegemonic powers is made. And the importance of involving the experiences gained by the internal military conflict survivors in the structuration of curriculum proposals for the political education and the construction of peace, is highlighted as a contribution that allows the leverage of the legal and curricular development proposed for the national government for the alleged Chair for Peace.En este escrito se realiza una apuesta teórica para plantear los fundamentos que se deben tener en cuenta en la estructuración de una propuesta de currículo que propenda por la formación política y la construcción de paces en Colombia. Inicialmente se analizan las diferencias conceptuales que existen entre las teorías del currículo y los discursos sobre el currículo, con el fin de determinar cuál de los dos caminos resulta más apropiado para alcanzar el propósito antes planteado. Luego, se hace una crítica a la manera convencional de estructurar los currículos desde los poderes hegemónicos y se resalta la importancia de vincular las experiencias de los sobrevivientes del conflicto interno armado en la estructuración de propuestas de currículo para la formación política y la construcción de paces, como un aporte que permite potenciar el desarrollo legal y curricular propuesto por el gobierno nacional para la llamada Cátedra de la Paz

For collecting data three instruments were used: interviews, video recording and journals. La relación proyecto de vida, felicidad y rol del docente en estudiantes de la media vocacional
Get PDFObjective: To identify the perception of high school students regarding the role of teachers in the construction of their life project and the relations set towards the projection of their happiness. Methodology: A mixed approach based on theoretical aspects of the cultural, subjective happiness, which moves along its construction inside a school scenario. Results: There is evidence of high school students longing for having a life project, which will make them happy. This aspect is closely associated to the professional aspect, where the teacher has a low contribution in the construction of such longing. Conclusion: it is necessary to visualize a teacher role which contributes to the students’ happiness, with the aim of helping them to construct their life project by themselves not because of the imposition of the system.Objetivo: identificar la percepción de los estudiantes de la media vocacional sobre el papel de los docentes en la construcción de su proyecto de vida y las relaciones que se configuran hacia una proyección de felicidad. Metodología: enfoque mixto. Con base en aspectos teóricos entre felicidad de orden cultural y subjetiva, se transita desde su construcción en el escenario escolar. Resultados: se evidencia el anhelo de los estudiantes de la media vocacional de tener un proyecto de vida que los haga felices, situación asociada a lo profesional, donde se configura una idea en la cual el docente contribuye poco en la construcción de dicho anhelo. Conclusión: es necesario que se visibilice un docente que contribuya a la felicidad de los estudiantes, con el objetivo de que la construcción se logre desde el sujeto mismo y no desde la imposición del sistema
Ecología y paz: tendencias investigativas
Get PDFObjetive: to present the state of art of a research in the field of Ecology as a partial outcome of a study on the social practices regarding ecology and peace. Methodology: with the purpose of shaping the state of art, the logics of documentary studies with the support of the doxographic matrix proposed by Ospina & Murcia (2012) are followed. In this matrix information related to research titles and topics, objectives or purposes, research methods used and supporting theories is searched. The documentary mass was composed of 50 documents as a result of a series of researches found in databases such as Scopus, Redalyc, Proquest & Scielo. Findings: most of the queried researches favor the diagnostic objectives, taking the “citizenship” as a topic of major relevance, fundamentally supported by studies of empiric-analytic type, under the theoretical influence supported by sociological and educational perspectives. Conclusion: topics concerning ecology and peace have a medium scale of visibility among the studies taken as reference.Objetivo: presentar el estado de la investigación en el campo ecológico como resultado parcial de un estudio sobre prácticas sociales en ecología y paz. Metodología: para configurar el estado del arte, se sigue las lógicas de los estudios documentales, con apoyo de la matriz doxográfica propuesta por Ospina y Murcia (2012). En esta matriz se busca información referida a títulos y temáticas, objetivos o propósitos de las investigaciones, métodos de investigación utilizados y teorías de apoyo. La masa documental se constituyó por 50 documentos resultado de investigaciones, buscados en bases de datos científicas como Scopus, Redalyc, Proquest y Scielo. Hallazgos: la mayoría de las investigaciones rastreadas se inclinan por los objetivos diagnósticos, tomando la “ciudadanía” como temática de mayor relevancia, apoyados fundamentalmente en estudios de corte empírico analítico y bajo influencias teóricas que se apoyan en perspectivas sociológicas y de la educación. Conclusión: las temáticas referidas a la ecología y paz tienen una mediana visibilidad en los estudios tomados como referencia
Caracterización del autoconcepto en niños y niñas en situación de desplazamiento en Mocoa, Colombia
Get PDFObjective: to describe the characteristics of the self-perception on 12 year-old age infants in a situation of forced displacement at an educational Institution in Mocoa, Putumayo. Methodology: this research involved a purposive sample of 43 cases; a Mini kid interview was implemented for the selection of these cases; and the test AFA 5 was applied for the data collection process, through a cross-sectional descriptive study. Findings: the infants who were interviewed showed, except for the scores obtained regarding their emotional dimension, a level of a general self-perception with a resulting score higher than the one showed by the scales of the test. Conclusions: despite the situation of forced displacement these infants have undergone, they have been able to overcome the impact of the psychological trauma, most likely coming from their capacity of resilience to overtake periods of emotional pangs.Objetivo: describir las características del autoconcepto de niñas y niños de 12 años en situación de desplazamiento de una Institución Educativa de la ciudad de Mocoa, Putumayo. Metodología: la investigación incluyó una muestra intencional de 43 casos; se empleó para la selección de los casos, la prueba Minikid; y para la recolección de información, el test AFA 5. El estudio fue de carácter descriptivo transversal. Hallazgos: los niños y niñas evaluados presentaron, con excepción de la puntuación obtenida en relación con la dimensión emocional, un nivel de autoconcepto general con puntuaciones más altas a las reportadas por los baremos de la prueba. Conclusiones: a pesar de la situación de desplazamiento a la que estos niños han sido sometidos, han logrado sobreponerse a las consecuencias del trauma, probablemente desde su capacidad de resiliencia para superar los períodos de dolor emocional

A digitalized technicality, which in turn, becomes a support for the display of subjectivity and a new device of the contemporary power. For its approach, a Peter Sloterdijk proposal is followed. This author presents the urge of an operable individual who finds in the genetic engineering a field for the improvement and for the achievement of the homeostatic equilibrium which makes community life possible. It is about an anthropological-philosophical reflection, in which the superficial criticism is overtaken and which claims the supposed antagonism among technique, humanity and culture.¿Cómo se forma la subjetividad en tanto interiorización y transformación cultural, a través de la nueva tecnicidad? Una tecnicidad digitalizada que, a su vez, se convierte en soporte para el despliegue de la subjetividad y nuevo dispositivo de poder contemporáneo. Para su abordaje se sigue la propuesta de Peter Sloterdijk, quien plantea la emergencia de un sujeto operable que encuentra en la ingeniería genética un campo para la mejora y el logro del equilibrio homeostático que hace posible la vida en comunidad. Se trata pues de una reflexión antropológico-filosófica, en la que se supera la crítica superficial que denuncia el supuesto antagonismo entre técnica, humanidad y cultura

A partir de la lectura de unas cuantas de sus obras, se evidenciarán aquellas claves de lectura que nos permiten comprender cuál fue el real impacto de lo teológico en el método de Freire, además de reconocer finalmente la necesidad de indagar en la relación recíproca de pedagogía y teología con enfoque en la liberación y humanización de los sujetos
