El lenguaje: Fuerza creadora y dinamizadora de los procesos de la comunicación
No full text¿Which is the creative force of the language latent in each one of the processes that surround today’s man? The linguistic as a discipline of the humanistic sciences, has made possible the study of the development process of the nations through their languages as the innate capacity of expression and communication. This way it is a purpose of the article to analyze the rol of the language as a creative force of the same process of communication and it’s relation languagecommunication, that as an object of investigation and study phenomenon is motive of reflection of the disciplines that study it with real depth and scientific rigor.
“Correr el velo” to demonstrate formulas is a difficult task, however, the man as a historical being capable of seizing the reality through the use of the language in the interaction with each other and as an innate capacity to discover the world. Therefore, the study of the communication “a la luz” to the light of the language, takes the linguists and theorist of the communication to use the word to make more conscious the processes of the knowledge and the communication.¿Cuál es la fuerza creadora del lenguaje latente en cada uno de los procesos de la comunicación que rodean al hombre de hoy?. La lingüística como disciplina de las ciencias humanísticas, ha posibilitado el estudio del proceso de desarrollo de los pueblos a través de su lenguaje como capacidad innata de expresión y comunicación. En este sentido, es propósito del artículo analizar el rol del lenguaje como fuerza creadora del mismo proceso de la comunicación, en su relación lenguaje-comunicación, que como objeto de investigación y fenómeno de estudio es motivo de reflexión de disciplinas que la estudian con verdadera profundidad y rigor científico.
Correr el velo para demostrar fórmulas es tarea difícil, sin embargo, el hombre como ser histórico es capaz de aprehender la realidad mediante el uso del lenguaje en la interacción con el otro y como capacidad innata para descubrir el mundo. Por lo tanto, el estudio de la comunicación a la luz del lenguaje, induce a los lingüistas y teóricos de la comunicación a emplear la palabra para hacer más conscientes los procesos del conocimiento y de la comunicación

That is one of the matters that I want to develop in this article, beginning from the class as a generator space of a dialogical process among the people that intervene there. People who are subjected by their personal experience, the social institutions and the cultural transformations of the social context nowadays. This is way, the teacher not only should design his objectives and formation competences but also, should ask himself about the expectations and aesthetic explorations of his pupils, due to they are aspects that are the basis to the active construction of the dynamics in class.¿Cómo entender la relación que se establece entre docente - alumno en el contexto de la clase de producción audiovisual? Es una de las cuestiones que se desean desarrollar en este artículo partiendo de la clase como espacio generador de un proceso dialógico entre los actores que allí intervienen. Actores que son sujetos mediados por su experiencia personal, las instituciones sociales y las transformaciones culturales del contexto social contemporáneo. Por ello, el docente además de diseñar sus objetivos y competencias de formación, debe interrogarse por las expectativas y exploraciones estéticas de los alumnos, dado que son aspectos que aportan bases para la construcción activa de las dinámicas de la clase

No full textThe work that Hill be presented in this paper is a very general vision of what it could be a macro project from the university, it is aimed to develop in the speaking-listeners from the region (inside and outside of it), some abilities that allow them the textual comprehension and production, saying it other way that allow them to do the right reading and writing.
As a macro project, it analizes programs, in investigation, teaching and extension, the objectives around every plan and the respective activities. It is also developed the teorical basis of the proposed axis as key abilities (cognitive and communicative) in the work that the human being does when he reads and writes. Finally I suggest a philosophy as the framework in which all the plans will be developed, in the case of doing them inside this proposal.El trabajo que a continuación encontrarán es una visión muy general de lo que podría ser un proyecto macro desde la Universidad, que apunte a desarrollar en los hablante – oyentes de la región, tanto dentro como fuera de ella, unas competencias que les permita la comprensión y la producción textual, en otras palabras, que les permita realizar adecuadas lecturas y adecuadas escrituras.
Como propuesta macro que es, analiza planes de acción, tanto en Investigación, como en Docencia y Extensión, los objetivos alrededor de los cuales giraría cada plan, y los frentes de acción respectivos. Se desarrolla también la fundamentación teórica de estos ejes propuestos como competencias claves (cognitiva y comunicativa) dentro del trabajo de orden superior que un ser humano realiza cuando Lee y cuando Escribe. Y por último, se plantea una filosofía como marco en el cual se desarrollarían todos los planes de acción, en el caso de llevarlos a cabo dentro de esta propuesta
El papel del lenguaje en la propuesta hermenéutica de Gadamer.
No full textThe article that I am presenting is trying to clarify the proposal of Gadamer related to the language, the place of exception of this one in the hermeneutic proposal, and the way the author settles the bases for an ontology of the same one, so this way, it is only possible to think of the human being and its world from the language. Starting from the logos concept to get back to its original sense, it means, to rescue its first definition, the one of speech; and from there rebuild the place of the language. For such effect, the text’ develops what Gadamer conceives as an indissoluble nucleus, and that we could think as a basic triad of its conception about the hermenutic experience, the understanding, the interpretation and the application. In the same way, the text tries to introduce the difficult thematic about the objectivity of the interpretation, but this ‘ objectivity’ cannot be confused with wath is understood as objectivity nowadays. In this way, I present in parallel the positive conception about the language to ease the appreciation of the differences between both proposals, and to clarify why in Gadamer the subject of the language sends us to an ontology whereas for the philosophy of the language the matter of the language is only instrumental.El texto que presento a continuación busca esclarecer la propuesta de Gadamer con relación al lenguaje, el lugar de excepción de éste en la propuesta hermenéutica y la manera como el autor sienta las bases para una odontología de la misma, de modo que, sólo es posible pensar al ser y al mundo humano a partir del lenguaje. Se parte del concepto de logos para devolverle su sentido originario, es decir, rescatar su acepción primera, la de discurso y a partir de allá re dimensionar el lugar del lenguaje; para tal efecto, el texto desarrolla lo que Gadamer concibe como núcleo indisoluble y que podríamos pensar como triada básica de su concepción en torno a la experiencia hermenéutica, a saber, la comprensión, la interpretación y la aplicación. De igual modo, el texto pretende introducir la difícil temática acerca de la objetividad de la interpretación, pero dicha objetividad no puede ser confundida con lo que en la modernidad se da a entender con tal termino; de esta manera, presento en paralelo, la concepción positivista en torno al lenguaje para facilitar la apreciación de las diferencias de ambas propuestas y, esclarecer, por qué en Gadamer el asunto del lenguaje nos remite a una odontología, mientras que, para la filosofía del lenguaje el asunto del lenguaje es tan sólo instrumental
