Kansas Turnpike Authority (a component unit of the state of Kansas): financial statements for the years ended June 30, 2023 and 2024 with independent auditors report.
Between 2005 and 2012 the KTA issued a separate annual financial report. In 2013 this publication ceased and its contents, including the independent auditors' reports were included in the KTA's annual report. The report appears to have been revived as a separate report though with a 2018/2019 Biennial financial statements with Independent Auditor's Report which can be found in the KGI Online Library

The agency is neutral on much of the legislation that would not have any impact on the agency, including any potential source of funding, but we wanted to provide you with information on how the agency would manage the new funding if this legislation were to be approved. The purpose of this testimony is twofold: 1) To describe the agency’s capacity for administering such programming, and 2) to inform you about the funding and some of the functions of the Department.

Testimony before the Kansas Legislature, House Health & Human Services Committee, presented by Andrew Brown, Deputy Secretary for Programs, Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.Testimony in support of HB 2269 "which aims to allocate funding for mental health services in schools. ... Mental health is a cornerstone of overall well-being, and it profoundly impacts a student's ability to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Unfortunately, many students face significant barriers to accessing the mental health support they desperately need. From anxiety and depression to trauma and substance abuse, the range of mental health challenges among our youth is vast and complex. Implementing comprehensive mental health services in schools is a proactive and effective approach to addressing these challenges.
