Overview of Higher Education in Algeria From Independence to Present
The university is a new institution in Algeria; it was created in 1909 by and for France. At independence, Algeria guarantees its will to generalize and democratize education to all Algerians. For independent Algeria, education was a means to meet the challenge of getting out of underdevelopment and to ensure social justice for the population that had suffered deprivation and injustice for a very long time. Psychological Ownership in the Organizational Environment
The seminal research on psychological ownership conducted in the late 1980s/early 1990s formed the basis for many subsequent empirical studies, which included various contexts highlighted in the organizational environment, where their findings emphasized the crucial role of ownership as a decisive factor in the competitiveness of organizations and their performance. On this basis, this study constitutes a scientific entry into the topic in an organizational setting. We tried first to examine the conceptual construct of this feeling, focusing on clarifying its roots, how it comes into being, its dimensions, and its importance among employees, by examining the sources that motivate and reinforce it, and discussing scales that have been set up to measure it, with reference to the dark side of this feeling. We hope that this work will provide an underpinning for the development of domestic research on this topic. And we propose to examine mechanisms that enable those entrusted with different local organizations to create, enhance, and control this feeling among their affiliates, in a manner that sustains the achievement of individual and organizational goals, referring to a focus on exploring the possibility of developing a scale for it, that considers the psychological, social, and cultural specificity of the Algerian individual

Media and strategies of persuasion and cultural domination
In this article, we propose to address the question of the cultural hegemony that contemporary Western states seek to impose on the rest of societies, by transcending the concept of “acculturation”, towards a “forced acculturation” which uses cognitive tools and the techniques developed by modern social sciences, in particular the strategies of persuasion and cultural hegemony which use the media and new communication technologies.
Thus, this creeping globalization tends to dissolve the local cultural specificities with their social, religious and moral values, in the new world culture, by using with its strongest arm, the means of communication, within the framework of a forced acculturation. which touches all levels of social and cultural reality.
We will explain how the work of domination, which today has taken the name of "globalization", aims to legitimize the enslavement and colonization of other peoples and to rule the world, to establish a single system subject to the law of market.
We will also show how modern communication tools are used to disseminate studied and deliberately planned messages, with the aim of stereotyping non-Western cultures and replacing them with the dominant Western culture, with its values and norms that are not necessarily compatible with the socio-cultural models of these societies.
Finally, we will present some tools of "cultural resistance" which allow a return to a balance in the cultural relations between societies and civilizations, on the basis of respect for cultural specificities, tolerance and acceptance of the other and of its differences through intellectual and cultural exchange processes
Translation of doublespeak from relevance theory perspective: More flexible possibilities
The present study is related to the field of translation and aims to analyse the translation of English doublespeak into Arabic from relevance theory perspective. This theory is based on the cognitive and communicative principles of relevance, optimal relevance, communication clues and intentionality. Moreover, Gutt introduced the concepts of direct and indirect translation based on the distinction between descriptive and interpretative use of language. The translator may choose the most appropriate translation strategies accordingly. In addition, the nature of these strategies and their efficiency within language manipulation implied by doublespeak may not be easily defined. To conduct our study, we have chosen samples from the internet portal “Qantara” which offers articles in English and their translation in Arabic especially in political and religious fields where doublespeak is widely common. We concluded that relevance theory provides the translator with flexible possibilities through allowing multiple interpretations and resolving the problem of untranslatability by offering a varied range of strategies such as literal translation, preservation, amplification, explication, equivalence and so on. However, the assessment of relevance shall be carried out in a detached and objective wa
