Assessment of the level of cognitive representation of information in a sample of 3rd secondary students in El-oued
This study aimed at determining the level of cognitive representation of information among the third secondary school pupils, and the extent of the differences in cognitive representation according to the learner's gender and field. 53 pupils participated in the study (25males: 10 experimental sciences, 15 arts and philosophy; and 28 females: 11 experimental sciences, 17 arts and philosophy) of the third secondary level in Hassi Khalifa, El Oued province, we chose them using the simple random method. For data collection, we adopted the three-model scale of cognitive representation of information Rajab (2007). After analyzing the data using SPSS 22.0, the results showed the following:
- The level of cognitive representation of information among the sample was high (beyond the hypothetical average).
- There were no statistically significant differences in cognitive representation due to gender (males/females).
- There were statistically significant differences at (0.01)level in the cognitive representation due to the field (experimental sciences / literature and philosophy)
Media content on social platforms post Pandemic Outcomes and remedial needs
This research paper seeks to shed light on the impact of the Corona pandemic on the exercise of rights and freedoms, especially freedom of expression and opinion. By researching the impact of media handling through social platforms during the pandemic and the phenomena, it produced under the weight of exceptional measures, (emergencies and quarantine) and the narratives that accompanied those stages.
The study answers a major problem represented in the reasons to control of media content through social platforms, according to the secretions of media coverage during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond, and its impact on freedom of opinion and expression.
The research concluded that the Corona pandemic, as an exceptional circumstance that requires exceptional treatment, prompted countries to adopt exceptional measures, but this does not require canceling the gains associated with the principles of freedoms and rights. In addition, returning to normal conditions requires studying the effects and treating secretions, and the repercussions of media content through social platforms have proven the necessity of regulating this content and subjecting it to social responsibility and ethical values more than adopting the principle of censorship, which is contrary to freedom of expression and opinio

Geographical Analysis of Center-Periphery Relations in Mountainous Regions of Northern Algeria: Insights from the City of Médéa and its Periphery
The demographic weight of peripheral cities surrounding the central city of Médéa in northern Algeria is more significant compared to the central cities of the Tell Atlas Mountains. Therefore, the comparison between the surrounding peripherals cities is typical to highlight the functional link in the economic and service field which are among the essential foundations that contribute to strengthening and improving the functional relationship between the center and the periphery. The field study that we conducted on the three peripheral cities of Draa Essamar, Ouzra, and Berrouaghia surrounding the city of Médéa in 2020 showed that there is a great functional relationship between the residents of peripheral of each Draa Essamar and Ouzra and the central city Médéa. This relationship ranges between 80%-90% for work, health, and shopping, which is considered One of the main reasons for the high percentage of connection of these two peripherals to the central city, in contrast to the periphery of Berrouaghia 17%, which is more independent than its predecessors, a which makes it at present the most fortunate to become an urban pole. The Impact of the Joint Audit on Audit Costs and Quality
The objective of this study is to obtain a practical evidence from the Saudi business environment for the impact of joint audit on the costs and quality of auditing. The results of the study found many positive benefits for adopting joint audit in business firms within the Saudi business environment, the results also showed that adopting joint audit has a positive and significant effect on increasing the costs of performing audit tasks, and that there is also a positive and significant impact for adopting joint audit on supporting and improving the quality of auditing. Based on these results, the study recommends the need for expanding the application of joint audit due to its increasing benefits to all stakeholders and more specifically for its positive impact on increasing the confidence in financial reports compared to those reports that are audited by a single auditor. This would also help in the restoration of confidence in the audit profession, and will be positively reflected on share prices, investors' decisions, and firms’ value which will help in more economic development, despite the high costs of the audit work. It is also necessary for relevant authorities and regulators in Saudi Arabia to work on issuing a standard for joint auditing, concerned with setting the conceptual framework for joint auditing and how to perform this audit it. This standard should also include the principles, procedures and mechanisms that auditors must adhere to when performing joint audits in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process, which would increases the overall quality of external auditing
Leadership Pattern Among University Principals And Its Impact On The Moral of Workers
The main goal of this study is to uncover the dominant leadership pattern among university principals and its impact on the workers’ moral from their point of view. To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher followed the Descriptive Method. The study was carried out on a sample group of 234 university workers from Oum El Bouaghi ,Tebessa and Khenchla universities. The researcher developed two questionnaires to gather data about his study .The first questionnaire, of 37 items, was about the different leadership styles and the second one, of 42 items, was developed to measure the total extent of workers’ moral. The reliability and the validity of both instruments was established .To get the results of the study, he relied on the descriptive statistics to test the hypotheses of the research. After the questionnaires were administered to the sample of the study, it was found the following: -The dominant leadership according to the workers’ perspective was the democratic one followed by the authoritarian and the laisser –faire or easy going leadership. It was showed that the level of the workers’ moral was at medium.
-The extent of the impact of the different leadership styles on the workers’ moral was measured. The democratic leadership comes first with 17.9 percent in the difference of the moral of workers working in the university administration. Second, the dominant authoritarian leadership followed the first one with 12.1 percent. The laisser-faire or the easy going leadership style comes last with 10.8 percen
Young Algerian Teenager and Language: Problematic identity search (Crisis of alienation or approaching?) An exploratory field study on a sample of youth in Sidi Bel Abbes
We aim through this field study to clarify the relationship between teenagers and language identity, starting from the basic idea that the first stage of building social identity is the stage of building oneself. Especially as adolescence is a critical stage in this construction process. Therefore, we raised the problem according to a questionable perspective : if adolescence is a psychological, social and cultural phenomenon that is generally linked to the concept of crisis, is the relationship of the teenager to language identity is really a crisis ? How do we call the adolescent’s relationship with language and identity, Is it a relationship of alienation or approach? Especially since the concept of crisis is their common denominator. According to the above, we will follow in this article the representations of young adolescents of the language of daily communication and representations of the Arabic language, in order to clarify the implications of his globalized world on the formation of linguistic identity. The aim of this study is to confirm the validity and reliability of the Learning Difficulties Scale for elementary school students by Ahmed Zaidan Al-Sirtawi (1995). This scale was applied in his exploratory study to a sample of 94 students to ensure its suitability for use in the Algerian context.
