The productive and dynamic dimensions of the semiosphere theory in cultural semiotics Yuri Lotman as a model
Semiotics is an integral part of an extended historical and scientific movement. Its mission is to show and explain the mechanisms and characteristics that underpin our cultural life and our ways of living together. It does this to reveal our culturally unaware nature in which our body movements, gestures, and feelings are made and the way we relate to others; Even with the closest associates. Therefore, if we can accept the idea of Yuri Lotman and Boris Uspensky regarding the development of the semiotic lesson as a system of knowledge that overlaps and integrates other knowledge, then this system will be useless and fruitless if it is not invested in enhancing our capabilities to analyze our cultural and daily issues that we live through by assimilating forms Expression and content that shape our lives and give self-fulfilling shape. Our ambition in this study is to make the concept of the heavenly universe, according to Yuri Lotman, with its cognitive and cultural specificities, a tool for asking the question of distinction and uniqueness in order to approach all human facts and phenomena, especially since the heavenly universe with its vast concepts is able to grant those working in the field of literary studies, cognitive sciences, anthropology and media Cultural narratives and visual identities..., a practical program that accommodates the semantic load of the transformations taking place in the cultural, cognitive and social systems as we knew them in the past and how they are lived in our present era and what they can become in the future in order to understand their dynamics, reveal their contradictions and decipher their Code
Some touch of madness, taste of injustice Zola and Unreason in Fiction
In Emile Zola’s work of fiction, there are several interactions between madness and injustice. Far from a univocal narrative, madness is the subject of a circular gaze of the master of naturalism, whose production must be considered well beyond the Rougon-Macquart. Understanding madness amounts to distinguishing the injustices of which it can be the consequence as well as the cause, whether or not they are immediately perceptible.
The Theatre of Incompetence to Judicial Corruption in Au nom du peuple by Ahmed Tidjani Cissé
Through his work of art, the postcolonial dramatist provides a vivid portrayal of the contemporary anomies he observes in his society of origin. The present article proposes some keys to reading Ahmed Tidjani Cissé's dramatic writing, a corpus that could rightly be defined as theatre of incompetence and judicial decadence. Based on a semiotic approach, the paper seeks to examine the scriptural mechanism and strategies deployed by Cissé to depict judicial malfunctioning and its host of consequences in his drama titled Au nom du peuple. The paper argues that incompetence engenders corruption, which in turn poses a threat to justice as it fuels series of crises in the judiciary and social system. These crises lead to the negative perceptions of social justice and triggers popular recourse to divine justice.

The Last Echo of the Thinker Tears of Complicity, Refuge of Singularity
Whatwillbeleft of a truethinker in times of rout, derision and unreasonwhen post-truth has taken over the reins of temporal power and renderedinsignificant, invisible even spiritual power? At worst:nothing; at best: amereecho; as accurately as possible: the last and ultimateecho of the truethinker. It is the song of the fullyhumanswanthatwelisten to, delighted, indifferent, when the full moonrises, illuminatingwithitsextremepallor the unfortunatethinkercondemned to the strappado for the crime of singularity. Malek Bennabi knew the trueprice of intellectualmaturity: an interior exile open to the exteriority and essential otherness of the human masses uprooted by the culture of gratuitousconsumption; enslaved by the unbridled production economy. Beyond complicittears, the refuge of singularityproves to beincontestably the onlylanguage:that of (trans)cultural mediation. The masksalways end up falling and the hidden faces appear in broaddaylight. Malek Bennabi, a Muslimvisionary in search of the primordial Muslim man.
The Koran, Phenomenon or Noumenon?
Telle fut d’ailleurs la vision des Koraïchites, détenteurs du pouvoir, et bénéficiaires de la manne économique de la MecquePublishedin 1946, Le Phénomène coranique has never ceased to arouse an abundant literature, proof that the work has made a mark, and has constituted one of the monuments of modern Islamic thought. Written and published at a time of universal intellectual effervescence, Le Phénomène coranique simplified the discourse of religious obedience, and undoubtedly had the immense merit of making it better known, first for French-speaking countries, then for the rest of the world this sacred book of Muslims, the foundation of one of the monotheistic religions. Currently viewed with great suspicion, if not rejection, through a few reductive stereotypes, which are more overused around the Arab, Bedouin, indigent inhabitant of an inhospitable and hostile desert. Which is much more of the poetry of an enlightened man from this same desert, illiterate and herdsman of his condition. Such was also the vision of the Koraïchites, holders of power, and beneficiaries of the economic manna of Mecc
Spirituality of the Idea in Malek Bennabi The Ineffable Presence of the Thinker
If the spiritual is the starting point for any reform in Malek Bennabi’s conception, the religious spirit is his intellectual and affective atmosphere. An Algerian humanist, Malek Bennabi does not content himself, in his work Le problème des idées dans le monde musulman, with determining the ideological problem in our society, but with defining it sufficiently on the double level of methodology and epistemology. The plan of the thinker is very clear: he knowingly tries through studied argumentative strategies and weighed pedagogical considerations to awaken the “lost” consciences and the “misguided” spirits of Muslims subjugated by certain aspects of the ambient materialism. In the context of this article, and in view of what is currently happening with the effects of the new modes of deceptive democratic campaigns in the West of the 20th century, we must reread Malek Bennabi with conviction and adhere to the idea that he very early understood the Other and his falsified project. His work offers us a “charter” for such an original renaissance project, watered by a culture and a civilization on a human scale as a source of inspiration and motivation.
Promising Acts in Daily Conversations: Indirect Speech Act Operation and Issues
Why choose speech acts in everyday speech and in everyday conversations? Indeed, many linguists and pragmaticians have focused on this type of discourse in their research for the interest represented by elements relating to the enunciation situation in language communication. This work, which falls within the framework of a linguistics of speech, was carried out in order to answer questions that conceive language from an essentially interactional perspective, involving the influence of speakers on each other by the simple fact of “saying”.— Pourquoi choisir les actes de langage dans le discours de tous les jours et dans les conversations quotidiennes ?
Integration of Burundian Fables in the Teaching-Learning of French as a Foreign Language
This article shows the solid contribution of Burundian fables as teaching aids in the teaching of French as a foreign language in Burundi. Burundian fables integrated into the teaching of French bring an advantage. Burundian fables motivate Burundian learners. When learning the language (French), learners are content with the cultural reality of their country, the society in which they have lived. This focus on teaching the language (French) through the daily experience of the Burundian learner develops the idea of culture, because learning the language is learning the culture, and consequently, teaching a language is teaching a culture (Bayram, 1992, p. 67). Introducing these Burundian fables into the teaching of French requires a learner-centeredmethodological approach that elicits learner participation. The communicative approach is envisaged in this study. The contextualization of workbooks-supports would be an asset for maintaining cultural balance.
