The Application of the Total Quality Management Principles in the ENTV
Get PDFthis study aims at finding out about the extent of applying the principles of the total quality management in the governmental TV corporation (ENTV) in the viewpoint of the information and communication sciences students at Ouargla University.
In this study, we used the descriptive approachin order to describe the reality of applying these principles in the ENTV Corporation in the students of information and communication sciences point of view at Ouargla university. In this research, we followed the case study method in order to project the theoretical concepts on the Algerian TV's case. Additionally, we surveyed 1500 students in the field of information and communication sciences from the 2 nd year, the 3 rd year levels in License degree and the Master's degree levels at Ouargla university. We have chosen a random sample of 100 students, since we distributed 120 survey papers for study.
We achieved many results: we found out that according to the students of information and communication sciences; the ENTV Company doesn't provide at some extent the audiances' requirements as well as it doesn't focus too much on the quality of producing operations. But the ENTV Corporation is always committed to a medium continuous improvements according to the students of information and communication sciences students at Ouargla university

He devoted a special section to her in his main book, “Truth and Method,” and assigned her a major role in constructing the issue of understanding in the human sciences hermeneutically, which sparked our curiosity and motivated us to research this issue.
Our purpose in this study is to try to clarify this role, relying on an analytical approach. Careful readings of the section devoted to culture in the aforementioned book revealed a constant presence of culture, which led to the conviction that its role in building the centrality of understanding in the human sciences is beyond doub

Standard Study of Liquidity Movement in Algeria Post Case of Ouargla During the Period 2010-2023
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to analyze the liquidity movement and identify the key factors influencing on it, as well as to build future forecasts. This is done through an attempt to apply the Box-Jenkins method for time series analysis, utilizing monthly withdrawal data from the study period (2010-2023). To accomplish this study, a descriptive and case study approach was employed. One of the main findings is that relying on the Box-Jenkins model alone cannot lead to acceptable long-term forecasts due to external factors that impact the model's efficiency.Additionally, it was found that the cash flow statement of the institution does not assist in interpreting the phenomenon, as the Algerian Post Office primarily serves as a money distribution channel

No full textThe study aims to know the extent of the impact of electronic advertising in activatingIslamic banking services through a field study in Al Salam Bank, Algeria, agency of Ouargla. Inthe study, we relied on the descriptive approach and used both the questionnaire and the interviewas tools for collecting information, and 30 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of theinstitution in question. The study, and the results were analyzed by relying on the SPSS program inaddition to a set of statistical tools and methods. The study reached a set of results, the mostimportant of which are:1- It turns out that there is a high level of application of electronic advertising in the institution ofthe Salam Bank Agency of Ouargla, and this is because it considers electronic advertising as one ofthe most important contemporary mechanisms of the marketing mix, and it also contributes tostrengthening the financial position of the bank, increasing its profitability and gaining a marketposition with customers;2- There is a high level of activation of banking services among the administrative staff of the AlSalam Bank Foundation, Ouargla Agency;3- The correlation between electronic advertising as an independent variable and the activation ofIslamic banking services as a dependent variable is a strong direct relationship
